Bigger selection and fair prices, just not the most well kept goodwill store. I know I know I'm being picky, getting deals but I expect spotless floors. Some stuff is just all over the place, no fault of the staff but the customers. On the better end of goodwill stores.

This used to be a reliable go to for deals. It’s still good, but it’s harder to get deals when you’re up against the group of people who sit there for hours. They crowd around the new carts as soon as they’re brought out and start grabbing items. You can tell the employees don’t like it and apparently Goodwill leadership doesn’t think it’s worth the trouble to support them. As for shopping, the prices at this Morse Rd store aren’t as crazy as some others, looking at you Gahanna. They sometimes have exercise equipment in decent shape. I’ve gotten some good frames for way cheap. They also get close outs with can be clothing or new sheet sets for example. The IKEA items are always fun to figure out what the hell they’re supposed to be. The fitting rooms are usually locked and good luck getting a key. The parking is in front or in back of the store; but that entranceway is narrow. Carts are few however. The large windows in front of the store make it hard to see the clothes due to the glare; maybe get some blinds? If you’re in the area, it’s usually worth a browse.

In the neighborhood I was in, I expected a little lower prices. They have a lot of new stuff, and it was priced according. Very nice, very new, but prices were high!

This location had a great number of books and a lot of housewares items. I really appreciated how many people were working and stocking shelves and keeping it clean. The prices were really good and I was able to find a bunch of things I was looking for. Staff was friendly and was really happy with my experience overall.

New items all the time. 50% off one color tag each week. I really like this store and have had some good finds. There is a one stall bathroom. The wait for dressing rooms always seems a tad long. Overall one of my favorite goodwill stores.

This Goodwill is one of the most organized in the Columbus area. The miscellaneous goods aisles are sorted, the shoes are neat, and there is plenty of open space to maneuver in the furniture section. The racks are not so jam-packed that you can’t sort through them, and the workout apparel is separated out which I appreciate. This location definitely makes it easy to find stuff.

Friendly and helpful staff. I always strike up a conversation with someone working there when I go and they are always willing to help you with whatever you may need. Selection is not as large as some of the Goodwill's around town but they still have a good amount of stuff and it's easy to find your way around the store.

Most Goodwills in general are very good. This Goodwill is clean and nicely arranged. This one has a tendency to have very nice things, some new. Around Christmas, I'm always sure to find a nice gift or two. And once I found a very nice chair for $20! However, plus sizes are not separated out and there is not a great selection. But I did find some Polo, Izod, and Nautica shorts - although not the same size...

Good store with lots of stuff, often some good or even great deals. Plus, the clothing seems to be organized by color which is the way I prefer it (for T-shirts anyway). Hardware and electronics and all the non-clothes categories have a lot to offer. It's a big store and the clerks are friendly, at least when I've been there. Great pricing on stuff so whenever I visit Cbus I hit this place up. Note: there is a lot of parking in the rear of the store; the front lot is skinny and smaller.

I really like this store. They still keep low prices unlike other Goodwill stores. Purchased a beautifuI chess set here. I went 2 a Goodwill while camping in PA & they were selling men's tank tops for $5.99 & u could tell it was VERY used! I will stick w/this 1. Great selection of dvd's also.

Good selection. Biggest complaint: the same jerk that's been working here for like a year, Raquan. He raises his voice at immigrant customers and has horrendous manners with the customers if he's asked a question or needs to unlock a fitting room (no 'you're welcome's' or even a 'hello'). Definitely prevents how much I frequent the store for good finds. On the flip side, I stopped donating to this site because of an attendant who ordered me around as if I needed to do his job adjusting where my donations were put in the backroom. I thought they came out to the car to pick them up themselves?

If you are a thrift shopper there is a nice selection of women's clothing here. It's not a big store but I always find nice things. And they sort by size and color and they have dressing rooms.

They have a decent selection, and lots of new target stuff. There process are either really cheap, or way too high in my opinion. Also, they are almost always really busy and check-out is slow.

We were in town and ran in to kill some time. It also happened to be half off clothing. I found some cute things. The lady at the checkout was a bit rude though. I found some pants that were hanging with other pants and she insisted that they were jeans which ended up costing more. Had it not been half off day I would have put them.back.

I find so much awesome stuff at this store! The goodwill on Hamilton may be newer and cleaner but if you want the real deal on thrift shopping then this is the place !

It's a good place for second hand clothes and home wares. It is a bit troublesome to access (low riding vehicles beware) and the staff tend to be grumpy.
