It’s a decent thrift spot. Nothing special. Often large CD selection, but clothing is sparse for in-season items. Really a hit or miss. Edit 10/28/22- The employees here aren’t paid enough to deal with the a**holes that donate here. Everyone complaining that their donation window is too small should maybe consider the staff shortage due to their impatience and rude behavior. I just left the store after an older gentleman berated the cashier and told him that it was “bullshit” that they didn’t accept donations during the middle of a Friday. I overheard and suggested that maybe he should work there if he wanted better service. He said “f*ck you” and left. Really classy, Burlington.

some things are over priced. some things are under priced. Since goodwill is a chain I think that the rating should be on this specific location compared to others. this is why i am giving it 4 stars. It is the best goodwill around for clothing, Dishware and toys (Williston store has much more furniture, appliances and lighting.) For the most the staff is friendly. Its a shame that places like this dont have more control of store policy. They can rarely "make a deal" and if they do they are not suppose to be. Example of a policy that would benefit both sides if the rules were allowed to be bent: Dishes - because of the location of the store there will sometimes be extremely nice complete sets of china donated. These sets are broken up and sold 1 at a time (no exceptions). an eighty piece set that would sell for 200-300 on eday (which is a nice set when you look at the market) will add up to more then that. Platters, Creamers, sugar bowls, pitchers are marked between $2-$8. All dishes are at least $1 and if they are "nice" they will mark them at $2. This makes buying the complete set not worth it (because it usually adds up to much more then the selling price) one option that they could do: when a dish set comes in that is complete and in good shape (the person dropping it of will most likely know this and could inform the sorter.) Try to sell it all for $50-$80. Goodwill benefits: move much more product in one sale - don't have to price and stock each individual item buyer benefits: can get a set of dishware for a good deal. gets all of what the person donated. and the dishes don't get damaged from stocking/people browsing. This is just a scenario where i think it would be beneficial each store had more freedom in policy.

Getting in the lot took some time because of a line of cars waiting to donate during covid. Once we got in we were pleased to see it was npt busy. Prices are sometimes high but you can find good deals if you are looking for a variety. There are board games, toys, clothes, shoes, and books.

The place was clean and organized and had a great selection of items. Prices were outstanding and we were happy with our purchases today! Worth checking here before a trip to another big box store.i LOVE their cards from a great company in Keene NH concerned with being tree free. That ALONE is reason yo stop in! (Shop local instead of the big conglomerate card companies!)

Typical Goodwill store. Times to drop off for donation isn't until 12 in the afternoon. A little inconvenient. Will have to plan better or just won't be taking many trips there. Clean and organized!

Took my girl shopping at this place. She loves these stores. We need to get her some leggings that shape her butt really good. We ended up getting six pairs that made her butt extremely round firm and fat. Only cost $25

I have found many great items at this store. The price is great if you are operating on a budget. I enjoy getting clothing and puzzles at this particular location due to the quality and price of them. The donation center is super helpful if you want to give up old items and feel good about it.

PUT THE SHOES BACK :( I love goodwill in general but the recent change to have the shoes in the center of each random isle and so high that anyone over 5’5 can’t possibly see or reach is the worst idea.. who thought that would be a good idea? They have a section of “handpicked” stuff which is a total waste of space and their great shoe section is gone and now shoes are scattered randomly down each isle... this isn’t wheelchair/handicapped friendly or even anyone friendly for that matter!!! Please change it back

This is one of my favorite thrift stores. Constantly changing and high-quality merchandise that is well-organized, Clothes are arranged by size. Books are separated into fiction and non-fiction and (sometimes) even subject. Some prices are high, but discount card and frequent discount days offset. Also, the staff are almost always friendly and helpful at this location.

This store is smallish as Goodwills go, but they have a decent selection and really good prices for the most part. Their men's clothes are a bit limited, but the women's and kids' sections are large. The shoe selections are similar - lots of women's, a decent amount of kids' and a limited amount of men's. There are always lots of kitchen essentials and accessories and a large selection of small kitchen appliances. There will always be a decent number of toys, games and puzzles. They have a pretty large book section and always a good number of DVDs. There is always a god selection of furniture in the back room - more case goods and chairs than anything else. Overall, it's definitely a good place to shop.

Nice store, Friendly staff, so-so inventory. This new store is quite nice with a lot of room inside and ample parking. The staff is pleasant and the store is clean but the inventory is usually quite picked over unfortunately. Not a mark against the store just a byproduct of being in a busy area. Check it out if you are in the area, well worth the stop if you are a thrift store fan.

The drive thru donation area is such any easy way to donate and go. The staff were so friendly and helpful! Took me less than 5mins to get rid of about 2.5years worth of clothes and shoes.

I needed a filing cabinet and they had one for $5 and the grey sticker that day made it half of that as well! The clothing is organized by size and color very well, and there are also brand new items, such as socks, hats, and cleaning supplies.
