Terrific thrift store experience! Lovelady had a HUGE selection of nice items at really reasonable prices. I purchased a gently used, quality outdoor set for a very good price, and I couldn't be happier with it. The ladies let me pay, leave to get my truck, and then helped me load it when I came back. The have clothing, furniture, knickknacks, electronics/appliances, jewelry and more - and all in seemingly decent to excellent condition. This was one of the best thrift stores I've been to, and I highly recommend it. Plus, you're supporting a great organization when you choose to shop there.

Store was very organized and it was easy to find the size and type of item I was looking for. The dressing room was not open so that was a little inconvenient as we were looking for something to wear to an 80s dance and we are not from the area so we don't have the option of returning items. Also, a few items were way overpriced but for the most part prices were okay. Cashier was very friendly. 😊 We found an awesome blue jean vest so we left happy!

This is my first time at the Lovelady Thirit in Clay and I was deeply impressed with the variety within the store and the sheer size of the store. The employees were extremely pleasant and warm. This is the first time my husband and I have been here. Its so clean and doesn’t have that smell that most thrift stores have. Large selection of all types of things. I was very happy to see updated car seats and children’s items as a lot of thrift stores will put outdated car seats etc our. We will be back!

The store is nicely separated, but the prices are a little high if you don't get the weekly special colors. Some of the stuff is well used so just look over it before you buy. The staff is friendly but they will have inappropriate conversations in front of customers. Over all not a bad place to shop.

As a thrift store Lovelady is at the top. Very clean, no musky old clothes smells and everything is so organized. I've shopped in thrift stores all over and LL is#1!! I have only one complaint.... It's so damn hot in there that you would run the Devil 😈🔥 himself out. And not just one time it's every time I go in. Ok in Al summer it might be hard to cool a older building but this carries over into the winter and it's not just me I ask other people including employees everyone agreesllll Hot,Hot, Hot!!!! I have actually left the store when I would rather not have because of the very uncomfortable HEAT. Tonight the girls. had the front doors open still hot as you know where. Please management take this into consideration. I'm sure I'm not the only one that feels this way. And it's not enough to keep me from shopping there but it would sure be nice to be a little more comfortable

Dressing rooms and restrooms...senior discounts certain days...monday. 99 cent day on certain items based on ticket colors and special discounts on furniture on mondays...handicap parking accessible.
