Value Village Is The Bomb! I haven't been to the Baltimore location yet but the Glen Burnie location is off the chain I gauruntee that if you go there you'll find something that you will like,no you will find something that you love!

Doesn't look like much from the road. But is quaintly pleasing. Inventory changes frequently and the merchandise the offer is at minimum decent quality. Stop on by, you won't regret it!

There is only street parking at this location, as far as I know. You have to pay to park. This is a clean, well organized location with friendly staff. The shoppers were friendly too, which I usually find at most thrift stores. Value Village thrift even has a loyal program now. The card says Thifty's which is apparently the new name for value village thift, but the signage hasn't been updated. I had some good finds and caught a good sales day. I will be revisiting in the spring!

Excellent selection of clothing brands and sizes, much more variety than other thrift stores in the area. The hardest part is deciding what to buy because there's so much nice stuff. Women's clothing is the whole second floor, great plus size selection, and the racks are surprisingly well organized. Definitely worth a trip to Highlandtown.

I love this well-organized and clean shop! There are always amazing finds, no matter what your personal style is. From designer sweaters to mint condition work overalls, I've seen it all here! Great prices and friendly staff to boot. Dressing rooms are upstairs, there is an elevator but I have not tested it.

I visited back in August 2016 visiting from Charlotte, NC & I had a great experience! I loved that the store was organized and every associate that I encountered was personable and helpful! There were great tag sales and I found some cool art for $7 a piece, which was a steal. Each section had lots of quality items to look through that were organized well by size. I am looking forward to coming back soon!

The best thrift store. I am 62 years old and have been coming to this same location for more than fifty years. My dear deceased aunt and I would catch the bus there every Saturday. Then we had to catch a taxi home because we were loaded down with our purchases. 62 years young and yes I still shop here at least once a week. The best women's department and the associates are so nice. People always tell me how nicely I dress. I am never ashamed to say "you better shop at Value Village on Eastern Avenue."

Great service, amazing finds. We enjoy their mens wear selection. Also their linens are a great buy. They use the same Thrifty card as some other thrift stores. Sale days are wonderful as well. Once you get past the clutter of it all, you can really find one or two nice pieces. But at times you have to look really hard to find that one gem.

They don’t overprice their items like most thrift stores in Baltimore. Staff is cool. Be smelling weird sometimes but I love it.

This thrift store is the only one I go to. I drop clothes off there and often times end up leaving with a few items I didn't intend to buy. They have a wide variety of items that are reasonably priced. If I need oddly specific items (like specific kinds of clothing) they usually have that too. I've dressed as TV characters two years in a row for Halloween and bought my outfits from here. Their products are nicely organized.

Very impressed with the selection at this store, they had a lot of men's, women's and children's clothing as well as a large selection of paintings, books, DVD's and "miscellaneous" items ranging from Christmas decorations to lamps. Parking was a bit challenging but it's in the City so it's to be expected.

They have an elevator for customer use to travel between the first and second floors BUT theres like a two inch drop getting into the elevator so its not necessarily wheelchair or disability friendly.

Value Village is a great thrift store that has been there for as long as I can remember. The first floor is mens clothing, housewares, children's clothing, books, DVD's, and furniture. The second floor contains women's clothing. They sell everything here. If you can't find what you want, come back in a few days. The prices are very reasonable and they have sales regularly. Each item has a colored tag on it. On most days, all items with certain colored tags will be on sale. I certainly recommend shopping here.

Very nice second hand store in Highlandtown on Eastern Ave. Over the yrs Ive purchased several mens suits here and always in very good shape. I bought a fill length Cashmere overcoat yesterday for like $15 and its in amazing shape. Great store in E. Baltimore.

Its hit or miss. I either leave empty handed or with a cart. Not overly peppy cheery wahoo greetings, which is like 99% of thrift type stores ;-). If your friendly and ask politely they will generally help you. Upstairs is generally packed full of woman's clothing/coats/shoes/purses etc. Always has a full furniture section.

It's ok some things are just way too expensive. One item they had wherever it came from had a $8 price tag n they repriced it at $14.14. The goodwill has better prices. However i did get an ok deal on a pot.

I first went there back in February 2012 after watching a YouTube video that has the thrift store name in the video description. Well, I went to a Value Village on York Road and they did not have computers there so I went to the Eastern Ave Value Village to check out stuff and they have computers there. I usually go there to look for computer parts with my dad. I remember buying a computer there for $15, originally $25. Did you know that you can haggle items there by asking the cashier or somebody who works there, that is the trick to do when you are buying an item if you don't have enough cash. At Value Village, they have great finds for people who are interested into computer stuffs and who are tech experts that likes to fix computers or use them for parts. There, the store also has some computer games and software. So I would give this thrift store a 5 star rating since I find some things interesting.
