Great selection of bits for remodeling. Also some truly odd bits of awesomeness. It's a hard to find. Go around the first building and into what looks like a shipping and receiving area. The store is towards the back.
J B (Di Govenor)
The best place to buy new or use household items you can't beat the prices.
Tito Coleman
Friendly volunteer driven source for most things home improvement on a budget. Wide variety of furniture, doors, windows, and appliances, and good basic stock of repair materials and tools like paint, plaster, brushes, rollers, etc.
One of the best non-profits in Maryland!!
Jim.Missy Wyant.Kennedy
Typical "Thrift Store" layout with a large selection of furniture, rugs, cabinets, chandeliers, blinds, doors, toilets, windows, paint, some small tools, kitchen appliances, etc. with no clothes or toys to clutter up the isles. Cleanly arranged into rows and organized by type/style of goods, easy to locate what your wanting to shop for and at the time I visited had a large selection of everything. Def one of the nicer Re-Stores I've stopped at and a great place for that one of a kind project idea.
Katherine M
The new location is spacious and well organized. There are always dining sets, sofas, lounge chairs, bookcases, china cabinets, etc. if you need to furnishings for cheap. I sell stuff online and get all my packing tape here--way cheaper than the office supply stores!
Stuff I've gotten: porcelain tile at 75% off retail, light bulbs, a Whirlpool Duet washer & dryer never used, tools, teak bookcase, dining chairs, a lot of nice housewares, some cool vintage art, and lots more. You DO have to stop in regularly if you're looking for something special as the good stuff gets snapped up quickly.
Very friendly and helpful staff, too. Parking is easy during the week.
Rebecca Bryant
Always a good deal to be found. Great prices. Just got a solid wood bookcase for $10. Most things are either a bit outdated or need love. Every once in a while they have new modern stuff. Great for supplies like tape, paint brushes, sockets, etc.
Aimee Olivera Sanchez
Plenty of space and social distancing! Helpful staff directed us to back onto a loading ramp and then assisted loading a dresser. Lots of great finds and we had to limit ourselves to getting what we came for.
Tom D
If they happen to have what you're looking for, great deals to be had. I got a pile of painting supplies for next to nothing. Spacious area, don't feel cramped, like other discount places.
Edward Luzadder
A nice place to find donated items reasonably priced to assist others in the community in obtaining suitable housing. This location has a large variety of furniture, glassware, building supplies, etc. I will go ask, and donate unused items to the cause.
Delvin Deep
Hard to find, tucked away. The parking lot sucks, as this is an industrial zone. It's basically a warehouse. Big place. Good if you need an affordable bathtub. Some things didn't seem so cheap for being used. If you want paint you can't sample, you can pay a lot for a can here, or play it safer with Home Depot/Lowe's nearby. A few interesting pieces, but not much variety of household goods. Was not greeted/approached by anyone, which makes it easier to leave with nothing. I left with nothing. The free book exchange outside the door was the highlight of my visit.
Tod Hopkins
I love this place so much I bought the shirt! Goodwill for your home! Fixtures, furniture, appliances, lighting, doors, cabinets, paint...at thrift store prices. The stock turnover isn't as rapid as I might like, and probably not as rapid as they would like, but the place is still fairly new. I've seen the foot traffic pick up as people discover it. The staff are friendly and helpful.
If you have a home and limited cash, or you are just thrifty, you must visit this place. And if you have useful stuff that no longer fits in your life, take it to them. Don't forget that this is a very worthy charity. And who knows, that old table might be perfect in my house!
L M
Great deals to be had here if you like to hunt for that treasure. It smells yuck though, especially in warmer weather. I'm not sure I'd buy anything upholstered there because it would suck up that smell but wood furniture is abundant. I like the cause so I stop in now and then.
Tim Wade
It's a great place to get some things in used but usable condition for prices (usually) quite low. Items include furniture, appliances, tools, and various types of building supplies and materials. The downsides are that you never know what they'll have until you show up and that used appliances don't always work.
I bought one major appliance that didn't work at all, and another that worked for a few days then died. They don't really have a warranty on their stuff, but they will replace major appliances if they don't work at all and if you return them right away, so the first failure I got replaced.
Having said that, I have bought a number of items there, and most of what I've bought worked fine.
Frances Antoinette
Good for odds and ends like paint brushes, light switch coverings, cleaner, etc, but the furniture is overpriced imo. For instance, table lamps for $20.
Daniel Schiavone
Nailed it today! The Columbia store had several pallets of Turkish- made tile like I've not seen before in any Restore. 54 boxes later, I'm ready to finish 2 bathrooms.
Three store reps helped me load, thank you so much!
Frank Fey
The new location is better organised and I have found a few things for the house. However, I like how the Salvation Army prices their furniture, if after 30 days on the floor the price automatically drops 50%. If you're a landlord needing to fix a trashed bathroom or kitchen then this is the place to go.
Stephenie Vannoy
Mason and Coyzie did our pick up and was beyond professional, courteous and fast. He was a pleasure to deal with.
Michael Walley
If you are working on your home you would be utterly remiss in not going to this store. They have brand new stuff to build your home and quality used furniture to furnish your home. Doors, windows, tile and the tools to install them. You have to keep stopping past until you find what you are looking for for. I saved at least $140 on split face brick that I was needing for the front of my house. Definitely worth the drive.
David Johnson
I LOVE this place. If you want to find interesting used furniture for extremely low prices this is the place to go. Take a good look at what you buy cause some stuff is more used then other stuff but Ive gotten 2 LARGE pieces from here without fropping more than 80 bucks. Go here
Nigel Young
Pretty big place. It smells like cats & old people (not a good thing.) Furniture is super overpriced but you can find a good deal among the large selections of Furniture once in a while. Staff are friendly and helpful. 4/5

A great resource that is becoming marred by rising prices. A number of used items are being sold for prices close to or occasionally exceeding that of new, currently available stuff. Like many of these businesses that accept donations and sell them with the proceeds going to good causes, the prices are now being set by checking eBay and other online resources rather than what the local market will bear. I no longer find the good value the establishment provided a couple years ago. A shame, really, but not unexpected in these days of maximum profit potential.
Gigi
Wow, I found great furniture for three rooms for my house today.
The prices are better than going to a new furniture store for cheap material. You can't beat it.
Come check it out.
Wayne Homens
This is always a fun place to shop. Mostly hardware store type of items but also some eclectic things as well.
It's nice to know that that the profits go to fund Habitat for Humanity.
Kimmel
THIS PLACE IS AMAZINGGGGG.!!!!! You can remodel your house for under 200 dollars! They have a selection of paints and lighting. They even have toilets and when I need blinds I was able to find the exact size for only 6 dollars. They have furniture and doors and BOOKS. I've never donated before but I will gladly.
Alden Curnutt
Decent selection of home goods. Found a decent file cabinet. If you don't find what you're looking for the first trip, give them a second or even third try, they may have what you're looking for later.
Gwendolyn Martin-Terry
Each trip to Habitat for Humanity is a treasure hunt. Sometimes I have a specific item I'm looking for sometimes not. Either I found some nice for a good price. Going to try some of the other locations now.
Bradley S. (Brad)
It's hard to get excited about it. I remember when I was first getting into salvaged/reclaimed/upcycled DIY projects, and thought ReStore would be great. While the employees are always exceptionally nice, the real drawback here (as with many ReStores) is that the prices are often not so good. I'm not sure where they originate their prices for second-hand tools, tile, and a few other items. My theory is that it's from finding the same products on eBay and/or Craigslist, then using the highest *asking* prices they see from among those listings, regardless of the fact that asking prices are set to leave room to negotiate. As each item's tag will remind you, ReStore prices aren't negotiable. Power tools normally have least reasonable prices, as a recent $200 Ryobi table saw could indicate. I recently saw an industrial drill press priced at $1000 on their site, but it's been there quite a while, because no one with an interest in paying a thousand for a drill press will go into a store without an idea of the model, or at least the brand--neither of which appears on the site.
Also, for some reason they don't really bother with dimensional lumber, so while you'll find small lots of trim, tile, and new-in-box hardwood flooring, don't go looking for reclaimed heart pine or salvaged oak flooring. Reclaimed flooring and lumber reportedly uses 1/13th of the energy/resources that new materials do, but your good bets at this ReStore are the furniture, appliances, fixtures, a glut of builder-grade honey oak cabinetry, etc. The best deals of all seem to be the random housewares, if you happen to find some suited to your tastes.
You'll find a gem here and there, and as I said, the staff is friendly. It's also for charitable work that requires funding to operate, so it's understandable that they price things well above Craigslist levels. I just wish there were some kind of happy medium that benefitted the consumer side a little, because at this point, I don't find myself stopping there to look.
Jessica Cohen
I love this location. We got our couches here and check back periodically for more. Lots of good quality couches and other things for great prices!
Elaine Upson
As always (2 me)... Habitat for Humanity Restores is a place to shop for not so new household items if your funds low! They have furniture, appliance, books, DVDs, CDs, etc, etc, etc...
Supreme-Council Dj's
Restore is now in it's new location which is literally in same building behind the original location. This space is much larger which is filled with plenty of items from tools, building supplies for residential and commercial, furniture for every room in your house.
Bob Fisher
Great place to pick up used toilets or sinks, furniture, electrical items, anything for renovating, most furniture appears we'll used, but may find that perfect piece to paint and make new again.
Mary Sanphilipo
Not as much stuff as a big store but some good things
David Sheets
Great selection and great prices. If you need doors, windows, furniture, or lights go here first. Might take a few trips to find what you want, but you will save hundreds of dollars.
Leilani Harty

Kristina John-Gabriel
While I didn't purchase anything there was a nice selection of a variety of items. There were some tubs, sinks, there were sofas, and more.
Mark Ince
It's not like a regular store. They have mostly stuff that is donated and/or left over from a builders supply such as paint and laminate flooring.
