This is the kind of thrift shop I miss. Actual items that are interesting and unusual not a junk shop like some other places. They have genuinely unique and beautiful items with funny little signs all over. Dana is also really sweet and kind. I’ll go back over and over.

My favorite thrift store in Northern New Mexico. Dana, the owner, is a sweet spirit! Her prices are crazy affordable. She has great clothing, furniture, jewelry...so much good stuff!

Absolutely loved the featured furniture and decor pieces by Greg Anderson, a local artisan: gorgeous tables and lazy susans, beautifully finished while preserving the beauty of the wood, and inlaid with turquoise.

It's like Christmas each time I stop in. Never enough time to see everything. Great selection. The owner has a great eye for finding hidden treasures to share with us. Very relaxed and calming. During Covid I've always felt safe. A must see experience.

Cute little shop with lots of interesting things. Good quality items, but I wouldn't call it a "thrift" store. It's a great place if you don't feel like sifting through the junk. She's done it for you.

It has its own modest statement & you forget you're thrifting until you come across another overlooked find. Prices can be hi, esp for major name brands.I can match their price online & buy it new for same amount. The days of owners letting the customers discover the good find is over. Overall unique & for the most part reasonably priced eclectic mix of mountain people coolmerchandise that makes you smile
Worth a visit. Closed Tuesday I believe.

Hey Mavis is a wonderful space to take a few minutes and find new treasures. My kids and I all look forward to when we get a chance to stop by. Welcoming, friendly, creative, beautiful and peaceful are all words that come to mind when thinking about this small business. Highly recommended!

I love "Hey Mavis"! The shop is a lovely blend of antigues, collectibles, and a variety of quality useful daily use items for your home. Today I bought a 7 gallon water jug for camping. Last time I bought a nice Hinkle Chef knife and a Blue LeCruset enameled iron skillet! The time before that a lovely handmade ceramic angel to give as a gift!Truly a fun spot to stop and chat with the owner, she is a love! If you are in Cedar Crest, stop at "Hey Mavis", have a look, you will find something neat!
