First time using this company. Used them for an event from Suffolk County to Manhattan. Everything was excellent - from the pleasant customer service to help with the reservation on the phone, to the confirmation phone calls and emails, to the pleasant drivers and clean cars. I first used this service when I needed a car at the last minute. They were the only ones who could accommodate me at short notice. The driver was friendly, professional, and clearly experienced. He knew the best route to avoid traffic, and got us to our destination much faster than I expected! They sent a very nice car. Since then, I have had several occasions to call them for my parents and for guests, and we always get the same professional service. Thanks, guys!

From my first inquiry email to the final drop off, five star service! They walked me through the process of pickup and drop-off timings. They were flexible about the number of pickup points I was considering. The driver was friendly and very professional. The ride was smooth. We used the service to take us from a Yonkers Hotel to the Metropolitan Opera House and back. They allowed us to have a wonderful night in the city without any travel worries.

We booked NW Limo for our transportation to/from LaGuardia to Manhattan … they were fabulous! They were diligent and timely about texting me driver info and pickup times. Vehicles extremely clean. Drivers dressed top notch and very polite. The only thing I would change is using them more next time we are in town. It would have been great to book them to drive us to certain events/activities. Next time!
