Been using Harrison for 10 yrs now. Very reliable and drivers are very professional. you don’t need to stress when catching your flight as they track the flight details for you. I understand inflation has impacted higher pricing but there’s a $50 surcharge for picking you up between 1-5am. I know it’s hard to find drivers but this is too much and my company may push back on me as it adds up to my total cost to nearly $300 one-way to JFK from white Plains.

We arrived at JFK last night, utterly exhausted. Phone went on and the driver’s texts were waiting for us. Clear, short, with photo of the license. Once we alerted him we were at the pick-up area, he guided us to the perfect position, stepped outside of the car to wave and scooped us up. We were extremely well taken care of - for example, he checked to make sure we were OK with the car’s AC - and it was all extremely professional. Worth every penny. Will absolutely recommend Harrison Cars and Haroon. Thank you!

Harrison car service was top notch excellent. I reserved a trip the week before online, used their app to keep track and they called to confirm with me the day before also. Pickup was requested for 12:30pm and the driver was there ready to go at 12:20pm. Communication with text on the day of travel and with emails always keeps you informed. Every time I go back to New York, I won’t hesitate to use them and I will recommend them to anyone needing a car service for the area. Excellent company.

This was the first time I had used Harrison Car Service. I had two different drivers for the rides to and from my destination. Both drivers were extremely punctual, courteous, pleasant, charming, well-dressed, and personable. I felt comfortable and safe travelling alone. I received emails with the drivers' names, mobile numbers and photographs prior to their arrival. I also received text notifications when they were en route and upon arrival. It was a stress-free experience. Thanks, Silvreth! The vehicles were extremely clean and in pristine condition. One driver even came to pick me up early, when I had made an error regarding the correct time, and had a bottle of water waiting for me. He called me to inform me of his exact location as close as he could get, when some roads were blocked off where I was waiting.Thank you, William! I would recommend Harrison Car Service based on my VERY positive experience. I would definitely use this car service again in the future.

My family has used Harrison car service for years for trips to and from the airport and I just started using them for business and personal travel as well. A perfect example of their quality of service: I called to book a car yesterday afternoon in preparation for this morning, and without hesitation they scheduled a 3:45am pickup for me in order to get me to my 5:45am flight at JFK. But that’s why I love them. I always get a human being when I call (not an automated service) and I just love the personal touch, and their dependability. Whenever I book, they are helpful with suggestions regarding the best time to leave to ensure I make my flight with time to spare. I wouldn’t use any other car service and would recommend them to anyone!

I recently used this service for the first time on a vacation trip. The online booking was clear, easy, thorough. Shortly thereafter, I received confirmations for both my information and my pick-up times. The day before my trip, I received text message confirmation from a real employee of the company about my driver and his phone number. I also received an email with the picture of my driver, and his information. The car was waiting for me when I left my home, and the driver was jovial, courteous, and kind. On the return trip, my plans changed and I had to cancel pickup for the way home--it was so simple. All I had to do was text message the company, and within minutes an employee responded and sent a confirmation email for my cancellation. All around, excellent service.

Top notch all around! My flight was delayed 3 hours and snow was expected. I didn’t want to take a chance on an Uber or taxi, so my husband arranged a ride through Harrison Car Service. I received a text before I landed - it was 12:40 AM - Robert was right outside the door of the terminal. It had already been snowing for a while and the ride to Northern Westchester was very snowy!! I felt so safe with Robert, a professional chauffeur, driving a brand new, well maintained all wheel drive SUV. This was the kind of night that I really needed that level of expertise. Plus some nice conversation along the way. Thank You Robert and Harrison Car Service!! Professional service, excellent vehicle performance in bad weather conditions. I couldn’t have asked for anything more!
