My family was rear-ended on the Cross County Parkway and needed a ride back to our house in Connecticut. My wife found Gus based on his many positive reviews online. He waited patiently for the police to bring us off the highway, and he helped load all of our belongings, including our two car seats. The ride home was safe and smooth, and we really enjoyed our conversation. Gus is an absolute gem. If you are looking for that classic car service experience and professionalism, you have found it in Gus. I will be contacting him for all of my future airport trips.

Gus helped me out twice on my visit to NYC. His creative driving and knowledge of NYC traffic got us to our Broadway Show on time. He also got me to the airport on time and was patient and accommodating when I gave him the wrong pick up address. Again he came thru and I had a stress free ride to the airport ! GA Taxi is one of the best services I have ever used. The SUV was clean, brand new, and comfortable. The ride was smooth and the gentleman, Gus, makes you feel very secure. With so many rideshare options we decided to go local for getting down to Yankee stadium to see our son pitch. Gus was absolutely a pleasure and accommodated us with door to door service. He is truly a gem of a man. We will use and recommend his company whenever we are in town.

I used Ga Taxi & Airport Service to get to and from Newark Airport from Westchester. In contrast to the typical Uber or Lyft experience, my ride with Gus felt very safe. He's a solid driver with years of experience and he got me from point A to point B with no hiccups. In addition, Gus was very kind, sociable, and easy to talk to. Importantly, Gus was able to accommodate changes to my arrival to Newark without a problem (due to cancelled/delayed flights). Even though the airports aren't reliable, Ga Taxi & Airport Service picks up the slack.

This has been our third time with GA Taxi and Airport Service and, as usual, Gus was superb! Our daughter flew into Newark early and Gus was there early as well, communicating with my daughter as soon as she had landed AND letting me know when she was safe and sound at her college. It was easy paying for the service too as Gus uses several paying methods including Venmo. It is peace of mind for sure. Thank you Gus!

We used Gus both for our arrival and departure from Newark to Bronxville. His price was competitive and actually cheaper than other local quotes. The car was clean and he was personable. He even adjusted his arrival time with me from 530am to 515am. Very responsive on texts. Offers a variety of payment options. We will use Gus again when we head back east.

My daughter had a flight to Myrtle Beach on Christmas Eve. We were worried about the traffic to the airport since she had to work that day. I called GA Taxi and Airport Service and spoke to Gus. He assured me that my daughter would be in good hands and would get to the airport in time for her flight. She was able to get out of work half and hour earlier then what I had arranged her ride to be. She called GA Taxi and Airport Service and they were able to pick her up earlier. Gus texted me when she was picked up and let me know she was dropped off at the airport. That made me feel so at ease that she was there safe and made it on time. My daughter confirmed with me that she made it to the airport but it was wonderful that Gus let me know also. I would definitely recommend this service.

I dad no one to bring me to the train station early in the morning and I had a suitcase with me. I checked Uber to schedule a pickup and they wanted to charge me $35 for a 7min ride. I called here, not using a taxi service in a while, and was charged $15 flat- picked up on time, and dropped off super close to the side of the train station I needed to be on. Will definitely be using again! Super happy with the overall experience.

Gus told me "I've got you.". Drove us to a hospital appointment in Manhattan. Picked us up later. Gus is a professional, and can really navigate the city. His suv had the most legroom I've ever seen, it smelled brand new and a sunroof front to back. Fantastic experience.

My limousine service cancelled my ride 15 minutes after it was supposed to arrive to bring 4 people, 8 suitcases and 4 backpacks to JFK as we were moving to Spain. I tried every number I could until I fortunately had the chance to speak to Gus. He saved us. Ten minutes later he called me back with a solution. He and his friend picked us up and we made our flights on time even though it was a Friday, rush hour, end of June kind of traffic. If he had not been there, I would have lost my tickets and more. From now on, GA taxi and airport service will always be my number one for any ride. Thank you!

I found this service on Google. I called and was greeted professionally by the owner, I requested service to LaGuardia airport as I was relocating out of state with my small dog. The owner arrived promptly and on time. He also had me and my pup at the airport in record time so that we could get through the long line at TSA before our 10 am flight. I highly recommend this airport and limousine service. The price is also fair from Westchester County.

The 1st time, they were 20 minutes early. The second time, 20 minutes late. The third time, 30 minutes late, so I walk into my 1st day of class after syllabi have already been handed out. I will not use them again. In response to owners reply, I have never referenced an alarm clock. You must have the wrong customer. Gus was my driver each time. I have no reason to lie. I always call 30 minutes in advance, I'm always outside 10 min before the time I requested.
