I booked Dial 7 luxury pickup service for 3am before my trip to NYC a week before I left home. I changed my pick up time 2 days before my trip to 3:45am. Jaswant arrived early before my scheduled time and waited for me patiently. He was an excellent driver and provided helpful information at my airport drop off as well due to airport construction. He was professional and my service was excellent. I would reserve again. Amount charged to my card was identical to estimated quote. Lexus vehicle was clean and comfortable.

They sent an automated text reminder 30 minutes before the pick up, along with another text when the driver arrived at my hotel, along with his name, the license plate and car model. It was a seamless experience. I needed a ride to the airport from my hotel, and I didn't want to worry about having to hail a taxi or wait for an Uber. I booked Dial 7 the day before my departure. I just needed a ride - nothing fancy - so I booked a standard car. The driver not only arrived on time, he arrived early. I received a call from him as well as a text with the car type and plate number when he arrived. Due to COVID, there was a plastic divider between the front and back seats. The ride was uneventful and that is what made it perfect. I will definitely use Dial 7 again.

They notify you of their arrival so you do not have to stand outside in bad weather or in darkness to wonder when they will arrive. Wonderful - highly recommend! I had an excellent experience with Dial 7 Car Service. Booking my pick-up online was seamless and easy. The communication re: confirmation of pick-up was via text and email... giving me confidence that everything was a go. On the morning of pick-up, I received a text letting me know that the car was on its way and then when it arrived... and it arrived at exactly the pick-up time. My driver took my heavy bag and then was so, so pleasant when driving to the airport. He made me feel comfortable and was friendly and conversational. Once at my destination, he took out my heavy bag and thanked me. I thoroughly enjoyed my Dial 7 experience and would definitely use them the next time I need a car service while visiting NYC.

We've used this service multiple times. They are more reasonably priced then Uber or Lyft especially for our situation traveling from JFK to Manhattan. The communication by the company was good. Because they had our flight number they texted as soon as we landed with instructions on what to do after we received our luggage. There was a little confusion because we was only checking texts and they were emailing information too, which we missed at first. We were able to ask questions via text with quick responses. The driver was super pleasant to speak with and his driving skills were exceptional. He navigated the traffic like a pro. There were only a few times I had to use my imaginary break pedal.

When I fly in to Newark Airport to go to Manhattan where I often work, I always use Dial 7 Car and Limousine. In my mind they provide the best service to get me - I would say - anywhere. Their cars are clean, the drivers are friendly and courteous, the cost is absolutely affordable, and the drivers always find their way to get me to my destination. As a European, I am used to drivers who respect the traffic laws, and going to a foreign country and taking a taxi - you do not always know what you are getting into. In fact - you really trust the driver with your life. I have always been comfortable with Dial 7 drivers, because they do drive in a safe way. I hope they will always continue to uphold this standard - and if so, I will continue to use them.

I just got back from a five day trip to New York. These guys were not only half the price of the service my family had originally chosen, but they were awesome. I used them six times (my wife and I back and forth to the airport, kids back and forth to the airport, mother in law from Brooklyn to Long Island and back to Brooklyn) and they showed up on time every time. There were no hidden fees. I was able to pay either at the beginning of the ride, or at the end of the ride. I had them take my mother in law and aunts back to Brooklyn - and they had some heavy packages (I tipped the driver a little extra to help them with their packages). When my mother in law got home we spoke to her and she said her driver helped them into the elevator with the heavy bags. They couldn't have been easier to work with. We booked with a few days notice - no problem. We booked for an asap pickup - no problem. Every time I called them they answered the phone before the second ring. As soon as I hung up with them, I got an email with the confirmation number. Fair price, clean cars, super reliable six out of six times. I hope your experience is as great as ours was this week. I will, of course, use them every time we go to NY. They have earned my business, and have earned this review.

I've been using dial 7 for years although I am considering stopping. I am writing this not to give any major complaints like many other people have but just to set expectations. I have reserved and used dial 7 probably more then a 100 times. They are the most economical car service in the city. A bit more then a cab. However don't expect suit and tie limo service. The cars are generally older and about the same cleanliness as a cab, meaning okay in my opinion. I always make an online reservation and although I've had to wait at an airport a few times its never been for more then 15 minutes. When picking me up at my hotel most times they end up waiting for me because they arrived early. Yes a lot of drivers will have phone conversations during the entire drive but I don't care, they are always doing it safely and I don't really want to chit chat with them. Sometimes I get the credit card stuff before we get where we are going but again who cares, saves me time. Anyway all in all they are okay and the price is great. I am going to look around anyway though because the cars are pretty tired looking they've got 100K+ miles and many years of service and I want to see about getting a little nicer ride, even if it costs a bit more. The quality of the cars is the only reason this gets 3 stars instead of 4 or even 5.

This car service is terrific. I don't use it for regular run around town errands but whenever I need to make sure that I'll be picked up on time (e.g., to get to the airport for a flight), I call Dial 7. My husband and I fly a lot for business. I've been using Dial 7 for years and have never had a car arrive late. In fact, they usually call to say they are in front of our building 10-15 minutes early. Their cars are clean and comfortable and the drivers are invariably polite and they know where they are going. They also know how to get there the fastest way given traffic patterns.

I was picked up at the airport and at my hotel by Dial 7. In both cases the drivers were early and I did not have to wait. In fact, one driver got me to Laguardia in enough time for me to take an earlier flight because mine had been canceled. They were very friendly, drove carefully, and made me feel safe. I booked a minivan from Dial7 to transport our family from our Times Square NYC hotel to JFK. Our driver arrived 15 minutes early and called me to say he was parked outside our hotel and to take our time. The driver was friendly and helped us load our luggage and bags. My wife's phone was running out of battery so he offered to charge it during the ride. We got to JFK quickly and safely. There were no surprise charges. I paid the booking price, plus the cost of the toll, and gave him a nice tip for helping us with our luggage. Great experience!

This is the first time I had used this company and was extremely satisfied with their service. The car arrived promptly and was extremely clean and comfortable. Our driver Shuen was extremely helpful and friendly. I was expecting some hidden charges but there was none - the price we were quoted was the price we paid and the tip was completely at our discretion. I will definitely use this service again when visiting New York.

This is a great service!! Our driver was calm and courteous.. no crazy bobbing and weaving through traffic and no honking. Additionally, I left my phone in his car, boarded a plane to Dallas and panicked upon my arrival in Dallas when I realized I had left it.. I called this service and they had my phone shipped to me overnight (I paid the shipping) but I just loved that 1st of all, my phone was returned and 2nd of all, customer service (Luis) was sweet enough to take my multiple phone calls and make sure my phone was sent back to me. This is an honest business that takes care of their customers. Highly recommend!

I have used Dial 7 a total of 6 times ( 3 trips) to NYC from LaGuardia to Chelsea, Manhattan. I have never had an issue other than our last trip in May, when the original scheduled car never came (or we never saw it) and we had to call and get a new car. This almost caused us to miss our reservations for dinner. But overall, I will use this company each time I visit NYC. The drivers may not always be talkative (as some complaints have stated), but their prices are very reasonable, and we have always had an immaculate nice car, and the drivers have always been courteous and polite.

Excellent Service We had reserved a transfer from Brooklyn Port to LGA, I had checked with the company subsequent, all was OK. Called them to change to time as we would be 45 minutes later. No problem. When we got disembarked and cleared customs, called the company, they said the limo would be there in a few minutes and they gave us the limo number. It was a Lincoln Town Car, clean and comfortable, neat and courteous driver that drove us to the airport where we arrived about 40 minutes later. Very happy with the service, will use them again and recommend them to others

I was hesitant in booking car service with Dial 7 after reading all of the terrible reviews. I tried them anyways, went with my gut, and I had nothing but an excellent experience. The booking process was easy, and the two ladies that I spoke with were friendly, professional and efficient. After the reservation was made, there was great communication from the confirmation summary via email and text. On the day of the service, I received a text 30 minutes prior to my pick up tme advising me that my car was enroute. 20 minutes later, I received a text advising that my car had arrived. They also provided me with the car #, model, make an colour of the car and Drivers Name and Cell #. I also received a call from the driver advising he was downstairs. I booked a 5 hour service to take me to various locations and was very impressed with the driver. He was very friendly, professional and offered me bottled water and snacks the whole time. During the 5 hours, there were never any issues and we were always able to find each other and the driver was on time. Keep up the great work Dial 7!

A Good Experience I had booked the car on line a couple of days before to pick us up on arrival at the airport. I rang once we had collected our bags and the car was there within 5 minutes. The driver was polite, the car was clean and the price we paid was what had been quoted. All in all a very good experience.

I have never had a problem with them picking me up whether it was 2 AM 4 AM 10 AM or 11 PM to go to the airport. But I have always had problems when I ordered the car to pick me up at the airport. Most of the time the weather would be awful and I would be waiting for them only later to find out there was nobody near enough to pick me up. So I had to take a regular taxi from whatever airport I was at. I do recommend them if you are going to the airport.

We always use dial 7 on our trips to Manhattan. We find them reputable, courteous, and a good value. The drivers are always prompt (early) at our hotel for our return trip to Laguardia airport. I wish airport pick up was as smooth, but for that I blame Laguardia traffic and construction. Highly recommend their services. Look for a coupon to make your trip even more cost effective.

I had to catch a train at 6am and didn't want to risk no taxis being around that early. The online reservation process was relatively easy, and included a confirmation email (nice for individuals as high strung as myself). I scheduled the pick-up for 5:30am and got a call at 5:20 that they would be outside in a minute. The car was clean and smelled fine. The driver was nice enough- didn't talk much but that is how I would prefer it when I haven't had coffee yet. He did process the order while driving, but mostly while at red lights. At no point in the process did I actually feel unsafe about his driving. He drove like a cab in NY, but not overly aggressive (light honks when someone was crossing into our lane too close, but he was never the one crossing inappropriately). Overall a good experience, allowing my morning to run smoothly.

I have used this service maybe 6 times int he past 4 years. They ARE prompt and the rates are good. BUT, on my last two trips between Ct and NYC I had drivers who should find a different occupation. I was TERRIFIED. Weaving in and out of traffic, people honking at us..I couldn't even look out the window, I was so frightened. In one case I had had a knee replacement and the erratic braking and weaving in and out were painful. Second time I was recovering from a mastectomy, and was also in a great deal of pain, so smoother driving would have been helpful. I survived though, so there's that!

First time using the service. Found it via TripAdvisor. Booked online. Called to confirm the night before. Received a text in the morning with my driver's info and car location. Took 35 minutes on a Monday morning. Thought it would take over an hour. Driver was safe, friendly and prompt. He was in front of our hotel at least 15 minutes early. Very nice way to end a trip vs lugging bags thru stations and fiddling with ticket machines.

I had to check that I have been using the same service, because my experience has been nothing like any other review. Based on my receipts, Dial 7 contracts with a few operators, so that is the only explanation that I can figure. For my first trip to NYC, I called them at random after a quick web search. They picked my up at LaGuardia exactly when and where they said they would, and got me to my hotel in Manhattan at the exact price they quoted me online. The car was a brand-new Towncar, the driver was polite and professional, and everything was clean and smelled great. They charged my Amex in the car and I was able to review the statement and sign it. It was such a good experience, I booked my return trip to the airport, and got the same experience. I have been back to NYC twice in 6 months since then, and both times I booked transportation with Dial 7. All four trips were just as I expected. (I had a Toyota Highlander once, which was much nicer than the Towncar!) The name on my receipt has been different each time, so I suppose different operators have different standards, but the ones that I have worked with 6 times have been excellent.

I have used Dial 7 for trips to JFK airport many times and I have found their cars to arrive on time and their drivers are careful and know the route. Since I am a native New Yorker and live in Manhattan I know the way I want to go. I always specify the route when I make a reservation and usually the driver will comply with my request. Occasionally a driver will want to go his way but he finally agrees when I tell him that I will take a taxi instead.

Booked a night before for 7am from our hotel to the airport (LGA). A text was sent at 6:30am giving us the driver's info and location. The driver arrived early which was really good! I've set my gps on my phone to the airport and it had me at 32 mins to get there. Got there at 7:17am! Over all good severice and price!

I think your net prices are getting higher at a time when you’re getting more and more competition from the Ubers and the Vias whom I use for more local service and whose service I also find satisfactory. Quite seriously, I compare price; and when their prices are lower, I will use them. That’s how capitalism works, so keep that in mind.

Usually I am very well pleased with the service we receive from Dial 7, this time the driver turned the wrong way into a one way street, then crossed a double yellow line in the Lincoln Tunnel and had trouble communicating when asked a question regarding company procedure for picking up at an airport. The best I can say is that we did get to the airport safely.

My daughter and I went up to Times Square to catch a show and used Dial 7 for pickup from LaGuardia to our hotel and then from the hotel back to the airport a few days later. Prompt service to the airport (arrived earlier than pickup time...no waiting) . Pickup FROM the airport was a few minutes wait but it was a CRAZY busy Friday night. Clean & comfortable vehicles. We felt very safe and kind of like VIPs, but you pay for the service. It was both of our first time to the city and felt in very good hands. The drivers were very polite. After a $20 tip, they were comparable to Uber/Lyft Black (maybe a little more) and twice the "expected fare" of a taxi...but flexible payment forms (prepay, payment online-but deducted at drop-off, or payment at destination). Will use again for piece of mind next time in town!
