I switched to this cab company after using a few of the other cab companies in the area. Other companies were extremely late or didn't even show up. Around the clock has been good so far, showing up on time and not making me wait to be picked up after an appointment. I got a driver named Melissa, she was really nice! They have clean cabs that aren't 30 years old and falling apart. Great service that I hope to use for the foreseeable future. If you are tired of getting lied to by dispatchers and waiting and waiting for your cab before and after appointments give these guys a shot.

I used their taxi today. The car was so clean and new. The driver Steven was so friendly and nice. Came and picked me up sooner than expected.I will definitely call them again. Recommend to customers who likes to use clean and reliable taxi .

Owner and his team were completely awesome. Rode the train in from Buffalo with our hockey team and the move us all from the train station to rink with ease. Clean friendly service. Will certainly use them again.

I called for a cab from N. Utica Walmart to home. Answered quickly, and only had to wait 10 minutes and she arrived. Helped me with my groceries and was extremely professional. Car was clean and smelled good. (Not like other cabs) will definitely use them again in the future.

Took a cab from just off burstone rd to the Walmart in North Utica and back yesterday evening . The driver was on time and kind enough to call my phone when she was out side instead of beeping the horn and making the dogs bark . A kind of service the Utica area hasnt seen in a while . The car was very clean and an overall very good experience

Please disregard the negative review from Joe Khoury, he owns Ace taxi and he is just bashing the competition like a nervous child would do. We are licensed, approved and fully insured as a taxi livery service. Nys workers Comp in place and everything. We will continue to have better cars, drivers, and better rates.
