Greg was our driver for a day in New York City. We left Sussex County Delaware in the morning and returned home later that night. We could not have had a better driver! Greg was always there whenever we came out of a restaurant or the theater. He was an excellent driver and we felt safe at all times. Highly recommend Delaware Limo for their upfront pricing, regular communications and confirmations, and providing a comfortable and spotless vehicle.

What a great experience from the ease of talking with someone to make the reservation to being picked up at the airport. Professional, courteous and efficient. My driver, Tony was right on time . Had a great experience! Our usual service called and told us they could not provide us a late night ride from the airport just hours before our trip home. (We booked months before.) Called Delaware Limousine and they were very appreciative to help us and were early picking us up. To top it off, our driver Gregory, was so helpful and pleasant! Really went the extra mile to be nice. He was a rare gem. AAAAAAAAAAAAAA++++++++++++++

In the last few months we have been using Delaware Limo for roundtrip airport transportation and I highly recommend their service. Every driver has been on time, courteous and professional. They text you when they arrive, meet you with a sign at the foot of the terminal escalator and help you with your luggage. No more dragging your luggage outside and trying to find your driver-a welcome relief for weary travelers. Their fleet of vehicles are in top shape, well maintained and very comfortable. The office staff are very helpful as well and we received an email confirmation of all our trip reservations -we had to make an adjustment the night before our pickup and they were very accommodating. This level of consistent customer service seems very rare these days-a big THANK YOU to the drivers and team at Delaware Limo.

I really can't say enough about the level of service we received from this company. Booked for a trip from suburban Philly to the Wilmington Waterfront for my son's 16th birthday. Everything from the first phone call I made all the way to the drop off was just absolutely excellent. Driver was early and really personable. Our driver Gregory met us inside the terminal, which was above and beyond what I was expecting. He loaded my son's wheelchair, which is pretty heavy so I appreciated that. He was very friendly and we had a great conversation. The vehicle was impeccably clean and nice. It was such a relief to have a driver and not have to go through the hassle of renting a car. Delaware Limo was able to accommodate my last minute request for a same day pickup at PHL to my home which is 1.5 hours away. They were able to provide a large car and spacious enough to accommodate my family of 5 and all of our suitcases. Our driver, Arif, was prompt, courteous and helpful. As stated, the car was large and had more than enough room. Water was provided. They could not accommodate our car seat request but I'm not sure if that is something that could have been provided if the request wasn't so last minute. If you're looking for a car service I highly recommend De Limo because they are reliable and professional. They are on the pricier side but at least you know you will be taken care of.

Kevin arrived prior to my flight landing and awaited me at the base of escalators where the baggage claim is. That rarely happens with other services I have used. To back up a moment, I had called several other services that rang to voicemail and no reply call or text back for at least a few hours. This company answered my call, gave me an immediate estimate on price, and took my credit card over phone all within 5 minutes. Back to the pickup…. As I said my driver Kevin, was at the baggage area, pulled my bag off carousel, and took to the Cadillac immediately. He opened my door before putting the luggage in the trunk and offered me an extra water additional to the one already waiting for me. The car was immaculate and before we departed our parking spot he asked me if I wanted to listen to music and what my preference was. He drove cautiously, and when I had to make phone calls, he turned volume off on stereo then raised to an east listening level when I was off phone. That is service of a true professional. He was respectful and when dropping me to my residence, Kevin took my bag to the front door. What a delightful experience! Highly recommend & will use from now on.

This service is amazing, and they have excellent drivers; they are always on time, polite, and courteous. Kevin, my driver to the hospital today, is kind and intelligent, and we always have meaningful conversations, more than just generic pleasantries. Their cars are impeccably clean, and essential to most cancer patients; they are never over scented with car fresheners. The most notable thing about Delaware Limo is the fact that they give cancer patients, like me, free transportation to and from treatment. They are partnered with a Philly non-profit organization that raises money to provide this service. They charge the organization a fraction of the actual cost for their services. Overall, Delaware Limo is the best car service I've ever used. It's also rare to find a company that prioritizes compassion over profit.

From Adonica. This Saturday 7/23/22, I had 8 little girls for my daughters 10th birthday slumber party. The driver Gordon was on time and very kind. Never once complained about the noise cause 8 little girls dancing and screaming enjoying their selves can be very distracting. He greater us each time with a smile and was there to assist on and off the party bus. Even when we got done early he let us make an extra stop to take up time. We felt safe while he was driving and got us to and from with no issues. I would definitely use this service again.

These 3 stars are solely for the customer service, ease of booking, punctuality, and the chauffer. But honestly, I will probably not rent from this place again. When the limo arrived, it was beautiful on the outside. Inside, it smelled pretty bad and had stains on the seat. The area around the drink holders had been sloppily painted over (likely due to previous damage) and some of the lighting didn't work. Also, it would have been nice if the chauffer had taken the time to point out some of the features in limo or at least asked if we needed help navigating the entertainment systems. The rep on the phone said I was getting a 'newer' version of the limo but it certainly did not have that luxurious feel inside with all the cosmetic issues I mentioned. I wouldn't spend my hard-earned money on that same ride again.

Needed cab service for my son from BWI to home.. Never been there so I didn't feel comfortable picking him up alone so late at night. Excellent professional service from DL right from the start. Calls were answered right away in a friendly manner. No voicemail, phone chains or holds. They assigned a driver in advance before the scheduled flight with his contact information. Driver Anthony arrived at the airport in advance to meet him for the 1AM flight arrival, helped with his bags and escorted him to the very comfortable car in the short term parking lot. He was very friendly and pleasant I was very glad to have chosen this service. A great experience from the first call to my driveway. PS I decided to use them for his return back. Has orders to report to his new duty station and I did not want him to have any issues. DL was great- they arrived on time and got him to BWI with no problem. Best in the area for sure!

We booked three rides to and from Philadelphia International Airport for a recent family trip. Delaware Limo was very responsive in providing quotes and coordinating our groups for these rides. Confirmations came via text and email, including driver names and confirmations that drivers departed for pick up and arrived ant the airport upon our return. Their procedures provided a high level of comfort that our return rides were all set. The two drivers assigned to our rides were very professional and friendly and made for very pleasant rides.
