Arrived a few minutes early so there was plenty of time to load before leaving. The vehicle was nice and clean. Booking was simple online and communication was top notch. We were notified when the driver left to come pick us up. We will definitely use Tornado Transit again in the future. Very reliable service

I flew in from my hometown on the east coast and Mr. Rick and Mr. John not only provided transportation, but were extremely professional. When I arrived in Kansas they had tracked my flight and were waiting for me when I landed and drove me 95 miles to my destination. When it was time for me to leave, they arrived early and got me to the airport with time to eat and hit the gift shops. They provided great conversation and showed me some of the sights like the Flint Hills. I highly recommend this company and only this company for your business. Thank you so much for reuniting me with my loved ones.

Rick was very easy to talk to when I called in to book our group of seven for transportation from the airport and to our hotel along with a return. The texts notifying us of the name of our driver with contact information was very helpful. Our flight was delayed in arriving into Wichita but Rick was there waiting for us when we arrived. Drivers are friendly, punctual and the passenger van we rode in was very roomy and clean. Would definitely use their services again when I am in Wichita.

I was in Wichita for a week for medical treatment. The driver I had used before was on vacation. I called Tornado based on the excellent reviews. Rick and Tornado Transit exceeded all expectations. The level of professionalism is top notch. We were picked up inside airport with a sign, it rained one day and they had an umbrella opened so I wouldn't get wet (how nice is that!). I used the 2x a day during my visit and they were early each time and I would receive a text saying the driver was on his way. Most importantly to me is that I felt 100% safe. Rick and Tornado Transit go above and beyond any driver I have ever had (and I live in Manhattan). I will always use Tornado Transit when I'm in Wichita, which is several times a year. Thank you so much for the outstanding professionalism!

From our very first phone call to Tornado Transit to arrange transport from the airport to the hotel, it was a positive experience. Upon arrival they were waiting for us, helped with luggage and were on our way in no time. Our return trip was just as pleasant. We were also texted about each driver's arrival time for picking us up which absolutely made our stay in Kansas enjoyable.

Very good Shuttle Service for your business travel needs and recommended if it is really early in the morning. The vehicle was clean, spacious, and customer service is great! My business flight was at 6:20 AM, the driver came around 4:45 AM, but somehow my alarm did not wake me up in time, so I did oversleep. The driver was very patient, he kept waiting at the front door and continue to call me on my phone for the next 30 mins. I finally woke up (after 20 missed calls) and we rushed out to the airport immediately. Luckily Wichita road was clear in the early morning and it was a short drive, so I did make to my gate and straight into the seat of the airplane with 15 mins to spare. Couldn't have been happier.

Wow!! Amazing service, communication and friendly driver. Nick went above and beyond taking care of our group of 9 ladies during our stay for Women's Championship bowling tournament. I’m so thankful for Tornado Transit coming through for my daughter at the last minute. My daughter needed a ride to the airport in Wichita from her college an hour north in McPherson and requested a ride using Uber 5 hours before she needed a ride. Uber cancelled her request 5 minutes after the Uber driver was scheduled to show up. She called Tornado Transit in a panic and they came to the rescue and got her to the airport in plenty of time even though they had to come from Wichita to pick her up. Thank you so much, she has 3 years more of college and we will definitely be using Tornado Transit in the future
