Very unprofessional don't show up for appointments left me without a ride when I'm in a wheelchair and I have to rely on people I missed my physical therapy class I even checked with them the day before to verify that they had all the appointments.they even called and checked with the physicians and the therapist when I'm going to them to make sure that I'm correct.the very nice on the phone but they don't know what they're doing when they're getting companies to come pick you up. I called an hour early wondering where they were and they said they were renegotiating the contract. I can't miss my therapy appointment so I need to learn to walk again. If your insurance company fix this company insist on another service. I spoke to management there and they said they were sending an Uber I got a message from Lyft said they're on their way they called three times to the therapist and make sure that I could still be on time then they never called me back or showed up don't use these people. *********** Update 2/5/2020 they have turned it around and getting much better. Thank you
