You provided 2 vehicles for our family of 12 which included 6 kids to and from Disney. Your vehicles were very clean. Your drivers were very polite, punctual and flexible as we had 2 flight delays. The thing that I was so happy about were the six car seats that were provided all fit perfect and were so clean for each ride. Thank you again for your great service Amber Limo!

I researched a few limo companies to pick up myself & my team from the airport, and I'm SO GLAD we chose Amber! The company kept updated on our flight (which was delayed) and our driver Pedro greeted us warmly, and with our salon name on a sign like I asked! He was informative and patient. Because of our delay, he had to scoot to his next scheduled job, but not before already arranging another driver to take over. She was also wonderful and offered so much friendly knowledge of the area. The SUVs were nice!! I was so happy, I arranged for our return trip as well. Sammy arrived in a black Mercedes and was just as professional and friendly as we had experienced when arriving. I 100% would recommend Amber Limo and use them again!

Driver was very professional showed up on time, helped me with my luggage without me asking, a safe driver, plus I did call last minute for a 5 AM ride to the airport and they were very accommodating. Last comment, after a week of using Lyft services there is a noticeable difference in the interior car smell! Fresh and clean inside Amber car ! I would use their service again.

Trying to avoid renting a car for our recent visit to Treasure Island, we booked airport transfers through Amber Limo. We flew into PIE around 11:10pm, and our driver called to tell us he was waiting for us at the curb. He was extremely professional, taking care of all of our bags and holding doors for us. His car was immaculate, he was wearing a mask, and he offered us several bottles of hand sanitizer, which were neatly organized in the seat pockets. There was a booster seat for our son, which had been sanitized and was in a plastic bag, ready for use. We made an extra stop for a late check-in, and he waited outside the car the entire time I was inside. It was quite apparent this driver took his job very seriously. We received confirmation emails on the day of each of our trips, and phone calls with ETAs from the driver. We were extremely impressed with our service and would not hesitate to recommend this company.
