Unbelievably amazing! We would give them 100 stars if we could. We used them for transportation for our wedding day, both as a party bus for the wedding party and also for guest transportation from hotel to reception and back. The fantastic customer service was the start as they were very easy, accommodating, and gracious to deal with for booking them and going through the details. But when they big day came, they blew it out of the water. Our driver, Gregory, aka Bull, went above and beyond for every single person that enter the bus. He provided a very crucial add to the bus that we had forgotten as well, water. He helped our every need inside and out of the bus, was extremely efficient on timing, and super personable as well. We will be telling EVERY SINGLE PERSON we know getting married and needing anything to do with transportation going forward to use Jed!

We are so glad we chose Jed Transportation when booking shuttles for our son's wedding. They were so easy to work with. Our guests said the shuttle drivers were gracious, accommodating and went out of their way for people. We couldn't possibly be happier. I'd use them again in a heartbeat and highly recommend them.

Brian at JED was awesome! He was very responsive and helped me pick the right vehicle to transport our large wedding party and their guests in style the day of our wedding. Our driver was on time and the sweetest man ever, which always makes it more comfortable for everyone riding along. They were affordable compared to other transport companies in STL, and came highly recommended from multiple different planners I was interviewing prior to our wedding. Super happy with our choice to book them, you will be too!

JED was super easy to work with. They were more flexible than other transportation companies so if you are a bride who needs more of a 2-3 hour transportation window versus the standard 5-6 hour window that most other companies require, then JED is the one for you. The prices were reasonable and all of the employees from booking to our driver were all very kind and personable.

I have never had such an amazing bus driver for an event or wedding that I have been apart of. If you are lucky enough to get Bull as your driver you are in for a 5 star experience (seriously go request him now). From having water for me while I waited to enter the church, to having champagne for my husband and I after the wedding, to helping our photographers throughout the entire photo session to bringing bags of drinks from the bus to the park for everyone to stay hydrated for 2-3 hours of photos. He was truly a pleasure and none of our friends, family or vendors could stop singing his praises. On top of that, the 48 person bus was spacious, clean and cool. Perfect day!!

I will never use another company in the St. Louis area. After several great experiences hiring them I made the mistake of going to another well known company in the area. The unprofessionalism from the other company prior to my reservation was so bad with no confirmations and only texting to book to changing the agreed upon prices caused me to cancel my reservation and run back to JED. They got us all taken care of and I won't go astray again!

We used JED Transportation for transportation to a Christ in Youth conference from St. Louis, MO to Cleveland, TN. They did a marvelous job! Their customer service was superb. The drivers were very friendly, the bus was comfortable and clean. It was just an all around pleasant experience. We will definitely be using them again.

Very nice people that work there very friendly and helpful but so much stuff at that place doesn't work and that's terrible and people blame the people that work there and it's just not their fault so get that stuff fixed especially the sweet iced tea machine it's brand new and it still doesn't work come on folks you got a business to run

We rented the trolley for our wedding from a different company that went out of business due to COVID. Jed stepped on in and not only agreed to the original rate we were quoted but also went above and beyond. Sharon our driver was the absolute best! She called, texted and handled all of our crazy passengers with patience. We would highly recommend to anyone!

Our driver was superb! He was affable and informative.He seemed genuinely interested in what we might like to do in the city and had many suggestions of things to visit and where to eat. He was kind enough to give us a good overview of the city since we don’t know it very well. He showed us a beautiful neighborhood on the way to our hotel that was a real treat! Overall great experience using JED. They were moving back and forth from our wedding to our venue the entire time with no problems. Showed up on time and did the shuttle overtime, which was great! I wish I would have had access to my driver's cell however, I did have one question throughout the night and the number I was given - no one responded. Wasn't serious, but would've been nice to hear back. Overall great service and the did exactly what they said they would do.

We booked the Trolley for our wedding party to all be on so we could stop at local parks to take pictures in St. Charles, MO. When we originally booked the Trolley it was through a different company but then changed hands to JED. They honored our initial agreement and contract which was super nice. However, the drive was not so great. I had sent in the exact names and address in the order of the stops but the driver kept asking me where we were going. She acted like she did not know the itinerary (which was sent in via email beforehand and was printed on the receipt at the end). Also, her driving was a little erotic - she would make very sudden stops and turns a few times which almost sent me, in my white dress flying, one time. She was not overly friendly either. Also, she did not drop us of at the right place that was agreed upon. It worked out because we were able to get some good and unexpected pictures at the place we were dropped off but it also meant that our wedding party had to walk to the Katy Depot for the dinner, when they should have been dropped off right there. With all that being said, our wedding party had an awesome time while on the Trolley. Definitely some good laughs and memories but the logistics of it didn't work. I would recommend a Trolley type experience for bridal parties, but make sure the driver knows where they are going.

Jed transportation was an incredibly professional and timely service. We called them last minute (two days before our event) to get shuttling for 250 guests and they gave us a quote immediately. TOP NOTCH ST.LOUIS LIMO SERVICE. Had the limo out for a Bday party and everything went as planned and then some. The driver was awesome "Bowl" or Greg took care of us and we definitely took care of him. Limo was early and we also had a free upgrade because of some issues they were having with the one we reserved. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM!

I even had a few last minute changes and JED/Allison handled them with ease and reassured me everything would be fine...and it was!! JED Transportation provided excellent service for our wedding party bus on the day of our wedding. Our driver, Derrick, showed up right on time, and was very professional. He accommodated all our requests, and promptly drove us to all of our photo stops. The bus itself was just as described. It was clean and comfortable, and had great air conditioning, which was a life saver with the warm May weather. We had no issue communicating with JED prior to our wedding day, either. They were always available by phone or email, and were well organized. I would highly recommend using JED transportation. Make sure you book early!

I had to take my dog, Sadie with me and leave her with Joe, for about 45 minutes . He took very wonderful care of her, and when I returned, she was asleep on the seat!!! Stew, who was the driver for our "Party Bus" was AMAZING, I have used other companies in the past, and was very disapointed. JED Had soda / water in a cooler avalible for us already cold! I do not often take the time to call and tell someone when I had a excellent time, but this time I did. Stew and the fine crew at JED Dazzled us with a fun night! If you are even remotely thinking about getting a Party Bus, or a limo for you next special event, give JED a call. Its nice to know that there are great people out there like JED that know that customer service is so important. I own Bachman Auto Glass, and this is a real review from a real customer.

My daughter's wedding was out of town and we decided to provide transportation for our guests. We scheduled 5 different vehicles and every driver was courteous and on time. Everything was exactly as requested. Because there were so many moving parts, i spoke to several people (Alison, Riva and Jessica) and they all were wonderful to work with: Jessica even took the time to show me the vehicles on a visit. I do not have any more weddings to plan but if I have ANY needs they can fill, I will only work with them.
