My wife had a wonderful experience with Mr. Arden and apex Transportation services by setting up the ride he was prompt on arrival. He was very helpful with getting my luggage from the house and into the car also he gave my wife a courtesy call the night before to confirmed my trip and time. The experience was phenomenal it exceeded my expectations. The car was immaculate there wasn't a spec of dirt or dust. The car was very spacious inside. I would extremely recommend this service to anyone. I would definitely ride with Apex again.

I highly recommend Apex Transportation. Arsen provides a very comfortable, pleasant ride. In addition to being courteous and friendly, he is an excellent driver, on time, and responsive. I very much appreciate that he confirmed the pickup time the evening before my ride to Lambert Airport, saving me that last bit of travel anxiety. I will call Apex again!

Apex was terrific! Didn't have to worry about finding a cab or Uber for an early morning flight (4:00 am; 5 people; lots of luggage). Communication was great through the whole process. Arsen arrived early and the vehicle was immaculate. A great experience all around!

Excellent service at a fair price. Did NOT want to rely on taxis or Uber/Lyft when coming home after a long trip with luggage. Called Apex from airport before I took off and had a confirmed ride home that met me in baggage claim to help with my bags and a short walk to vehicle. All for less than what parking would have cost me for the week! Will definitely use them again.

Wanted a safe mode of transportation since it was just my daughter and I. We were immediately met in baggage claim and once our luggage was available, it was transported to SUV waiting outside. The entire process was smooth… from requesting the quote to arriving at the hotel. I would strongly recommend and will definitely use Apex again if back in St. Louis.

I highly recommend Apex Transportation and Arsen Babayan! From my first email to them to Arsen dropping us off after a night out, everything was great. Arsen was very responsive every time I contacted him. He showed up early with a very clean car and was super professional. We hired him for seven hours and he was pleasant the entire time. We’ll definitely be using his services again!

This review is long overdue. Apex, and specifically Arsen was our best option for an early morning transport to the airport in January and again on our return flight to the US. Worth every penny to have Arsen pick us up exactly on time and quickly get us to the airport. When we returned to the US, Arsen was there greeting us and helping us collect luggage efficiently and on our way back home quickly. We have a neighborhood group that I told about our Apex Transport services as well and so our neighbors are using them this week for their trip as well. We need to use Apex again next week for another trip and look forward to seeing Arsen again.

We had amazing service as first time customers we will definitely definitely be back! Arsen arrive to pick us up on time in fact early which was nice He was extremely professional, dressed in a suit, the SUV was immaculate. He helped load and unload the luggage. I had sent him our return flight information prior to leaving town and had no concerns that he would be there to pick us up which was 11 PM when we landed I had already had a message for him saying welcome back and that he would be waiting for us at baggage claim. He helped us get our luggage out of the airport again back into his vehicle- again everything professional first class all the way!! We absolutely 100% recommend this company and we will definitely be back in the future!! Thank you Arsen!!

I must say that Arsen deserves only good things to say about him. The first time visiting Alton Ilinois my flight was delayed like 2 hours so i taught my ride was gone. To my surprise Arsen was right there waiting for me. He was there looking so professional, he made me feel so welcome. I used him so many times after that and always felt so comfortable ,was always ontime, ride in style and got me to my destination even before the time. Keep up the good job Arsen.
