The taxi driver is really caring and stuff because the bus that I was suppose to get on to go to Omaha got cancelled and we did not know that tell we got there and I was crying and he walked up and asked if I needed a ride to a hotel or something and I said no I want to go with my family so he made plans and took me to Sioux City IA and gave us a huge discount because the people at the bus was rude. I would recommend this place to anybody that is needing transportation.

Great service for business travelers, consummate professional, knowledgeable of the city and traffic patterns, great cab driver who really differentiates himself from the pack! Price competitive with app based "services" but will make you loathe your next ride with a part-time "driver" from Uber or Lyft who doesn't know the right route and fiddles with the GPS on their phone the whole time. If you're a professional you'll want this professional!

I didn’t know this area at all, but Midwest taxi made me feel at ease with their exceptional customer service. Even though their services were not free, I feel like they gifted me at least double from what I paid. When I got back home- I felt some liquid collecting in the corner of my eyes. I fell to one knee - overcome with spine tingling emotion. As I knelt on the floor, droplets of my passion hit the floor at a tap dance competition rate. I realized that this is what are country needs more of. People who give a damn about giving a damn! This is what we need to heal our country’s needs. Thank you Midwest taxi. With you guys around I know we are on our way!

So, this is how nice the taxi drivers of Sioux Falls Midwest Taxi Services are: I was walking just outside the airport property, direction downtown. Their driver stopped by, opened his passenger window and asked me if he could offer me a ride, since he was headed in the same direction. I accepted. It made the difference for me for being able to see the downtown area and the Falls Park and return to my hotel before dark. He was friendly, interested and accomodating for no charge. When did that happen to you last time? Give it up for Sioux Falls Midwest Taxi Services. Thank you. Joris H

I was recently there for 4 days with a colleague. The driver/owner was so great. He provided timely and great service for all days and evenings for dinner. I will always use this service when in town. He even picked us up at 4:30 in the morning to take us to the airport. Great service.
