We have had several unpleasant experiences getting (or ‘trying’ to get) a ride from the Edmonds ferry terminal to…anywhere (with the one-ferry boat service it’s been a stressful experience not knowing if there will be space for us to drive on the ferry, especially after a medical procedure). So we tried Uber (didn’t show-up once but showed-up another time). We wanted a reliable, friendly and safe way to get from point A to point B….and we found Taxi in Town, what a positive experience! One: they showed-up! We booked online (or via email). Two: a real person answers the phone! They told us who the driver was and the make/model of car. Our driver, Sam, was very courteous, friendly, and a safe driver. Prices were competitive. We will definitely be using taxiintown.com for future trips. Thank you!

I can't even count the hours he has saved our family and friends over the years. Especially this year with the ferry schedule being inconsistent. Just walk on the ferry and then this is the most reliable way to get to and from the airport without worrying about ferry wait times. Very reasonable rates and always kind too. I highly recommend, especially for anyone dependent on the Clinton/Mukilteo ferry when making airport runs.

I frequently travel for business and have used their service for almost four years. We started using their service for personal use also. Excellent customer service, courteous, very clean vehicle and always on time! They will accommodate any travel schedule, day or night. It is more convenient to be dropped off and picked up, curb side service without the hassle of parking, transporting our own luggage, pay the cost to park and gas. I have used this service for the last 4 years for business travel and it is by far the best courier service I have ever used. The cars are impeccable. I am always picked up on time and details of my trip are tracked for changes. The driver "Azeem" (the owner) rates a 10+ on courtesy and kindness. In several instances I have called for a ride without too much notice. I've never been turned down. I highly recommend Taxi In Town as a very high quality professional courier service and will continue to use it as my courier choice in the future.

They were absolutely wonderful and picked us up on time and were extremely considerate as both my friend and I are disabled and needed a little extra time to get in. We had just finished playing Bingo and only needed a ride home and taxi in town came right away and took us home with great service , laughter and kindness. Had to get my bf to work, called yellow cab at 5am to schedule a taxi for 6:20am. Yellow cab never showed up. Called Taxi in Town and they were very quick as well as keeping us updated and calling when 5 mins out! Picked my bf up and got him to work on time. I have used this service many times, and they have awesome staff. My this trip was a little strange. The driver came in a regular car instead of a towncar (which I perfer and am used to) and the driver was wearing sweats. Due to my past lovely experiences I will continue with this company, but I really hope they don't get too comfortable with their staffing to dress like this.
