Very professional and detail-oriented staff with good communication. I prepaid over the phone with my card. We had an early flight. I asked for a big vehicle and a nice Suburban showed up right at 3:30 a.m. Plenty of room for 2 suitcases and my boxed-up bike. The driver was friendly and courteous. (Some advice: wait inside your hotel lobby until your taxi shows up. We had a sketchy interaction outside with some junkies that were walking around the area. It's not too safe around there. )

I’ve had an account with SeaTac Airport Taxi for years. They have been excellent. At first I entrusted them to pick up and drive my elderly mother to Seattle Airport. Now we use the occasional car service to and from SeaTac Airport. Always prompt, helpful, friendly, and with an easy online reservation service — I highly recommend the SeaTac Airport Car Service!

I used SeaTac Airport taxi on July 13th from seattle tacoma international airport to downtown seattle and service was excellent. Driver was very humble with clean car and much better then regular yellow taxis. Will use them for my return as well.
