I was looking for an airport shuttle and I came across Salt Lake Shuttle and Limousine service. It caught my eye how many 5 star reviews they had so I decided to give the service a try after reading through some of the reviews. I am so happy I used Salt Lake Shuttle and Limousine, it was such a great experience. Bilal was so great to work with, he was very organized, professional and friendly. He was on time both dropping us off and picking us up. He really took away all the stress of trying to organize travel to and from the airport. Nice clean ride with prompt and courteous service made for a really nice trip to the airport. This is a business that really deserves a five star rating and I feel goes above and beyond to make the experience stress and hassle free. This was a really great experience to start and end my trip. Thanks for such awesome service, I will definitely use your service again and highly recommend you to others!

Our family has used Airport Shuttle & Limo Service a few times now, and are extremely happy with the service. They are always on time for pick ups, and very professional. They send a confirmation text the night before, and also let you know when they arrive. The vehicles are immaculate, and we feel safe riding in them. We had the BEST experience with this company and our driver! I called the day before for a ride to the airport for me and my two children. We needed car seats and there was a giant snow storm in the canyon where we were staying. The driver called 45 mins before our departure to let me know he was on his way, was right on time, and then got out of the car to shovel a pathway for us to get in the vehicle so our shoes didn’t get wet. The car seats were perfect and we were to the airport in plenty of time. I will definitely use this service again!

Great experience both times, to the airport, and a week later back home! Same driver, too! Bilal, (Billy) was amazing! He was so thoughtful and helpful! He was prompt, and stayed in touch with us, each time. He fit all five of us, and our luggage, with no problem! We each had a small bottle of water, waiting for us, in our holders. Amazing customer service, great communication, very friendly! The car was clean, the driver got the doors for us, handled our luggage very well and was a great driver. I would definitely use them for any service in the future, and would definitely recommend!!! Our flight landed early and the driver knew without us communicating with him prior. He called as soon as we landed to let us know he was there and to call him once we got our bags. We called, told him the terminal and he knew exactly where to pick us up and gave great directions on how to get from baggage claim to pick up. He took really great care of us!!!

Our driver, Billy, basically moved mountains to get us to and from our vacation rental in Park City without issue, despite the snow and the steep incline to get to the house. He was prompt, communicative, and respectful of our wish to wear masks in the car. He provided great recommendations for our stay as well. Our family of four adults plus ski gear chose to be driven instead of car rental. We asked to go food shopping as well. The drivers were courteous and efficient and we were all pleased how smooth it was. This was a great alternative to costly car rental as well as easier than schlepping around the airport and rental facility. Very happy with Bilal and Zahid and will use their service in the future.

Excellent communication, checked in with me frequently as the time for pick up approached which made me feel much more comfortable coming into an unfamiliar city late at night. I didn’t worry that my ride would not come, and that was very reassuring. Very personable and also was very aware of our surroundings and what I needed to avoid to stay safe as we arrived to my airport hotel late at night with some unsavory characters hanging in the parking lot. He was sure to get me safely inside the hotel and handled all my luggage for me. Highly recommend!

Hi, I was traveling from Salt Lake to Deer Valley. I can’t say enough good things about Billy! He was on time, prepared, kind, thoughtful, friendly and a good driver! Highly recommended!!!! Extremely understanding of my situation. I missed my first flight and he was able to make arrangements to pick me up for my next flight. My next flight landed 10 minutes late and sat for about 15 min before letting us off of the plane. Highly recommend this company. Prompt, friendly service for an early morning airport run--the driver went out of his way to accommodate us and helped us navigate the new SLC airport layout. Completely reliable, unlike Uber. He immediately responded to our request for a ride, gave us his personal cellphone number, and called/emailed/texted to confirm reservation and announce his arrival. Car was spotless and roomy for our party and all its ski gear. Five stars.

Billy was extremely helpful with tips and information since I was staying in a more remote area and needed to be to the airport early in the morning. I highly recommend this company to get to and from the airport and avoid the hassle of long term parking and waiting for shuttles. The prices are very reasonable. We were quite nervous about the reliability of someone coming to pick us up at 3:00 am for a 5:00 flight out of SLC but our driver showed up at 2:30am and called to tell me he was there early and to take our time. It really took the pressure off us. Also we were a group of 3 with 3 very large suitcases. We were picked up in a clean van with no problem fitting us and our stuff.
