We were staying in Park City off of Main Street. Detailed instructions on pick up from airport and great communication via text from drivers. On our pick up from the house to the airport, Dillon was AMAZING trying to get up the steep street in record breaking snowfall. He went above and beyond getting to us. Both drivers were personable and exceeded our expectations. Definitely use My Shuttle for your transportation.

I was looking for reliable transportation from Salt Lake City airport to Park City and I was so glad that I chose My Shuttle. They were on time for pick up at the airport and also on time taking us back to the airport. I read so many bad reviews for shuttle services so when I read the good reviews for My Shuttle, I decided to book with them. They did not disappoint. Five stars for sure. I would definitely use My Shuttle again.

Jeanette was a great driver. Communicated as promised the day before picking us up at either end of the trip. Prompt and was even available earlier than our scheduled return. Super friendly! Hope we would meet again should we be lucky enough to return to Park City. The reservation process was extremely easy to do online. Highly recommend!

My family and I use My Shuttle for all our airport pick-ups and drop-offs, and we couldn’t be happier. Their prices are competitive. The reservation process is quick and easy. The drivers are timely, courteous, friendly, and safe. We live far up the mountain in Park City and not once has any of our drivers been late or lost! We have gotten to know a number of the drivers, and they remember us, our kids, and our friends who have used My Shuttle to get up to our out of our house.

They are always on time, when they pick me up from the airport I barely have to wait outside (less than 1 minute wait) and they are very reliable, I never worry about them not showing up! I've had Jeanette and Travis as my drivers and they're both great.

My shuttle was recommended to me by a member of my family who had a positive experience. I had to cancel the first time I set up the shuttle, which was, unfortunately a late night reservation, and at the last minute. Even so, I was treated respectfully and without anger.By the time I set up the final reservation to be picked up from the airport, my flight was over 2 hours delayed. I waited only two minutes for the van, however, the driver had been keeping up on the flight details. I was so tired and it was nice to have my luggage stowed and to travel home in comfort and with light appropriate conversation. I have not taken a shuttle before, but was pleasantly surprised and will be a customer again! The driver, Travis, was very safe and I appreciated his attention to traffic and the fastest and best route to my destination. Thank you, My Shuttle,

My Shuttle was prompt in getting back to me after leaving a message inquiring about a shuttle reservation to the SLC airport. Jeannette (our driver) reached out to our party to inform us that she would be taking us to the airport, thus providing us a cell number of the driver. She arrived the next day right on time and we loaded up our ski gear and we were on our way! She was quite informative about why the SLC had to be made bigger - due to the Winter Olympics coming in the future. Had an excellent experience with My Shuttle and Jeannette! Would highly reccomend this company for your shuttle needs.

Outstanding consumer service. Prompt texts to let me know that he was on time and excellent overall communication. Additionally my colleague dropped her credit card accidentally in the car, when the driver realized it he called me and offered to drive back to the airport to meet me. Unfortunately we were starting to board, he showed pics of him destroying her card. The driver went over and above in my opinion, and because of his honesty and communication I will continue to use My Shuttle.

My driver Travis did an excellent job of making me feel comfortable and safe. The stressed it eased to know I didn't need to have anyone take time from taking care of my grandfather after his surgery to take me to the airport was a huge relief. Definitely will be using My Shuttle again.

He has been the most professional, courteous, and punctual driver we have seen. We know of people that argue over who gets to have him drive them! He is the best. Make sure you give him a good review also. Lots of drivers do not treat you as a professional. They are casual, and do not care as much as Travis does. He makes sure everything is great for you. My wife and I just returned from Park City and used My Shuttle R/T from SLC. Great Service - confirmed pick up place and time beforehand, showed up on time, friendly and very helpful drivers. (My wife injured her knee the last day of our trip and the driver (Jeff) ran our ski bag into the terminal for us.) Highly recommend if you want a reasonably priced ride for on-time and professional ride.

I chose My Shuttle for their clearly defined, lowest cost pricing for our trip from SLC Airport to Park City, and back, for our family of 8 in late December. The few questions I had beforehand were answered quickly and completely by Toshia. Booking with them was very simple and we didn't have to pay until the trips were completed. Chad was our driver for both trips. He communicated with us the day before each trip, communicated with us immediately upon arrival at SLC airport, and was always on time picking us up. He is very knowledgeable about SLC and Park City highlights. I highly recommend My Shuttle for hassle-free and stress-free transportation.

OVER-THE-TOP SERVICE! The driver from My Shuttle was waiting in the driveway as soon as I stepped out of my home, and she dropped me off just feet from my airport terminal. She answered all my questions in detail about airport services that i was not aware of, which was very helpful to me. She was a true professional and quickly gave me confidence in her ability to deliver a safe, timely, pleasant ride. Toshia is a keeper! I would not hesitate to call My Shuttle and request her services again.

I contacted My Shuttle and was quoted a price of $55 by Alyce. So I went ahead and booked. At my destination I was charge $110. When I asked why, I was told "Your quote city was not clarified so I was unable to give you an accurate price quote." Which in itself has 2 issues: 1. She could have asked for further information to give me an accurate price quote. and 2. The city, lodge, and ski hill were very clearly stated and discussed as proved by the fact that the driver knew exactly where to go without further consultation. On the plus side, Mike the driver was wonderful and I arrived without issue. Update: Ron, the owner contacted me. We had a good conversation, he was very apologetic and explained that Alyce was new and didn't know prices or locations. He honored the quoted price and refunded the difference. Overall, I understand mistakes happen and Ron was honorable and made up for it. Outside of the price issue, they were on time, professional, and the experience was excellent. Due to Ron's wonderful customer service, I am changing my rating to 5 stars.

My shuttle was easy to schedule, even on short notice. They had room for all our skis and were able to come pick us up very early for an early morning flight. Shuttle showed up on time and communicated by text when they had arrived. Highly recommend them when traveling to SLC.

Chad was our driver and was very accommodating. Took us to a stop for supplies on our way to our condo. Then helped us check into the condo and made sure we were settled. Very professional and a good knowledge of the area. On top of it, their rate was the most reasonable I found. Half that of the resort offer.

we had to change the time of the pick up at the airport 3 times from arriving in the late afternoon until late evening. Each time we called they were curtious and most cooperative with the changes and they were on time. Going back to the airport we had the same experience 9:30 pm pick up and we were at the airport in plenty of time. Consider using them you won't be disappointed. This is the first time I have written a review they were that good!

My Shuttle driver was in touch with me the day of my flight. She continued ask about my flight and when I would be ready to be picked up. She was prompt in arriving within a few minutes after I retrieved my luggage. She also showed me where the conference center was in relation to my hotel. Most of all our flight was cancelled last minute and needed to change our pick up time to 3 a.m. This company was very flexible and delivered as promise. I booked this shuttle service months before my trip to Utah going to the Zermatt Resort in July. They had texted me prior to my trip departure to confirm the flight arrival time letting me know that they were expecting us. (Flight delayed) When we arrived at SLC we were given instructions on the pick up location to meet the shuttle driver and the type of vehicle we were looking for. Travel time and area information was given to us by a very friendly and knowledgeable person. If the first leg of the trip was great, I would expect the return trip to be the same. I would definitely use them again if I ever return to SLC.

Used My Shuttle for both my trips from and to the airport. The first trip was fantastic, but for the second the shuttle arrived 45 minutes late, which got me a bit worried about making my flight. Tim was great in calling me and keeping me updated on my shuttle status, and I ended up making my flight no problem. Still, 45 minutes :/

We traveled with our 3 grandchildren to Park City for spring break. Kristin was our driver both to and from the Salt Lake City Airport. Pick up was prompt and easy with Kristen keeping in touch with us through out the time. Our return was at 6:oo AM and a strong snow storm was in progress. Kristin drove like a pro and although the weather conditions were scary she maintained control and we arrived at the airport on time. I would use this definitely use this service again.

Kristin was amazing. Flight was delayed 2 hours. After midnight pick up? No problem. Then, there was a tanker truck fire that caused a big delay. Did Kristin complain? No. Got my son and I safely to Deer Valley by 5 am. Crazy night but Kristin is a pro.
