For the second year in a row we used AAA Latino to get us to Park City and back to Salt Lake City airport. Ricardo is always on time and is very flexible. we are a family of four who travels in the company of three other families. Both years we have returned with one more person than we left with and he managed to fit all of their luggage and them into the van and do not charge us anything extra. Good service for a great price!

I found that there weren't many taxi services able (or wanting) to pick me up at 3am even though they advertised that they did. AAA is the real deal. Very professional, sending text confirmation and other communication and my driver was simply kind. I will exclusively use AAA for my future trips.

We had such a good experience with this company and the driver and will keep contacting them when we need to travel. The driver was on time and he took us to the airport and two months after he took us home from the airport. I didn’t have to worry about how to get home since I just texted him and ask if he could pick us up. Wonderful experience! We missed a flight from Salt Lake to Jackson… and called Riccardo who pitched up 30mins later in a big comfortable van (Nissan NV3500) and drove us 5hrs through snow storms and rough roads at night. Very expensive!! I needed a taxi at 1am and called ahead because I was nervous about missing my train. I said I just needed a taxi for one person to drive me a 12 minute drive and the total was $75!! They didn’t tell me the total until after I arrived. Plus you have to tip. The service was fine but very overpriced. An Uber would have been a little over $20

Cant beat 10$ to go pretty much anywhere in the valley as long as I dont have to use a credit card... would be even better if the drivers spoke at least a little English though! I use them almost every time I need a ride. They all have great customer service and they drive carefully to make sure you get to where you're going quickly but safely.

Very good and reliable service! I was looking for a quality, reliable taxi service that was NOT an Uber or Lyft, as I do not support such atrocities/monopolies. AAA Latino is a private, quality transportation service! Aside from other services, Ricardo was the only one that actually contacted me back. Since riding with him, I have found him to be professional, friendly, knowledgeable, clean and reliable; he is funny and easy going. As long as you keep up the clear communication on your part and plan ahead, he will meet you halfway, and he always confirms the reservation as well as the day-of.

I called AAA airport transportation for a ride to the airport the Provo airport from Salt lake City they got me there in time they was there quickly to pick me up but I was very disappointed because I originally had contacted Uber and was going to get an Uber for a ride and was quoted $49 for the ride from where I was going to the Provo airport when the AAA transportation pick me up they thought that I was going to the Salt lake airport and when they found out I was going to the Provo airport he quoted me $105 I paid $105 through their service versus the 49 through Uber yet I couldn't do it Uber because I didn't have money on my card I only had cash and I feel like they took it advantage of me for that and that's the only part that I was disappointed in other than that the promptness of their service and getting me there was great but I was very very very very very disappointed that they charged me double because I he knew that I needed to get there and I told him I had money

Ricardo is the best always showed up right on time. We used his transportation service twice for transporting us from Salt Lake City to Park City, 6 passengers, snowboards, multiple suitcases and groceries for our trip. He had no problem transporting all of our stuff in his new Toyota Sienna van equipped with studded snow tires if needed. His rates are also very reasonable. I highly recommend his company.

Wow! On time and inexpensive! Such a great experience with Ricardo when he dropped us off at the airport that we scheduled him to pick us up. Our plane came in early (when does that happen!?) I sent him a quick text and he was there when we got there. Definitely will go through him when we travel!

I happened to meet Ricardo because I called very early one morning and needed a ride to the airport. The taxi service I had previously used was not open yet. Ricardo answered the phone at 5:30 AM and was at my door in Park City to take me to the airport at 7:00 AM. Since that day my husband and I have used Ricardo's service exclusively (we both travel about 70% of the time for business). He is ALWAYS on time, will pick up at any hour and is extremely dependable. The taxi is always SUPER clean and smells nice (as anyone who uses taxi services know some taxis are very unclean and have a bad odor). I can't say enough great things about Ricardo and his service.

A group of us utilized Ricardo's services for pickups from the airport to skiing. He was prompt, friendly and communicated regularly with us when coordinating the pickups. This was so much better than taking a typical shuttle where you may have to make several stops to maximize how many people can be served. Ricardo had a van plus a roof rack for our skiing/boarding gear so he could take a bigger group than us comfortably. Thank you for the lifts Ricardo!

Great service this morning in a winter storm going from Holladay to the airport. Driver Manuvered like a pro in the snow and had studded snow tires. If you use Uber on a day like this you'd most likely be stuck they have no standards on what kind of tires or the condition of them. Thanks Latino!

We used AAA Airport Transportation to get from the Solitude Mountain Lodge area to the airport. (Several other transport companies I contacted, declined to make the trip up the canyon, and others were very expensive.). The person I spoke to sent me a text confirmation of my reservation shortly after we spoke. I received another confirmation text 2 hours before my pick-up and again when he arrived at the front desk of Solitude Mountain 15 minutes early. He sent a photo of his vehicle to make it easy to find him. After helping load our luggage, we had a very pleasant ride to the airport — just the right amount of discussion followed by nice music all the way to the airport. I will definitely use AAA Airport Transportation again — they were professional, reliable and affordable.
