The departure drive was great, driver was on time and very polite. The car was super clean. But the return was disappointing. It was no show after a text confirmation that the car will arrive at 6pm. There’s seems to be a mix up in their scheduling. The owner called and apologized profusely and offered a refund. He also enthusiastically offer for ways to remedy the situation. I’m a happy customer when company has excellent customer service. I have been using this company fo a few years now and this is the first time it happened.

Stay Classy is the only company that I use for my transfers from San Diego to Los Angeles and back. Out of my experience, I can say, that it is the most reliable company that I've used over the last 10 years. The cars are sparkly clean, there is always water bottles and sanitizing wipes. Their best driver is David! He is very punctual, social, polite, always wants to go and extra mile to help you. I would recommend Stay Classy anyone. Believe me, you are up for a nice, smooth ride.

Nick picked us up from LAX to our hotel and days later from our hotel back to LAX. He was communicative, professional, and very helpful. His car was impeccably clean and he made our travel with two small children a breeze.

Our driver, Roger was awesome! He was an excellent driver and made sure we were very comfortable during the entire trip. The cruise company changed the port location on us but Roger found us and was in constant communication until he picked us up. He handled all the luggage for us and we enjoyed chatting with him during the trip home. We'll definitely use Stay Classy again and if possible will request Roger for our driver! Driver is excellent in contacting me while I was at min Las Vegas frequently plus I informed him about pilots and stewardesses being late. Plane arrived San Diego at 2:05pm instead at 1:40pm. Kareem is a fantastic and friendly driver! I am traveling with a small group of people with mobility issues and a LOT of luggage. We had multiple stops within LAX and he was efficient and patient with all of our needs. I had previously booked with another service but, they wouldn't handle our many stops (covid tests) so I ended up with Classy. So glad and will use them again. Thanks Kareem!

Everything was perfect. Plenty of notice when they would be there, they were on time! Mustafa was wonderful! I can’t recommend them highly enough! 6/30/22 5 stars again! Zabi was perfect in heavy airport traffic (and a woman in convertible hogging space!). Zipped in, somehow, got me and swooped out smooth with no trouble (think woman got citation, yay!)! But Stay Classy lived up to its name, was classy and effortless in getting me home asap!

Stay Classy is the best car service I have used to date. The driver was early both times and he was courteous, attentive, friendly and enthusiastic! He retrieved our bags when he pucker us up at the airport. He was recognizable because of the tablet with my name on it. He escorted us to the parking garage then went to retrieve the car. The driver loaded our bags and drove us to our Airbnb. When it was time to leave, the driver arrived early and loaded our things in the car. He proceeded to take us to the airport and made sure we were dropped off in the area closest to disability services since we needed assistance for one of the people traveling with us. Again, Stay Classy will be the only car service I will use when traveling in Los Angeles!

Alkan drove me to CDX and the pick up time was 2:45 am. Then he had to pick up two of my colleagues. Three stops before 4:30 am! He was wonderful and got us there right on time. Tom picked me up and he was at the curb within 5 minutes of me clearing customs. Both Alkan and Tom were lovely and bookended the trip with kindness and great service.

The service is FIRST CLASS. From the brand new Escalade to the great driver that picked us up at the airport! Even the reservation system is excellent and they respond quickly.
