Hands down the best service I could have asked for. From the moment I first spoke with Kevin the whole experience was easy, pleasant and fast. We booked a birthday package for my kiddos birthday, and decided to go on a Christmas Light Tour. Our driver Russ was phenomenal! He was prompt, polite, friendly and incredibly talented at maneuvering the giant hummer limo in small spaces. The ride was smooth, and we had such a blast! The limo was incredibly clean, spacious, comfortable and the lights were incredible! Such an amazing memory to have and such a beyond incredible experience. This company is top notch. Absolutely will be using them again!

I wanted to leave a great review for Mirage Limousines!! I ordered a party bus for my birthday recently and it was super new and clean from the inside to the outside!! They even rolled out the red carpet for me, supplied balloons and made my special day even more special! I was extremely happy and satisfied!! I’ve had bad experiences with limos, so I booked them a month in advance… they followed through, and did not disappoint! Kamran was a great driver and very good at accommodating our last minute requests. I think if you have a party of 9 or less, grab the rolls Royce! The whole party was very impressed! Thanks Kevin!

Update: Robert and mirage limo were amazing tonight. My daughter and her friends had such a wonderful time to and from prom. The limo was clean, the red carpet add on was wonderful and Robert was fantastic. He confirmed when he had my daughter and her friends loaded in the vehicle after prom and was so professional. I would absolutely use them again and again! 10 stars because 5 isn’t enough. I just booked a limo for my daughters prom. I spoke with Kevin and booking went great! This is my first time renting a limo and he definitely made me feel confident that I chose the right company to trust with my daughters night! We’re so excited and I’ll post tons of pictures of the night and update the review after!

Mirage Limousines is number one! They are the best! I live in Tucson AZ, the party bus I had gotten in Tucson canceled on me last minute. There were no more party bus available in Tucson so I started calling Phoenix for a party bus. Kevin answered after hours and gave me a quote and said yes he would come to Tucson. He is such an amazing person he made my daughter 15 such a special day! Thank you Mirage Limo for being responsible and the best!

Mirage limo is the BEST! Andy is the very best driver. We rented their biggest 65 person party bus and it was AMAZING! The lights, the music, the whole atmosphere made our event so much more fun. Kevin is an extremely professional man who cares about each and every one of his costumers. If an issue ever did arise he would fix it in record time and made sure every experience in his vehicles were top quality. These guys came through in a big way!! The Friday before Christmas and I had two other companies cancel my “Christmas light tour” last minute. I called Mirage Limousines at 5p and spoke to the owner…. He was super nice and tried to help me out anyway he could. Within 5 minutes, I had an Escalade limo reserved with less than two hours notice and at a great price. Our driver, Tony, was the man. First of all, he showed up on his day off to help us out. He arrived early and took us to all of the best Christmas spots, including 3 bathroom breaks for our 4 year old. Tony was legit a great guy and made sure we were taken care of. The vehicle was also immaculate, clean, great condition, and looked the part. This will now be a new Christmas Tradition for us each year and I’ll definitely use them over and over!!

We rented a limo for a concert. We wanted the Rolls but it wasn't available so we took the Hummer Limo. Mark showed up on time, was very courteous, friendly, dropped us off at a good location, and was very informative. At the end of the concert we received a text from Kevin who had originally booked the limo and knew we had wanted the Rolls-he said the Rolls had become available and arranged to have it pick us up and have it for the remainder of the rental time at no extra charge. Cameron the Rolls driver was excellent as well. He knew everything about the vehicle you could ever want to know and we really enjoyed his stories. Both vehicles were stocked with soda and water and were very clean and well maintained. Will definately use Mirage in the future!

We had a rough start to our reservation. The first driver was rude and refuse to take the kids we had told could go on this ride. After calling the owner, he handled everything and sent us out a new driver and make right by the error. The limo was so fun for the kids and at the end of the day, the corrected their wrong and made it right for all.

Had a night out to celebrate our anniversary. It was absolutely amazing! Russ was our driver, and an absolute pleasure! He was on time, very professional, and took care of everything for us. He even took some great pictures for us that we will treasure forever! The limo was a stretch Cadillac, and it was beautiful! Very clean, great lights and sound system, and a very comfortable ride. We used Mirage for our New Years trip to Decadence at Rawhide. We reserved a party bus to take me and my friends to the concert. I have used multiple limo companies in the past, and this ranked with the best. Great lighting and sound system, but what really made the difference, was the driver. Russ did an amazing job, catering to our every need. He was prompt, professional, a great driver, and very personable. He was so much fun, and guaranteed a great time for me and all my guests! I plan on using Mirage again in the future, as long as they can guarantee that Russ will be our driver. We used mirage limousines to take our group from our hotel to K1 go kart racing in Phoenix. The price was $150 per hour for a stretched limo that fit 18 of us. We had 16 12 year old youth hockey players and 2 adult coaches. We were able to fit into the limo no problem. Russ was our driver and he was amazing. He was so nice to the kids and very professional. We called Mirage limo less than 24 hours before our event and Kevin at the office handled our request no problem. Even though it was late notice he went out of his way to get us a driver and organize everything quickly. I would highly recommend using their services and request Russ as your driver. He is a STUD!

The scheduling process was quick and easy and they were even able to accommodate an adjustment to the pick up time after booking. Our driver BOB was awesome. In Phoenix, celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary. Mirage Limousines provided a beautiful Cadillac stretch limo, and Russ was our driver. It was absolutely an amazing evening! We then went to A Different Pointe of View for dinner, and it was excellent! After dinner, Russ surprised us with chocolate covered strawberries! I’ve used Mirage Limousines once before and had a good experience but this one is for January 2018. I recently hired Mirage Limo for my daughters Sweet 16, such an important event and I am so thankful that I did. We had issues with her cake and other things but the Limo was amazing! Nice and clean and we ordered the extra party package so she got to walk on the red carpet and balloons inside were great! The kids loved the lights inside and the sound system was wonderful and plugged right in to our phones for music. This made our event and our evening thank you to Chris our driver who was both polite and professional and to Kevin for putting up with all my last minute questions. Best of the Best! Stretched Hummer for 20 was perfect in every way. Nick our driver arrived early to make sure everything was perfect. Very impressed with Mirage! I booked with Mirage a few days ago on a last minute emergency, first company to answer my call early morning. From the initial call to schedule the pick-up I had great customer service. I called early morning the same day and was helped immediately. I had no problems doing this and they were able to accommodate me right away. My driver arrived early with perfect timing very punctual. My driver was awesome and outgoing for being an early morning pick up. The driver was professional, nice and courteous. I spoke with my driver during the trip, felt like I knew him I know I will use Mirage again and refer to my friends. Mirage and the crew really go above and beyond! The staff was very expedient in answering my call and I received exceptional service. We will definitely be booking with Mirage again! All I have to say was that I had the best experience ever. Clean and felt truly safe!

I rented a limo for this past Saturday ( my daughters quinceañera). I was afford the quince pack for $45 dollars extra. That included balloons, drinks, a miss quince flag and the red carpet. I got a 2020 cadillac that sat 10 people. There was 9 kids inside of it. When they got in there was 1 small sprite, 1 small coca cola, 3 mini water bottles and 1 apple cider with 5 mini glasses. I never saw the flag. I told him roll out the red carpet when drop off nothing. I payed $45 for that not to mention obviously not every kid in the limo got a drink. It was very hot in the back seemed like the ac wasn't working very well. The aux outlet seem to not work very well either. The music keep cutting out. I will say kevin was very nice on the phone when i called to make a reservation that is the only reason i gave it 3 stars. Customer service when booking was great however, the actual limo wasn't the best experience.

Arranged for a Christmas Light tour for a group of folks from work with Mirage Limos. Kevin was VERY accommodating and helpful in providing me figure out the best options. Mirage has been doing these types of tours for some time and while they would customize a route based on specific houses we wanted to see, it turned out their route was far better than anything our group came up with. The driver arrived 15 minutes early so we had an opportunity to discuss routes and payment without running into our 3 hour block of time. The driver was very professional and friendly - any request we had was honored without question, stopping when we wanted to get out or driving by a second time. The limo was very clean and stocked with water glasses and ice just as promised. Our tour ended right on time, and the driver even took a picture of the group in front of the limo at the end of the tour! The next day I realized the driver forgot to give me back my credit card, so I called Kevin who quickly found the card. Kevin drove to Scottsdale Fashion Square where I was shopping to return my credit card. Talk about quick personal service!! Very professional company, polite employees, clean limo and timely service ... I'll call Mirage the next time I need a limo ride!

We hired the 45-person party bus for a company holiday party. The entire experience was fantastic. The driver and co-driver/bouncer/enforcer were very professional and accommodating. At one point we headed downtown for dinner and when it was time to leave, the streets were closed off for an event at US Airways Center. The driver kept me in the loop on where to be and how to get picked back up. Overall a great experience and reasonably priced, especially if you can split it with several people on the bus. This service hands down is the best i have ever used. I used Mirage Limousines on 11/24/2014 to shuttle my guest from the Arizona Biltmore to Wrigley Mansion. I was very impressed with Kevin who i believe is the owner. The process was very smooth and so simple. I booked the the shuttle bus for about 4 hours, 545pm to 945pm. I have had some pretty bad experiences in the past with other companies similar to this one. I was already looking for this to be a below average service honestly. To my surprise the driver was actually early and came looking for me to complete a little bit of paper before my guest got on the shuttle bus. he was very well dressed, honestly that was refreshing to see and to top it his demeanor was very professional . He was very well spoken and very funny. Most importantly he was really courteous and patient. He stayed in contact with me the entire time like i told him to, so that we could keep the shuttle pick ups and drop offs right on schedule. For anyone who has never used this service i strongly recommend it and if i could rate this any higher it would be 10 stars. Mirage Limousines is truly a diamond that i found in the rough.

On June 29th, I ordered Mirage Limousine's limo service to escort my family for a "Night on the Town" to help celebrate my father's 60th Birthday party. I am writing this to let everyone know how happy we were with every aspect of using Mirage Limousines, and especially how Peter did such a wonderful job! Last year, we used Mirage or our wedding (and had a great experience then as well), so it was only natural for us to look to Mirage for their services for this occasion. Not only were we very excited when Kevin had upgraded us to the Navigator Limo (we had booked the Chrysler 300), but Peter really made the night perfect. I have had prior experience with "Night on the Town" parties that involved limos, however I had never received as great of service as Peter provided. We visited at least 5 different "hot spots" (including Peter dropping my husband off at work), and when we were ready to go, Peter was always ready and waiting! In the past, I have had limo drivers come up with various excuses as to why we would have to wait for them at the curb, and in 100* heat, that is a real bummer! But not with Peter, we NEVER had to wait for him to arrive, and it made for a truly awesome night. Another great aspect from the evening was that Peter never made us feel like we needed to rush or that we were pressed for time. Because of this, my father thoroughly enjoyed his evening and we even added an additional hour to our rental. Had it not been for Peter's awesome service and superb attitude, the evening could have had a very different "feel". We had been planning this for my father for quite awhile and he had a wonderful time thanks in great part to Peter and Mirage! I would like to again say how appreciative we were for the great service that Mirage Limousines provided, and the next time we go out, we are definitely requesting Peter!!!

I had 25 guests and Kevin recommended to get the 30 passenger bus to have extra room to roam and dance and it was totally worth it. We even had our Abuelita dancing in the middle with the pole!!! lol. We had a blast! The driver and copilot were very professional. Excellent and smooth driving! They arrived on time and dropped us off at the exact moment my booking time was over. Make sure to plan your time for restroom breaks and bring your own playlist. If it's recommend to get a bigger size bus, it's worth it!

Our daughter’s Prom was very quickly approaching and we decided to use a limousine service for her group. I did an Internet search for limo services and started calling the companies Google found. The first two companies I called went straight to voice mail, I left my contact information and neither one returned my call. I called Mirage and Kevin answered the phone. I explained I needed a limo for Prom, which was the next night. He said he had several and gave me helpful information as to which limo to select. The next day was Prom and Kevin contacted me to tell me there was a problem with the limo I had reserved. He proactively sent a replacement limo that was a significant upgrade; it was a super stretch Hummer. My daughter’s group loved it. They went to dinner and then to Prom. Along the way more people joined in to ride in the Hummer. When Prom was over, Grady (the driver) made sure each student was driven to where they need to go and made sure the safety of all of the students was his top concern. Grady’s professionalism gave us peace of mind. I highly recommend Mirage Limousine to anyone considering a limo service for the following reasons: Grady, the driver, was on time and extremely professional. Kevin made the reservation process simple and quick. Kevin genuinely cared about making sure that my daughter’s Prom night went smoothly. I hired Mirage Limo for my Moms 75th Birthday Bash December 12, 2013! A few days prior I was trying to find the most reasonably priced Limousine by searching the internet. I was shocked at some of the high rates quoted and was pleasantly surprised at the affordable rate quoted by Kevin at Mirage! Not only was the rate the best but Kevin was professional, informative, and courteous! Our party consisted of 6 'Girls' (Sisters & Mom) and we were headed to the Symphony, Jeff and Larry were early to pick us up and waited patiently while we took photos and finished getting ready, they even assisted in taking our photos so we would ALL be in the photos! It was an exciting ride to the event because my mother had never been in a limousine and Jeff & Larry did everything possible to make it a memorable ride! We brought a bottle of Champagne and we were supplied with CHILLED glasses! The car doors were always opened promptly and we were all assisted out of the car by Jeff & Larry! As soon as the concert was over our car was outside waiting! WE had hired the car for 4 hours and thought we might pay for an extra hour and pick up another group of family, unfortunately their flight was delayed but Jeff told us he would be available either way! He also made sure our ride home was very scenic! All in all it was a terrific experience and I highly recommend Mirage Limousine for any event you have planned where you might need a car & driver!

After searching for a limo company for over a week, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a quick quote via email from Mirage Limo. Other companies gave me a song and dance about different pricing for different things, never giving me an answer to my questions. Mirage Limo did no such thing. I was told they were available for the date and time I wanted, plus the total cost in one easy step. The night of the event I was thrilled when a beautiful limo pulled up in front of my house and a well dressed courteous driver stepped out of the driver's door. We had an interesting night planned with many "to be determined" stops. The driver listened carefully to our directions and never questioned any of the details we were telling him about our evening of fun. He even joined in when we asked him to participate in some of the "challenges" we had planned. By the end of the night I felt like our driver was part of our party. Mirage Party Bus was the best decision I made for my friends Bachelorette Party! Living in DFW and throwing a party in Phoenix for my best friend was down right scary! I was so worried about what to do and where to go, how to approach the other bridesmaids about the cost of the event and the list goes on. The bride to be did express that she wanted to enjoy the nightlife for her Bachelorette evening, on that note, knowing there were going to be 25 of us, a basic limo just wouldn’t due. They helped me plan everything; where to go, what to do, the hottest spots, and even how to break down the bill with the other girls with their per person rates. I was So Relieved! The office staff was fantastic, even when I called back about 5 or 6 times with more questions. They were so patient and understanding with me! The Bachelorette Party was an amazing success! The bus arrived just a few minutes early, patiently waited and never rushed us. Our driver was fantastic! He even managed to get all of our names down- I don’t know how he did it, but we felt like he was a life long personal party chuffer! The bus was Spectacular! It was clean and very luxurious. They even included VIP access to the club we went to so we didn’t have to wait on any lines, they also included the cover charge in the bus rental! Oh and to make my life just that much easier, at no additional charge, they included the Bride to Be’s Tiara, a Sash, and a shot glass necklace! (Okay I’m thrilled because I looked like a totally awesome Maid of Honor who had all my stuff together) They also provided bottled water for everyone on the bus and they ended our evening with complimentary Pizza- which was perfect because we were all starving after dancing our butt’s off! Wow, what a night! If you are considering a party bus, Mirage Party Bus is definitely the best decision you could ever make!

I ordered a limousine for my grandson's 9th birthday from another limo company and one hour prior to arrival, they called me and told me they cannot come. I was extremely Furious and upset. my wife and i hired mirage limo to take us from our house to PHX sky harbor airport before our flight. the limo driver was 15 minutes early, called us to let us know he was there and said "take your time". we entered the sedan and it was so clean it was almost as if we were the first ride. the driver was friendly and was able to sense that we didn't want to chat. the ride was smooth and comfortable and I would recommend Mirage Limo to anyone that needs an upscale ride in the Phoenix area.

I rented a limousine for my best friends bachelorette party. I was nervous at first because 1.) It is a lot of money to rent a limo and 2.) I was having trouble finding a company that did not have an overwhelming amount of negative reviews. My friend had been under enough stress planning her wedding and I wanted the night to go stress free for her. I knew the night was off to a good start when Kevin ( the owner) called me to let me know that they were upgrading us to the Lincoln Navigator limo which was a lot more per hour than the limo we originally booked. He didnt give me a reason behind why they upgraded us and I never really cared enough to ask why. Our limo driver Kevin showed up right on time and we took care of all of the formalities before my guest came outside. He was pleasent and prompt. He picked us up exactly where I told him to at the exact time I asked him to be there. He was for sure a pleasure to deal with. The bride had a wonderful night and I will be coming back to this business in the future. If I had to make any recomendation, I payed extra for the "girls night out package"... We got the balloons, red carpet, and champagne which was awesome. But, there was no banner outside the limo as promised. Totally something minor but the amazing service made up for it ! One of the best nights of my life. Everything went perfectly. The limo we rented had very different features. One feature is their moving electric apophthegm. You can litterly tell them to put any apophthegm or a different statement on their electric screen. The driver was very friendly and charismatic. This limo service was fantastic! Our driver was David and he showed up early and was super patient while we got everyone situated. He was very accommodating and took the "scenic route" for us so we could have more time in the limo before dinner. He was on time to take us from dinner to our next stop, and he got us home right on time. He was so nice even when we got a little obnoxious. The limo itself was very clean inside and out, and the AC worked well. We will definitely be using them again for our next occasion.

Me and my group of 20 were in town for the Superbowl. Based on past experience in NJ last year for the game, limo service with onsite parking was the only way to do it. With a bigger group than normal I elected to go party bus. I found Mirage before yelping it via google. Already started negotiating pricing with Kevin before I reviewed the Yelp. I know that Yelp sometimes attracts cheapskates and people who write overly harsh reviews so I asked him about it. He handled it well (the bad review questions I asked him) and he assured me this would be first class experience. What: 35 person party bus ran us 4800+ on superbowl sunday. Included, tax, tip, gratuity and parking. My group was very happy with this. Not sure what rates would be a regular nite. Who: Kam(Cam?) Our driver. Clean, wearing a suit, very friendly and never gave us attitude about our ridiculous requests ferrying people all around Phoenix, drove well and cleaned up the bus well enough at the end of the night that there were no charges (although my group was full of idiots partying for the superbowl). When: 2 hours long is what we ran, again, no issues whatsoever, we just paid the overage like you would expect but at the end of a long shift Kam was cool with it. Bonus: Let us fly our 12th man flag off the back of the bus. Bus itself was as described and awesome!! 5 star experience, had a great time, wish we would have won the game.

One of my business client was coming into town with his wife and I wanted to show my gratitude so they can enjoy a night with me and my wife. After calling several limo companies in town with different rates, I end up selecting Mirage limo. I spoke with Kevin who is owner and happens to be a very knowledgeable and friendly guy. I asked him that I wanted his limo to pick up my client and his wife from Hilton point squaw peak, bring them to Veneto Trattoria Italian restaurant in Scottsdale, then we ride around town for while, and have them drop off back to their hotel. Once they were inside the limo, there was a bottle of wine and a fruit basket for them to enjoy. I was surprised hearing that and very kind of Kevin. After we had our pleasant dine at Veneto Trattoria, we decided to all ride the limo. We ended up at Phoenician Resort having drinks and enjoy the rest of the evening. Next morning, Kevin called me back to inquire about our experience. I told him, not only my client was extremely pleased, but his professional service was beyond my expectation from a limo company. The chanpagne was there as promised as well...But what made the whole night was Matthew the driver...He was AWESOME!!! We had one person in our party that was a non drinker and Matthew used him as the point person and the night worked perfect....matthew was funny and cool and willing to drive the party whereever the group wanted....Just a great night and all safe and sound. And just a note...After the limo drop off, both the men's group and the ladies DD's were pulled over by the cops! the DD's were sober so it was just catch and release....No problem...But don't hesitate to use Mirage...WELL WORTH IT!!!

Terrible company. Overcharged. Took 20 percent tip for doing nothing. Less than 5 min after I left bus a flask shows up. Told me trip was terminated. Yet they couldnt show me flask. Kids said there was a flask found on bus but not theirs. Q the bouncer planted flask. Rip off. Pushed a bunch of 16 yr olds off bus. All they say is . Did you sign contract? I asked did you welcome kids? Go over ground rules? 20 tiny water bottles for 30 teens for 3 hrs and you charge 200.00 an hour. Where's the flask? They couldn't show me. No drinking when my friend and i were on bus. Kevin was rude. Called to complain and he answers from bus. He's now manager then another guy calls me. Now he's the manager. Called next day to tell them they were rude and I will work to shut them down. They call Phoenix PD.
