My husband and I booked Paradise Transit for our 9/10/22 wedding in New Hope, PA and they were incredible to work with and very affordable for the services provided. Owner Jared was extremely responsive and walked me through the process and pricing and answered all my questions. Wedding day, shuttles picked people up and did drops offs with ease and the driver even waited for the after-party folks to take them home. We booked in a panic after forgetting to think through transportation earlier in our wedding planning process but Paradise Transit and Jared immediately made everything OK! Definitely book them!

Paradise Transit was one of the best choices we made as we selected vendors for our daughter’s wedding at our house. We had guests staying at two different hotels and Jared and his team performed flawlessly picking them up and also for the multiple return trips at the end of the night. Many of the guests told me later the transpiration was perfect and the drivers were courteous and professional. Jared was very helpful and knowledgeable throughout the entire setting up process. We used Paradise Transits “no guests left behind” service for our wedding in mid July 2022. It consisted of a 24 person shuttle bus which went to and from our hotel (Fairfield Broomall) to Paxson Hollow multiple times. The bus followed the predetermined schedule we set and our guests were very complimentary of the condition, cleanliness of the bus and the professionalism of the driver. We also got to experience the bus as we were the last riders at the end of the night and it looked brand new and we even had a nice conversation with our driver back to the hotel. All for the best price in the area.

I could not be happier with the service provided by Paradise Transit and Jared their representative. The original wedding date was cancelled, and we were so up in the air as to what the future would hold. Jared worked very closely with us - up to the last few days before the wedding, with regard to number of persons, shuttle times, etc. Not knowing exact timing for events to finish up, our driver was wonderful. He kept in contact, and was not annoyed in the least when he had to extend his pick up times both after our pre-wedding dinner and after the wedding. Celebrated my child’s birthday and got a limo from Paradise to make the day extra special. The limo was beautiful and extra clean the driver Paula was warm and attentive to every detail. The office staff (Jared) was also very helpful and knowledgeable. There was some minor confusion at the end about the time rented but again Jared jumped in and swiftly rectified. I got married in New Hope in January and we needed transportation for over 100 guests staying at two separate hotels. We chose Paradise because after researching many other companies, their reviews were the best and the prices were most affordable. I want to start by saying the customer service is excellent; it was an absolute pleasure working with Jared and the other Paradise Transit staff. I had forgot to inform Jared of changes made to the bridal party pick up location and he worked with a very stressed bride to ensure the party bus got to where it needed to be ASAP. Also, at the end of the night, we needed last minute additional shuttles late in the evening and he gladly accommodated us. The buses were clean and well maintained. It was an overall wonderful experience working with Paradise Transit; would highly recommend!

We used paradise transit as our transportation method for 14 of our Irish family members who came over seas for our wedding this past April. The stayed in Center City, Philadelphia while the venue was located in New Hope. With traffic this was typically over an hour drive and there was no parking in front of the building in which our family stayed. Lastly, we needed Jared from Paradise Transit to provide travel accommodations for three days total (Rehearsal dinner, Wedding, departure on the final day). Keeping this in mind, Jared was able to successfully pick all 14 of our family members up and deliver them each day exactly on time. I don't know how he did it but he did. It was amazing. Our guests had nothing but great things to say about Jared and the bus he used. They were very happy with their entire trip to America but they will always remember the style in which they were able to travel and for that, we have Jared and Paradise transit to thank. Jared is also very thorough and professional to work with. He was promptly on time and flexible when any issues arose.

My husband and I used Paradise Transit for our wedding. I spent a lot of time researching transportation companies for main line/ chester county area and Paradise Transit was by far the best price. The owner Jared was really easy to work with and very accommodating. We had both a party bus and shuttle and both were clean, on time, in great condition and the drivers were very friendly. The only down side was that the party bus appeared to be a little smaller then advertised and we were forced to have some people sit on laps (which is obviously not ideal). Overall, it was a great experience.

Originally we were not going to have transportation but our wedding fell on the same weekend as WCU graduation so as a courtesy to our guests we set it up. We had an excellent experience with Paradise Transit for our October 2018 wedding! Jared is helpful and easy to work with, making the booking process effortless. They were the only company we could find with a logical, affordable plan for wedding transit, as they offer a service that runs for a few hours at the beginning and end of the event (rather than paying a high hourly fee for a bus to idle outside the wedding venue!) Jared called to confirm a couple weeks before and worked with me to create a timeline that met our very specific timeline needs. Perhaps the best thing I can say about the company though, is that on the day of--as a stressed-out DIY bride--I had nothing to do with it:) Everything was handled seamlessly by Paradise, and I didn't have to worry about communication between the driver and the hotel staff, or needy guests, or anything. I asked several of my guests and the bridal party later about their experiences, and they were grateful to have the service and impressed by the drivers' punctuality and overall experience. My bridesmaids hired Paradise Transit to take a group of us on a Wine Tour of Chester County. Our driver was awesome and she couldn't have been more accommodating despite our changing of plans throughout the course of the day. We were all able to have a wonderful day and not worry once about having to drive home. Although I was treated, all of the girls said that the price was extremely reasonable for a whole day of being chauffeured around. I would recommend Paradise Transit to any group or even a few couples who want a day/ night out without having to worry about getting home at the end of an event after having a few drinks or worrying about parking. I was the event planner of a wedding at Holly Hedge Estate on June 30th, 2017. I worked with Jared for the first time for this wedding. We needed transportation from downtown Philadelphia to Holly Hedge in New Hope and also from Northeast Philadelphia to downtown Philadelphia and then to Holly Hedge. Paradise Transit was everything i expected and more. We used them for a shuttle for our wedding to and from our venue. They were overly accommodating, and took extra steps to ensure my Bride and i Didn't have to worry about anything related to our shuttle. Our driver, made sure the proper number of people were loaded on each shuttle run at the end of the night to ensure our guests could all fit on the last shuttle. This is not an easy task to do when you are dealing with a bunch of drunk guests, but he did alot of legwork to ensure this happened. I have been using these guys forever! A. The company doesn't break the bank when it comes to pricing. they are very reasonable and work with every ones budget. B. Awesome service, very professional, competitively priced. That sums up our experience with Paradise Transit for my friends bachelor party. We had to make a last minute adjustment to the plans, and decided to stay in the area. Instead of having to figure out who was gonna dd we decided to just rent a party bus. We called a few places, but right from the get go, paradise set themselves apart. The other services had a completely unprefessional feel when I spoke to them on the phone; leaving me with little confidence about their service. Paradise on the other hand had a precessional website, with a live person in office to take my call (not just a line to some random guys cell). Two days before the trip, they called to make sure there were no major changes to the itinerary, and then sent me a summary email to follow up. The whole process was easy and painless. On the day of the party, we were greeted by our driver, a few minutes early might I add, who was both curtious and friendly. In fact the best part of the experience was the driver. Due to the nature of this particular bachelor party, we required teams for many of the activities we had planned, however some of the partygoers ran later then expected, and in order to help keep the teams balanced for laser tag, our driver stepped up and became an honorary member of the bridal party for a few games (we paid his way, no worries!). He was a good sport, and played along despite our less than sober state. Besides his willingness to play along, he was familiar with the area and even diverted the trip for a beer/liquor run and some pre-nuptial errands we had forgotten to do. In the interest of writing a proper review, I could not say that there were no complaints, though they were minimal and quite frankly, purely aesthetic. When the bus first pulled up, it had no logo or decal to indicate it was the party bus, and the color scheme, while not bad, did not lend to a party bus (grey, white and black) and the interior, while clean and tidy had some weird leopard print scheme going on for the floor. Like I said, shallow complaints at best. I would recommend this service to anyone! After the trip a few of the guys were talking, and we even considered making it an annual affair. If we did, we would definitely use Paradise Transit again; though we would probably need a new driver, because we would be inviting the one we had this time to join the festivities.
