It was such a pleasure to work with Limo Star NY! They made the entire experience effortless for my group. They personally followed up before and after each ride we scheduled, all of the cars were absolutely immaculate, and the drivers were early, helpful, and professional. I will definitely be using them again! I absolutely recommend them for airport transportation specifically- just as affordable as Uber or Taxis, but with 10x the service and convenience. I live 3½ hours from JFK, in Pennsylvania. This service was less expensive than a local service was. My pickup time was 4:00am. My driver, July, arrived early, was a very good driver, courteous and professional. As we got closer to JFK and traffic really started to pick up, she demonstrated that she definitely knew how to drive and also knew which NYC streets off the freeways to take in order to avoid backups and waiting. A GREAT experience! Looking forward to my pickup at JFK in March!

Their service was amazing from booking to drop off. I received text messages after booking to confirm my trips, the day before reminding me of the pick up times, then to tell me the drivers name. Terrific car service! Found them through an NYU parent group and have used them for several trips to and from the airport. The drivers are professional and courteous, and prompt. I highly recommend Limo Star for car service while you’re in NYC. The drivers are on time (if not early), right where they say they’ll be for pick ups and the customer service is seemingly 24/7. Via email or text, they accommodated a couple time changes we needed to make and the invoices were all accurate and matched the quote which is a big deal for me. Cars were comfortable and again, the drivers we had were awesome (John and Alex). Kind and courteous and we felt safe and that they knew where they were going.

Our experience was great. Our driver, Alex, timely reached out earlier in the day. He was very accommodating, adjusted to my delayed flight. Showed up timely. Suburban was clean, appreciated the clear name sign on dash so easily spotted. He had a very polished and professional appearance. This is the first time I used a personal car service (been using service through work for years). I tried another provider for the airport drop-off, and immediately had a not-so-great impression the minute the driver showed up in his Sunday yard work attire and semi beat up SUV (among other things). What a difference when Alex showed up - immediate opposite impression. Glad I found your service. Will definitely call again, and will refer to others … although you are a bit pricey ;-)

Limo Star is an excellent option if you need to move to or from New York City. Our experience was stellar given the current nature of airline travel. Our flights changed multiple times during the day and the flight, connecting flight and final touchdown, Limo Star was ready, and at one point, even knew our flight was delayed before the airline notified us. Our driver was exceptional, she handled the highway systems around JFK expeditiously and without much by the way of jerky motions, which is a feat on it's own considering the fact that it seems the roads are perpetually delayed and under construction. Their customer service is unparalleled, helping from noon on a Saturday all the way until 3:45 AM on a Tuesday morning. If you are in need of a livery service at a flat rate (I really, really hate when I am quoted a "well it starts at..." number) service, go with Limo Star. I would recommend them to anyone from the regular jetsetters to the elderly. Bottom line: excellent value proposition, very timely customer service, exceptional communication (a rarity in my book). You'd be foolish for not atleast considering them.

Limo Star did great. I booked the trip about two weeks before my date of arrival into LaGuardia. Keep in mind, you will get confirmation on your booking immediately, but they they will not get back to you with your driver's contact info till the day before or even the day of travel. They have to confirm which of their drivers they want to use and/or who is available. My driver reached out directly to me the morning before travel and from then on I was able to text and call him at will. We were delayed out of Atlanta so I called him and kept him posted. He said no problem. We arrived and I gave him a ring when the bags came out of the claim and he was there within 5 minutes. We had confirmed a lincoln town car but the driver was in a nice cadillac. No problems there. Besides the traffic of course getting into manhattan it was a comfortable and joyous ride in for dad (83rd birthday) and I. I will use, and recommend, Limo Star if you are looking for an upscale ride into manhattan or anywhere in in the NYC metro.

We booked Limo Star New York for drop off and pick up from home (Matawan NJ)to Manhattan cruise terminal -I worked with Andre and he made sure we had the right size vehicle for 6 people and gave us a great rate- Our Driver Alexis was great showed up on time- He got us to the terminal on time- Vehicle was clean and roomy comfortable for 6 people and luggage. Alexis was also our driver when we returned from our cruise he was on time and got us home safely I will definitely use Limo star again they were very reasonably priced.

I booked Limo Star to pick my wife and i up at LGA, for a point to point ride to our hotel. I was texted by Limo Star the night before with our Chauffeur's name and phone#. Upon getting off the plane, i had already had received a text from the Chauffeur that he was outside waiting. I let him know we were waiting for our luggage, he advised that was ok and for us to take our time. We, then found our ride. The driver was dressed and acted professionally. He was also conversational and polite. Nice, clean, vehicle. We used the service again from hotel to LGA 4 days later. Chauffeur arrived ahead of schedule and ready to go and help us with anything we needed. Arrived at LGA ahead of schedule. 5 star for timeliness, cleanliness and professionalism. Andres our contact for the limo service was great. We were stuck in St. John coming home a day later and arriving at jfk instead of Newark so we were beyond tired and so upset. It was great to have andres help us to at least relax about how we were getting to our car in Newark. Our driver Pablo was great he drove us to our car in the parking area of Newark and was accommodating with all our delays ultimately being a couple hours later and landing at 2:30 am!! My daughter and I traveled to NYC for a quick 13th birthday trip for her. We wanted safe and reliable travel. I found this service on Google and submitted a request. Booking process was simple & quick, Maria had tons of patience with me and my endless questions. The driver personally texted us when he had arrived, which was much appreciated. My party of 3 was often 10+mins late, but they never charged us more or gave us trouble, and always greeted us with a smile! Utilized this service on two different occasions. First was a transport from EWR to LGA. Service was extremely prompt and professional; had no issues whatsoever. On the return trip; we utilized this service for transport from LGA to EWR, but with a four hour trip to Ground Zero. Let me say how wonderful this was, especially on a Friday evening as I was able to make my tour and get to the airport in plenty of time despite the horrible traffic. Great service and clean vehicles; would recommend to anyone looking for transport service in the New York area!

This service was excellent for start to finish. I have nothing but good things to say about Andree and John. I was taken to and from the airport. John was on time and very personable and helpful. My flight home was finally cancelled after several delays.. Andree was on the phone constantly keeping up with them. When John picked me up the following day he went the extra mile.....he retrieved my luggage from another airline (I switched from American to United) and picked me up in the parking garage. I took the wrong escalator and landed there by mistake. He knew exactly where I was and stayed on the phone with me calming me down until he got there. 6/20/18: I was picked up in the Bushwick section of Brooklyn for a business trip that flew out of Newark. The pick up time was 5:30am and my driver, John Acevedo arrived at 5:15am and called me to politely let me know my ride was here. I also got a nice text message from Limo Star NY that my driver had arrived. It's nice that the text lets you know your driver's name so you're not getting in the wrong car. Anyway, I was picked up in a newer and clean Chevrolet Suburban. John was very nice and pleasant to talk to. He had cold bottled water in the cup holders, and was a great person to chat with. The total trip was around 41 minutes, and it flew by with our conversation. I would recommend Limo Star NY and specifically John Acevedo to anyone who needs an affordable car service/chauffeur.

What an impressive experience! From the booking to the car ride and driver.. everything was fantastic! John was on time and was very personable! Such a refreshing interaction compared to Uber drivers. The car was clean and spacious. He also wore his mask the entire time making us feel safe and secure about Covid. I will definitely use this service every time I travel to the city. Also for those who don’t come to the city often the price is very comparable to Uber when you come from the airport. Actually Uber doesn’t include the toll and fees into their estimate which we found out coming into the city. They tacked on another 20 something dollars to their estimate. I wanted to take a moment and say how much I appreciate LimoStar NY. I used them for the first time this week when I came to NYC to bring my daughter to NYU for college. We were traveling with quite a bit of luggage, and the driver made it super easy for us. He tracked our plane, knew when we landed, contacted us to make sure he was in the right location to find him when we had retrieved our luggage, helped us load all the luggage, then unloaded the luggage when we got to the hotel. A few days later, we used LimoStar NY again to travel to the hotel to move my daughter into her dorm at NYU. Again, the driver helped load all of the luggage and items (in the rain) and drove us to NYU. We waited in the car while we checked in, got our cart, then loaded everything in the cart for us. I used LimoStar NY again today. I needed to get my daughter a refrigerator in her dorm at NYU. After Fedex refused to deliver the one I ordered and returned it to Target, I purchased one locally in Manhattan. A LimoStar NY picked up the refrigerator and delivered it to the dorm building at NYU for me. I am so very grateful for the service they offer. The admin/scheduler is always super helpful in getting rides scheduled. Every single driver I have encountered is kind and goes out of their way to help. Their prices are VERY competitive too. For sometimes less than what an Uber would cost, you can instead get very personal service. Please use LimoStar NY when you are in the NYC area! They will always be my first call from this trip forward.

On Sept. 14th we were greeted by Justin in the type of vehicle that I requested, black SUV. Justin loaded our luggage in his vehicle and we proceeded to Fort Lee. Justin's driving, manner, and disposition is outstanding. Because we were so impressed with Justin, I requested that Justin would take us to Penn Staton on Sept. 16th.
