We had a great car service/limo experience with the Riverbend Limousine & Tours Company in NOLA. Booking was incredibly easy. No complications. The vehicle that arrived to meet us was a luxury SUV and it met our needs and expections. Our driver was always on time. He was professional and very personable. What a fabulous company to work with. Riverbend helped manage guest transportation for my wedding. They were great to work with from the start. From quickly providing a quote and walking me through transportation options, to follow up communications and confirming details they made it a stress free experience! This was a last minute booking and they really went out of their way to give our guests the best experience. Our wedding was an hour outside of New Orleans so lots of drive time. The driver provided great information and conversation with guests during the trip about the area and history. This was especially great since all of our guests were from out of state. Many had never visited New Orleans before. Riverbend helped make the day special for our guests! They were on time and courteous! It was such a relief to work with Riverbend while planning a destination wedding. Being from out of state it’s a lot to juggle. I truly felt like this was one thing I didn’t have to worry about due to their professionalism and great communication. Can’t recommend them enough! They are really great. I do a lot of event planning for work and have never experienced such high level customer care from a transportation company before.

Melissa with Riverbend Charters was wonderful to work with! They were by far the most affordable transportation company that I found. We rented a Mercedes Sprinter and Rolls Royce for our wedding that was supposed to be in April 2020, but got postponed to August 2020. Melissa was very accommodating and professional for every venue change that we had to make. Every time we made a change in pickup/dropoff she sent over a new, updated contract so that way we were all on the same page. Once the August wedding arrived, we no longer needed the Rolls Royce and Melissa was kind enough to give us a refund for that car. She even gave me a call to make sure that I got the check in the mail. Then we used the sprinter to pickup the groomsmen and the groom's family and they were punctual and so easy-going. I could not recommend this company more for any wedding or event! Thank you Melissa!

Fantastic experience! I called a number of charter services in the area for an airport transfer - Riverbend was the ONLY one to get back with me in a timely manner. Their customer service is spectacular and willing to help me with a special birthday request for my sister. Shout out to their salesperson Kaitlyn! The limo was amazing and fully stocked with drinks for us on the way from the airport. The driver, Bobby, was so fun and gave us great recommendations for our stay in New Orleans. Riverbend Charters & Lloyd the owner/mgr helped me plan an incredible group charter for 30 wedding venue owners coming to NOLA to tour wedding venues. Daryl was our driver and he was so friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Riverbend Charters helped me plan this entire trip over the phone and emails. Lloyd took so much time to offer ideas and suggestions, he let me know that some of the roads were not accessible for large vehicles, he suggested stops for our tour, he went so far above and beyond and in the end our event was a great success because of his hard work. Daryl the driver was so kind to improvise on our tour and help us see the city, share the history and make sure all our guests had a great time. The charter was a 29 passenger, its was clean and comfortable, it exceeded our expectations. EVERYTHING About working with this company exceeded out expectations. Our driver was welcoming and courteous. He called me as soon as we landed and was waiting for us at our baggage claim. He was very friendly and offered some excellent recommendations for our stay in the area. We felt very welcomed to New Orleans. The van was very spacious and comfortable. Great customer service, everything was set-up quickly. Our flight was delayed twice but Lloyd and Melissa made sure that we had a driver and told me not to worry and it felt great to hear that. Our driver was on time for pick up from airport and drop off back to airport. I would recommend Riverbend and will use them every time I come to New Orleans. I know that I will be taken care of.

Airport/Hotel transportation was on time, and driver was very friendly. City tour was very informative, pleasant and great to consider if you want to see more places in New Orleans. Riverbend Charters has provided amazing service for my family over the past few years! Lloyd and Melissa have shown nothing but professionalism and attention to detail each and every time I request car service. I live in Dallas and my parents live an hour outside of New Orleans. I always call Riverbend for a ride when we fly in to visit my parents. Their drivers have also helped my elderly parents get to the airport and back several times now and have shown true compassion in their help with them. Riverbend is absolutely awesome! The ease of pickup from the airport to hotel on Canal and Bourbon was wonderful. They even stopped for us to get a drink on the way. They were very helpful in giving ideas on where to eat, places to avoid and places to visit when we return. The vehicles were very clean and stocked with a bottle of water for our ride. Pickup from the hotel to return to airport was flawless and arrived right on time. After seeing other transportation options throughout the city, their drivers and vehicles, I completely recommend Riverbend. Lloyd and his staff are awesome!!!

I was happy to have found this charter company. In a Facebook group about traveling with children, Riverbend was recommended. This was my first time to New Orleans and traveling with a one-year-old. I contacted them through their message area on website and they promptly replied with information about car seats. We decided to bring our own, but they also provide excellent types as long as you install it yourself. We had Bobby pick us up at the hotel and help us with the bags. He was personable and friendly. The vehicle was comfy and the drive from airport to hotel and hotel to airport (as we were fortunate to have Bobby again). Highly recommended.

My experience with Riverbend Charters for my recent wedding was top notch. Booking our rides was quick and simple, we had a Cadillac SUV and Mercedes passenger van for our wedding party. They sent us email confirmations immediately, then confirmed again the day before the wedding with a call. The drivers were there ahead of schedule, well dressed, and very professional. They knew exactly where they were going and were helpful in stopping traffic for me to quickly get across the road in my wedding gown. I was absolutely thrilled with the service I received, how beautifully kept the cars were, and how simple this small but very important detail to my wedding went.

I hired Riverbend Limousine and Tours to pick me up at the airport in New Orleans and drive me to my hotel. I received a text message the moment the plane touched down welcoming me to New Orleans and letting me know the driver was waiting for me at baggage claim. I thought that was a really nice touch. The driver, Lloyd, was indeed waiting for me, took my luggage, and took me right outside to a beautiful Cadillac Escalade for my ride into the city. During the ride, Lloyd suggested restaurants and other special events in New Orleans that I might enjoy during my visit. Of course, he was right and every suggestion he made was perfect. We flew back from London to New Orleans and I expected to hit the sack at our airport hotel and return to California the next day. My wife surprised me with a city tour that started at 7 in the evening and lasted four hours. Our driver and tour guide, Lloyd of Riverbend Limousine and Tours, was a terrific guy who genuinely was enjoying his part in the surprise. He took us on an extensive tour. Having lived there for 20 plus years he really knew the city and it's history. Several times he stopped and let us out, telling us he would meet us a block or two away. Great personality. Only at the end when he let us out at the hotel at 11 PM did he admit he and his family were leaving at 7 the next morning for a vacation. He said he didn't want us to worry on our tour. Very nice. We will return to New Orleans in the near future for a four or five day stay and plan on hiring Lloyd for all four days. Highly recommended!

California Family Vacation We came to NOLA for the 25th Essence Festival this year for Fun, Food & Great Music. Our trips to and from the Festival was one of the funniest parts. The 15 Passenger Mercedes was spotless, comfortable and Lloyd was amazing. He has extensive knowledge of the city's history. The only transportation I needed for my wedding day was a point-to-point transfer for 14 people, and it isn't always easy to find companies who are willing to do that. However, Riverbend Limos happily obliged me (and did not try to push more services on me, which some other companies did) and they were wonderful to work with! They emailed me to confirm my reservation when the wedding got closer, and on the day-of they showed up 5-10 minutes early, which was great because we were a few minutes ahead of schedule so we were able to just head to the church. Also, our driver (didn't catch her name) was very sweet and helpful with getting tote bags, etc. in the limo. We had a GREAT experience with Riverbend Limos!

We were lucky enough to have riverbend limo provide wedding transportation for our bridal party, and they truly were one of the best decisions we made. First, the service was impeccable. They were easy to communicate with and the entire process went completely smoothly. The vehicles were clean and well taken care of. I’d highly recommend the executive van for brides because it was spacious and easy to get into and sit down in a wedding dress. We were in New Orleans for my son's wedding, and we realized at the last minute (due to miscommunication amongst the family) that we didn't have transportation for the bride and groom from the church to the reception venue. And it was during the French Quarter Festival! Busy time! I called Lloyd at Riverbend Limousine and I was panicking. But he moved some cars around and was able to accommodate us. We had a nice Cadillac with a very courteous driver pick them up at the church. But the best surprise was the stretch limo that was waiting for them after the reception! Riverbend Charters provided transportation for our wedding party. Leading up to the date, they were always available to answer all of my questions through emails or phone calls. They were very professional, accommodating, and friendly! We used 2 Mercedes sprinters and 1 Cadillac Escalade. The vehicles they provided were newer models, very clean, and the drivers were attentive and friendly. They were on time and dropped me off right in front of the cathedral doors! Riverbend also provided the alcohol and coolers for our second line. This is not something they have typically done in the past, but agreed to try for us, which we were so thankful for! This was a destination wedding, so our car was already piled high with wedding items. For a small fee, they picked up and iced the Abita Amber and a few different brands or rose we wanted for our second line. They went above and beyond to find a specific brand of rose that we wanted. I would highly recommend working with them. :) You won't regret it!

My wife and I got married in New Orleans last week and when looking for a car to drive us I got quotes from several companies. Out of all the quotes not only did Riverbend have the best rates they were the only one to write a personal email that made me feel like I was talking with friends who really cared about our special day. I ordered their service because my daughter was flying in alone, touching down after midnight and going into an empty house and didnt feel comfortable with her trying to get an uber or taxi so late at night. I expressed my concern for her safety when I made the reservation and was assured they make sure that the customer is safely where they need to be before departing. The communication up until the day of her arrival was excellent and once at the airport, texts were sent and she was promptly met at the airport. What made me take the time to write this review was the fact that although my daughter texted me to say she was fine and in the house, Lloyd, the driver, called me personally to let me know that she was safe and at her destination. That is customer service!

Our Riverbend Charter Tour of NOLA was more than what we could have ever asked for! Our driver was on time, and available to us - our guide Nancy was so incredibly knowledgeable of all the history of the city and supporting stories of the area. Riverbend Charters provided transportation services for group of 9 family members from our residence to Carnival Cruise terminal prior to our 4 day cruise and return transportation to home upon return to New Orleans. The vehicle was a new mini bus. The driver, Dan was great, courteous, very helpful, was on time, for our pick-up from home and for the return from the cruise terminal. We could not of been happier with Riverbend. Our cruise was diverted to New Orleans and we had to get back to central Florida to prepare for Hurricane Irma which was coming the next day. Roger (our driver) took us to the airport (so we could pickup a rental car) and went above and beyond by showing us Walmart so we could pick up hurricane supplies. He gave specific instructions on how to get to the expressway. He could not have been nicer. A very positive experience at a very stressful time.

I booked a last minute pick-up to take us to the airport. They were very professional on the phone and helpful. The driver was there early to pick us up and the vehicle was super clean and there was cold water for us. Very nice, relaxing ride to the airport. I cannot say enough great things about Riverbend Charters!! Our group just had a few hour layover in New Orleans and many had never experienced the city. Lloyd provided a perfect intro whirlwind tour of history, sights, facts, and the best food suggestions. Really enjoyed the limo ride. Rivervend was super accomadating and made my parents 50th Anniversary very special. Loyd our driver was very nice as well. The only thing that is keeping me from giving them 5 stars is the fact that we had to walk a good 5 minutes to the limo that was parked in the parking garage. The whole point of getting a limo was to get picked up at the gate so my elderly parents wouldn't have to walk. It was disappointing but overall a very nice experience.

Riverbend was a great find. We travel to New Orleans regularly, and typically use the national limousine services. When those go-tos were not available during a busy Mardi Gras lead-up time, we found Riverbend almost by accident and definitely will be staying with them for future NOLA driver trips. The owner drove us early on a Sunday to make a few requisite stops before taking us to the airport (Bloody Marys at Lafitte's Blacksmith Shop, and poboys at Parkway). In addition to a clean vehicle and prompt, reasonably priced service, the Riverbend people will take you on a nice trip, through the scenic neighborhoods and etc., not to waste time but to show off the City. Do yourself a favor when you travel in New Orleans and book a New Orleans driver!
