Be ON TIME! It (MegaBus) exits on No One! But you have to RESPECT their timing! THEY ARE ON POINT/TIME! I'm 62, walk with a cane and have NEVER been uncomfortable and have actually had the luggage Guys assist my stepping up into the Cabin. USB. ports in the seating areas and a glass top second floor (unfortunately not for pawpaw anymore)! Comfort for a modest price! Be on time and save a dime!

The drivers are great and I had a very nice trip but the wifi never seems to work on Megabus. Have been on multiple rides and no wifi. Rating would be better if we got what was advertised. Also, the waiting area at the civic center station in Atlanta isn't adequate. There is no seating or cover. Very bad for disabled and elderly riders!

Can't beat the price for what it is. I've caught the mega at a few different locations and let me tell you: This particular location is the most organized and comfortable of em all. Get the reserved seat. If you can't get the reserved get there an hour early to get a good seat. Staff at the desk are always chill. Also don't use Lyft to get here. Their navigation system always drops you off on the side of the highway. Or try using the Union passenger terminal as an address rather than Megabus itself.

I sooo love the Megabus, however I'm very disappointed the direct Florida trip is no longer in existence. To have to travel to Ga., buy a 2nd ticket and wait outside in Ga is redundant. So, Greyhound it is! I miss you Mega!!!

Megabus is in the Greyhound bus station terminal I do know that if you plan to get the Megabus bring a coat or a blanket because it's very cold on this bus

staff was accommodating to helping me get on and off the bus and taking the time to explain and answer questions in regards to the seating arrangements in the station. the station in new Orleans is clean and large with security
