Extremely responsive and willing to go that extra mile when I called to get help to pickup my daughter after midnight in New Orleans, and a day of numerous flight delays. It was New Year’s Eve weekend and things were extra busy. Despite this, lady who was in dispatch (Cindi) went above and beyond to find an available driver. The driver was amazing and she also was extremely professional and attentive. Without a doubt Audubon is the go to. Don’t go anywhere else.

Great service from this company. Their rates reasonable and they are responsive. When my son's wedding was canceled due to a hurricane they refunded my payment. I hired them again when we rescheduled the wedding. They were on time and the wedding party had an enjoyable ride from the church to the reception. Definitely recommend this company.

We used Audubon Limousine for our bridal party’s wedding day transportation. Cindi was very responsive with communication, and the pricing was good. We used a 29 passenger van, a sprinter van, and a limo. The vehicles were all very nice, clean, and as advertised in the pictures on their website. The drivers were kind, flexible, and very prompt (all drivers arrived 10 minutes before the scheduled pick up time). We had one small hangup with the limo that caused it to be a little bit late, but Audubon communicated with our venue and resolved the issue quickly. Transportation is an incredibly important piece of a wedding day timeline, and we are so glad we chose Audubon Limousine for ours!

Audubon Limousine To The Rescue. I ended up looking for a limousine for mr daughter’s wedding 3 days before the event. The wedding took place the first Sunday the Saints returned to the Dome after Hurricane Ida so you know this was a near impossible task. I found Audubon Limousine and they were heaven sent. Not only was my search for limo last minute but our location was not set due to a last minute cancellation. Not only did Audubon limousine have a limousine available but they accommodate multiple last minute changes for what was already a last minute reservation (including a request to add a pick up the morning of the event). Thanks to Audubon and their flexibility my daughter and her wedding party has their limo. The driver was on time/early and everything went smoothly. While I am thankful for the accommodations of our last minute request and changes, the absolute part of it all and what stands out for Audubon was Chanel. almost all of my communications were with Chanel and she remained courteous and friendly throughout. Throughout my calls her tone never changed. She never showed any frustration or exasperation. It was always let’s see what we can do. Thanks to her Audubon limousines will be my first call the next time I need a limo.

My wife first used Audubon Limousine for our wedding and I have since used them for business. They made my wife completely comfortable from the first time she called to ask questions, to the day of the wedding. They invited us to their office to tour the different vehicles. They had SUV's, a black and white Limo, and luxury buses with wood floors and leather seats. The other companies we looked at had worn out cars and the buses looked like a casino shuttle bus. I now use their services to pick and drop off at the airport, LSU/Saints games, & to help transport clients around. Their drivers and office staff communicated extremely well, they make a great impression, and you can tell they really focus on the details. I utilized their limos when the super bowl was in town, their executive buses to shuttle to jazz fest, all their vehicles for airports runs, their limo bus for birthday parties, etc... I use them for everything and they have never let me down.

Had an amazing experience with Audubon Limousine! Contacted them 24 hours before a wedding as a last minute request for my clients. Booking process was seamless, limo arrived 15 minutes before the contracted time, it was clean, smelled great and my bride was reassured that she booked the right vendors for her wedding day. Audubon Limousine was fantastic for our wedding party. They were very professional, responding immediately and sending us itemized invoices when we first contacted them. On the day of our wedding, the drivers showed up early with everything we requested, and were nothing but friendly, courteous, and professional the entire night. Go for the party bus! It's awesome! Moreover, Audubon was far cheaper than other comparable companies in New Orleans. We would use them again in an instant.

Cindi with Audubon Limousine was excellent. They called a week out and again the day before to confirm all arrangements. Totally professional, the vehicles were clean and looked modern, first class. This was for my son's wedding and with me having a background in the Hospitality Industry, they couldn't have done it better. We had two larger buses and a Sprinter for the Grooms/Brides transportation at different times. The drivers had my number for any correspondence and again, first class. We will definitely use this company again..

Audubon Limousine were the other MVPs of our wedding. We used them to take our wedding party in 2 trips to the ceremony and then back to the quarter. They waited patiently while we over extended way too long taking pictures and didn't complain in the least when we were super late getting back to town. We were billed after the fact for the extra time but 100% expected that I just did not expect the driver to be so amazing about all of it. Thanks Audubon Limousine!

Latondra was my driver and was so sweet! My flight was delayed several times and when I called to update them, they said they would monitor it and make sure someone was there to pick me up. She text me to introduce herself. She had an iPad waiting when I arrived. Took me to the car and came back and got my luggage. She was very professional and was a great driver! I definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a professional, courteous, and reliable company!

We got picked up three consecutive nights from UNO arena. The drivers were very pleasant and the company was easy to communicate with. However the driver and vehicle that picked us up each night was different. We also didn’t have a designated meeting spot which would’ve made things a whole lot easier, as figuring things out after the show was a bit messy. Unfortunately the third night our bus broke down so they sent a car that would only hold half of the requested number of people. The other half of our crew had to request a lyft so we’re expecting to get refunded.
