Ordering taxi was quick and easy. Driver was 5 minutes early for pickup, which was nice, and called as well as texted me (although the text was in Spanish) to let me know she was there. Driver was nice and we had a good conversation. At destination I was told the fare was $50, even though I was quoted $35 on phone. Was surprised at how big a difference this was and said something to driver. Without any argument she agreed to $35, which was amazing but made me question the accuracy of the $50 fee. I had great service and would use again, but definitely getting quote first.

Thanks for the safe and speedy transportation to an eye appointment this morning. The first driver wore a mask was right on time for the outbound. The cab was clean, the driver friendly and equipped with what appeared to a state of the art GPS system. We got to our appointment right on time. The return trip was also great. Armando picked us up in a bright, spanking new SUV. He had a container of Clorox wipes tucked away and wore a mask. He chatted us up about his home in Ecuador and we even talked about the giant turtles on the Galapagos Islands off the coast. I would definitely use Eagle again and be sure to ask for Armando. Eagle deserves, in my opinion, the best taxi ratings in the Twin Cities. Thanks. Dave G.

a month ago I ,ike to say that eagle is by far the best taxi i have used in years. since every other company has gone automated i have had terrible service and can never reach a human to talk too. I finally found a taxi service that i can get a human to talk too. The people are very friendly and the taxis are very clean and always on time. I have used their service for three months now and have had no issues. If you are looking for a clean and dependable taxi i highly recommend eagle and Limo.
