I am using this service via the VA Hospital system. Started using this service in July 2022. So far so good the drivers are nice and professional. Can't speak on the customer service at Care Cab as the VA employees at the beneficiary travel office makes and/or changes pickup and drop off times for me.

I have not had the opportunity to ride with these people. But when I called to get information about riding with them the person I talked to was very professional and seemed very honest. These qualities are hard to come by these days, he was also very polite which also is a rare quality. Thank you for your time and effort.
