A plus is my favorite medical cab!!!! Just today I usually get picked up at 6am, well at 7am I called and the guy said that one of the drivers was sick today so that’s why they were late. He then told me that my cab would be there shortly. About 20 mins later I got a call saying my cab was here.. well I guess the man I talked to on the phone was one of the owners or managers or something and he came and gave me my ride himself.. what a nice dude.. thanks a plus 🥳

The reason I am use this service is because they are the most reliable transportation service in the Twin Cities. Their staff and dispatchers are very polite. Their drivers always arrive on time, are very helpful and knowledgeable, and keep their cars very clean. I strongly recommend them. Thank you for your dependable service!

The previous remarks do not have any ground! America is the " melting pot" and we have to be tolerant and supportive to all cultures. I use this company for years and they demonstrate highly professional service. Staff is very polite and friendly.

This company has been NOTHING BUT AMAZING, we use a plus for medical transportation occasionally and they have always been on time, usually calling prior making sure the ride is still needed and giving a "ride is on the way notification and when they arrive. I am always relieved when i hear aplus is going to be driving, everyone has always been responsible and respectful with my young child. Thank you. Amazing drivers we have had: Simon, Igor, and Vincent a few others have been great too!! 100% recommend.

I wasn’t going to say anything but honestly I was very frustrated reading all these negative reviews bout Aplus and felt like I needed to share some positive feedback! I was with aplus for almost a decade and I can tell you that even though not with them anymore they are an exceptional company and a great company that cares bout their riders and does their best that they can do and the dispatcher is super nice. With all due respect to the people who haven’t had the best experience I do think it’s much more effective doing complaints in private with the direct source vs online and I think you get more what you are looking for and better got all parties involved. It makes me sad to see aplus reputation affected by these negative reviews and honestly just because one person has a bad experience doesn’t make the whole company or every driver bad and I can tell you that aplus has great drivers and there were 2 drivers I was with consistently for many years and they cared bout me and really did their best and I always felt safe and comfortable and they always got me to all of my appts promptly. I try to remember that at the end of the day people are still human and have good and bad days nobody is perfect and try to give the benefit of the doubt and extend understanding to the company and the drivers.

A Plus has had 2 days transporting our autistic son back and forth from school and they have been nothing but friendly and on time. Even with a Skittle spill all over the floor of the car the company was professional about it and said it was no big deal. thank you A plus..... a concerned parent.... Eric
