The bus driver who drove the route from O'Hare to Milwaukee at 5:45PM on Saturday, April 23rd is absolutely phenomenal and improved my long journey home ten-fold. I hope the company has him training other drivers and is recognizing his work!

Have to take the good with the inconvenient...? Booking last minute, there was good availability to go from MKE to ORD. However, the station/location itself is not always manned (I travelled late afternoon, 4pm) so there's nowhere to wait inside as it appears, if it's too hot or too cold outside. The hours for the office are posted on the door to the small building/office. Also, if you're not WAITING OUTSIDE, AT THE PICK-UP POINT BOARDING/LOADING POSTS, (area NOT marked) the bus will drive right thru the station as it is a turn around point & keep going if there's no other passengers outside waiting to board. Be ready for arrival & boarding ON TIME or you may just miss your bus & then your flight etc... All in all, usually always on time, good availability but they won't look for you or wait. Take the good with the inconvenient, I suppose...

Straightforward! I bought the $30 ticket online and waited outside of the building for the coach bus. It was on time! :) I felt safe going alone and the bus wasn’t crowded on the Friday I went.

Ride from O'Hare to Milwaukee was amazing! I took the 9:45am bus and our driver was phenomenal!!! He offered candy to each passenger. The waiting area at O'Hare is clean and not crowded. The Amtrak drop off area in Milwaukee was the cleanest and quietest station. There's no need for a car in Milwaukee, as there is a FREE trolley and seversl.buses near the drop off. The Coach buses are impeccably clean. The passengers are respectful. This beats travelling further on a plane. Again, the driver rocks!!!

Very nice, clean, comfortable and welcoming place to wait for the bus or to pick someone up here without any of the crowds of the airport. You can even leave your car parked here for up to 2 weeks in their secured lot until you return. Extremely nice and helpful staff and driver who answer all your questions and make you feel like family. They are very reliable and run a tight ship. Organized and right on time. They even come early ahead of time. You can pay in office or pay the driver, however you like which is very convenient especially if last minute. I will definitely be a customer for life and highly recommend this place!

Fine bus service, but arrived much later than scheduled for no obvious reason. Traffic was very light and it was an hour before we left Milwaukee and we hadn’t gotten further than Kenosha by the time we were due at Ohare. I’m happy I decided to leave an hour earlier to be safe. Just seems to me that the schedule is unrealistic, not that there’s a problem with the service or route.

I have occasionally used Coach USA’s service from Milwaukee to Chicago O’Hare airport and it has always been pleasant. Although the drivers at times tend to be on the ruder side, there might be other reasons associated with their behavior. The bus however, was always clean and comfortable.

I don't fly often but enough and I always leave from MKE because I live close by. But we found a huge savings on tickets out of Chicago so we decided to take the Coach shuttle from Milwaukee to Chicago. First is parking. They have a decent size lot but parking is not guaranteed. We planned to leave early enough to drive through but if there were no spots, have enough time to get to someone we arranged to take us should we need them and get back on time for our bus. We literally got the last spot and at first we weren't even sure it was a spot. But it was. We were the first ppl at the 13th street location so checking in and getting our parking permit was a breeze. The bus ran about 10 minutes late but since we knew they were coming from Chicago and that is always unpredictable, we made sure to take a bus that would get us there 3 hours early because you can't schedule things so tight that you can't afford to be late. I saw other complaints about that. There was one guy in the waiting room who was most awesome so if this gets read, he was larger and walked with a cane. The bus arrived as promised and the driver and another more dressed up employee were right out there and luggage was loaded, we were loaded and on our way. I must have been a smooth ride because usually I get nervous on public transport but I must have fallen asleep minutes after we left and when I woke up, we were at the airport. So if I can sleep on public transportation, it must be good because I have quite a few fears. After seeing how easy it was, I'll probably always fly out of Chicago if the savings is worth it.

Great bus company from Milwaukee to ORD. But you must check schedule from each city. So you don't miss the last bus and get stuck at the airport. Run on time in normal condition. Very good bus service will save you time and money $$

The staff was helpful in answering questions before our trip. The driver was EXCELLENT, one of the best we've had. Knew his bus very well, changed lanes smoothly with appropriate notice. We had full confidence in his abilities and he was very punctual. Sorry, I don't remember his name. We were on the 8.10 bus from the 13th St station in Milwaukee to O'Hare on Tuesday 29 October.

I highly recommend this terminal! We love Coach USA it's easy, fast and reasonably priced. The drivers we have had have always been incredibly considerate with our luggage and friendly. I want to give a shout out to Debbie behind the desk at the 13th street location. She is an amazing employee and such an asset to the company! Thank you Coach USA for being so awesome!

Made our trip to/from the airport super easy. Busses were on time. During a late return the bus driver provided clear and loud instruction as to when we could expect each stop and kept everyone aware of any delays. Would definitely use again.

Just got to Ohare airport and waiting for my flight but wanted to write this review since I am really impressed by the improvement in the bus and service of CoachUSA. I took the bus from south 13th street. The bus was fairly new and comfortable. Was warm and had wifi, electric and USB charging, much better than the experiance I had last year. Although I live in Brookfield I decided to do the extra 15 mins drive since the trip to Ohare is much faster, the station is warm has seating area and restrooms. Really worth it and saved my wife driving to Chicago while snowing, tollway, parking and the long walk to the terminal. Will definitely use CoachUSA again.

Great way to get to O’Hare from Milwaukee, you can even leave your vehicle there for up to 14 days free, just so long as parking is available..

Extremely more reliable than the airlines and cheaper. Started taking the bus when they cancelled the last leg of our flight to Milwaukee...this was years ago but they have never varied their schedule since. Honestly, when you set down in Chicago so jetlagged you could weep and your sim doesn't work just yet because you can't read the instructions because you're so tired and maybe your luggage made it, drag your ass to the bus stop and get transported home with leg room and someone who announces the stops really loud in case you fall asleep. Really better experience than you've had stuck in the airline grind. Unless you're a first class billionaire, these people take care of you better than family.

The best for commute between ohare airport and Milwaukee. The bus has different stops for domestic and international. Very economical when you have no ride and 2 checkin bags. Just have to be wary of your schedule and start early to save some last minute tension in case you cant get there on time due to traffic.

We like to fly from Milwaukee's airport, but when we have to fly out of Chicago's O'Hare, we really like the option of Coach USA bus to get there. Included in the price of a roundtrip bus ticket is free parking for up to two weeks. It really beats the cost of parking at O'Hare for two weeks, and you don't have to drive there or pay the tolls. That said, the parking lot is not that big, and it is first come, first served, so you could find the lot is full. If it wasn't for that, I would have given Coach USA five stars.

This is a great bus between Airports. They give you more choices for travelling from more than 1 airports. Fly from Chicago will give you more choices and less money $$ than fly from Milwaukee or Madison. If you fly to oversea will benefit you even more.

Most economical way to get between Milwaukee and O’Hare airport. Disappointed they don’t run a bus from O’Hare at 9:20 so we often have to wait for the last bus at 10:20 pm.
