I had a great experience other than the wait, but that was due to the traffic hold up for the Luke Combs concert. Mike (hope that's right) and Chelsea were very friendly and helpful. They continually apologized for the lateness but they can't control the traffic so I understood. I will definitely be using this company in the future. Thank you for making me feel safe and the communication.

First time I used this cab service and they were great. It's a bit pricey but I'm sure all cab services are high on price with the gas being so expensive. But driver was really cool, he allowed smoking 🚬 and came from Indiana to give us a ride. He was very respectful with great conversation. 31 miles was 127 dollars. …

Excellent service and very reliable. The driver, Mack Green, drove over 30 miles to pick me up in Pekin, IN and despite having a lot of confusion regarding directions he was friendly and patient. It was an overall amazing experience. He was so polite and never once complained. I highly recommend!!!

We needed a ride from Caesars to the airport. Caesars was extremely difficult to get a taxi out of without a way so we called Just in Time Cabbi the day before our flight out. We scheduled a ride to the airport at 5:40am with a group of four and luggage. Mack confirmed we would all be comfortable with all of our luggage. He was prompt, showed up ahead of schedule, and was patient. It was a pleasant ride and Mack was polite and professional.

We had walked from Omni Hotel Kentucky to Big Four Bridge into Indiana. Needless to say we didn’t want to walk back!😂. We called Just in Time at the end of our walk across. Mack said he’d be there in 15 minutes. By the time we walked from the top of the bridge down the sloped walk way Mack was just a couple of minutes behind us. Just in Time Cabbi was prompt, efficient, very friendly and Just in Time! We are so appreciative of this service! We highly recommend. Mack was our life saver at 10:30 last night! We will use them again!

Very very good service. we had a bachelorette party and the driver waited outside each destination and took us wherever we wanted to go.was very polite. Last destination he gave us all bottled waters and walked us to our doors and made sure we were safe.i recommend them to anyone
