I booked a round trip to LAX, and the service from Planet LetsGo2 could not have been better. Noah was my pick up driver, and he arrived 15 minutes early which was fantastic. He was professional and extremely kind. Wayne was my drop off driver. My flight was late flying into LAX, and he waited patiently for me in the area. Communication with him was fast and easy. Once I texted him my terminal and location, he got to me in less than 5 minutes. I will absolutely use this company again for my transportation needs.

We had booked Let’s Go2 on recommendation of one of our friends and the service was just as described. We received a call back as soon as we exited the immigration and the driver, Wayne met us right outside the exit gate in no time. He was super helpful and helped us with large suitcases. He drove nicely around the zigzag Topanga hills and brought us home in time. A five star service!!!

Have used LetsGo2 on 3-4 occasions to and from the airport. They have always been reliable and punctual. While not a luxury service, the cars are clean and spacious and their prices are reasonable. Was so happy to see that they survived the pandemic and look forward to using them again.

Definitely the way to go to and from the airport. The Drivers are friendly and professional and had communication on the day of pickup. Only thing is making sure to check the details when they confirm a couple times I had to respond to give them the information I already requested. But overall a minor issue and would definitely use again when I go to LA.

I am a bit compulsive about trying to get to airport early. I booked a trip to airport for an early flight May 24 and was given a time of pick up later than I thought would get me there early enough. The driver came later than that which caused me stress but we got there in time. So I still booked them for the return trip and a text greeted me as I landed today, June 2, and our communication got us to the meeting at the Ride Share island in LAX outside the Baggage Claim of the airline I used. This was at just about the time I had estimated I would arrive curbside to be picked up after picking up my checked bag. Driver Noah was very friendly once we started to talk a bit. Would clearly have remained quiet (for those who seek that on such rides) but I pressed conversation a bit. Cost from LAX to Camarillo in a sedan was quite reasonable. I will use them again))

Finding a good car service can be very difficult. We are so happy to have found LetsGo2. We have used them several times and they are always punctual. Traveling nowadays can be stressful, with all the delays. But, even with a two hour delay we walked out and Noah was there waiting for us. So if you are in the LA area and need a car service look no further. You can book with Noah and his team and know you will be taken care of.

Noah communicated by text as American Airlines announced 30 minute delay in baggage availability, he waited, then he got to me on 2 minute notice when i got my bags earlier than that. I would agree the website is very difficult to maneuver. It’s a good thing they have chat otherwise it would be very difficult to book anything. That being said the trip was excellent. Noah was our driver. He was early, loaded all of our luggage and was a very safe driver. His car was clean and he played great music for all of us. I used LetsGo2 for management coming in from Mexico. I booked their services last minute and was able to get confirmation via their chat services. I received driver information 4 hours prior to their arrival. The driver, Noah, was very attentive. He waited 1 hour after their arrival and communicated with me frequently. The driver also called me to confirm the drop off location as there was a mistake in the address. Will definitely use again for personal and business transportation. Keep up the good service!

I've used them 3 times now going to/from LAX, and the service is great! At first it seemed too good to be true with their prices, but the ratings don't lie. First time I used them, our flight landed an hour early but we couldn't park at the gate for another 2 hours. The driver was really patient and kind with the delay. Second time I accidentally booked my early morning ride to LAX for the wrong month and didn't realize it until the day before. Called their main line to explain the mistake, but they were able to shift my reservation without any issues. Given the issues with Uber, Lyft, and general LAX transportation options, especially over the last year, I highly recommend LetsGo2. My only advice is that there's no way to tip your driver when booking or through an app, so make sure you have some cash on you for a tip.

Even though I booked my airport pickup two weeks in advance I landed at LAX to find that there was no information about my driver. The promised text message was not sent and when I called the office they had a hard time finding my information. The car was one hour late in picKing me up and the driver did not have my correct landing information. I was told that he had a flat tire. However, the driver Noah was very pleasant and efficient once we met each other. It is reasonable to conclude that the error was in the office and not the driver.

Absolutely great! The driver arrived at my home 15 minutes early of his scheduled arrival time and patiently waited for me. He placed my bags in the back of his comfortable van. The ride was quick and smooth -- a trip from Oxnard to LAX at 4:30 AM on a Tuesday took about one hour, even with a traffic congestion due to an accident on the freeway. The driver was friendly and patient and gave me first class service. At a cost of $85 for the one way trip, it was worth the additional cost.

I highly recommend Planet LetsGo2 for a dependable, reliable and enjoyable car service. When I was having trouble booking a ride on-line I called and without an issue or hesitation Chris took my information over the phone and scheduled my ride. My driver, Tanya, was so pleasant, accommodating, personable and helpful on my last trip coming in at night, 2 hrs late from an international gate. My daughter and family, 3 young children with lots of luggage have used this service several times traveling back and forth from the east coast and has had the best experience each trip. We all used to use Uber or Lift but since the pandemic and the change at the airport with a shuttle to Uber, we have changed our service to LetsGo2 and will be scheduling with them from now on.

Noah and team are truly incredible. I commute weekly between Boulder, CO (home) and LA (work). I’ve been using this crew twice a week since February. They have been on time, every time. And that includes 4:00a pick-ups most Friday’s and getting me from LAX to Sherman Oaks at 7:30a. There is service, and then there is service. If I haven’t made a pick-up reservation for Monday by Sunday morning, Noah actually texts me to check in. Can’t recommend LetsGo2 highly enough. Thanks guys!

I recently used LetsGo2 to get from North Hollywood to LAX and back. Pick up at home was on time and Noah got me to the airport fast (he knows the short cuts!). Pick up at LAX on a late Friday night was a bit confusing, due to my flight being an hour late. But once we made contact, it was minutes until Noah arrived and I was in the car on my way back home. After 26 hours of travel I was happy to get home quickly and safely. I recommend this car service for affordability (less than Uber and Lyft) and great service.

This was my first time using LetsGo2 and I was a little nervous since I was arraigning a ride to LAX for relatives. To complicate matters, their flight was cancelled and rescheduled for the following day. I received emails to my questions so felt pretty good about that and then I received a call letting me know that I would receive a text with all the information later that day. The driver, location, phone number and time were all texted the night before. Chamberlain came to pick them up right on time and was amazing! So polite and helpful. And not to mention the fantastic price! We will absolutely use them again!

Update June 27, 2021: Still 5 Stars! Another excellent experience, even with all of the construction at LAX. Our driver arrived early, got us to the airport in record time and was polite and professional. Our flight home was delayed and the driver was diligent about staying in communication with us as we navigated baggage claim so that we only waited a few minutes once we were outside of the airport. Using letsgo2 is much easier —and cheaper depending on how long your trip is —than trying to navigate parking at LAX and no more expensive than Uber, but much much more reliable. No unexpected rate increases, no waiting with hordes of people at the airport. What a great way to come home from a long trip! Original Review: Chamberlain was great! He arrived at our home early for the pickup, waited patiently for us to finish up and before we left he even asked if we had everything and reminded us to be sure all the doors were locked! He loaded the luggage into the car and got us to the airport in plenty of time. When we returned, He was already at LAX when we landed. All we had to do was grab our luggage and head out the doors. We will definitely use LetsGo2 —and especially Chamberlain—for our next trip, it was seamless and super convenient! A great deal all the way around!

The process for making a reservation was easy and it was confirmed by a text that included drivers name, phone number, type of car, pickup time and from and to locations. Noah texted me as I was landing and once I had my luggage he was there to pick me up within 5 minutes. Eddy, our driver, called me almost simultaneously as our plane was landing on a 12 hour flight from Italy. He patiently waited ~1 hour at LAX because of customs/baggage recovery delays..consistently continued contact with me via voice/text. Somehow he managed to navigate the chaotic “arrivals” traffic to the designated pick-up point at Bradley Intn’l and loaded our 3 heavy bags into his Camary. He was very calm during all the bumper-to-bumper conditions on the I405 and proceeded seamlessly to Ventura. Great job, Eddy !! Thank you much for your courtesies and perseverance.

Found this company googling late one night. I wasn't sure what to expect as I typically use Lyft. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the level and quality of service. My driver texted me consistently throughout landing and eventual pick-up. All I did was text my location and I was picked up in no time. Great quick professional service. What more can you ask for? Definitely will use again and refer my friends as well. Oh, one more thing, it was cheaper than LYFT!

Wonderful service, v friendly drivers. I used to use a shuttle service to and from LAX; now that shuttle prices have gone up LetsGo2 offers a single car for the same price - a total steal. Plus after more than one cancelled Lyft I'm pretty much done using ride-sharing services. Another pro for LetsGo2 - they aren't beholden to the new separate lot rules for LAX that Lyft and Uber have to adhere to and can still drop you off curbside!
