I highly recommend MGCLS car service because of the driver experience! I discovered them when I was landing back at LAX after an endurance race trip requiring a lot of gear. So I needed not only a ride but support with large equipment and bags. Diego the driver was amazing! He arrived early, tracked the flight, had a sign with my name and luggage cart waiting for me when I arrived at baggage claim. He retrieved all my luggage and walked me to the car which was perfectly and conveniently parked very close. The large SUV was luxury, clean and well-equipped. His driving was perfect. Diego was professional, kind, classy, responsible and all-around probably the best driver I have ever had (across the U.S. and abroad from millions of miles of business and personal travel). I booked this service again specifically requesting Diego only a few weeks later when I was traveling with my husband and son and had the same consistently incredible experience! I highly recommend this service and specifically Diego to anyone looking for a premium, seamless, professional experience.

They are incredible!! I was nervous abt using a company I found online, but the initial communication and quick response as well as other reviews made me feel more comfortable. My instincts were correct and although I rarely share reviews, I needed to for this company. The driver was there to pick my daughter up before she even landed. Called her the second she landed n was there to get her as soon as she stepped out of baggage claim. He was friendly and professional and drove safely. I am so relieved and thankful for your service. Highly recommend and will absolutely be using for future service!!

We used MGCLS car service to drive us to/from LAX to Anaheim. We had a different driver each way, and both were extremely respectful, friendly and helpful. They assisted with loading bags, installing child boosters and lowering/raising seats to allow access to the back row. We chose a Suburban because we had a party of 6, and the total price was only about $30 more than the larger shuttle services, and we didn't have to make any other stops. I highly recommend using them, especially if you have a larger party. The extra $30 was well worth the convenience of having a personal vehicle that arrived early both times.

MGCLS Car Service provided me with an airport pick up from LAX to my home in the LA area. They were easy to communicate with as I was overseas at the time of booking. The booking process is seamless. The service was efficient on the day of pick up and clearly indicated where they would be waiting. The roadside service to the car was very good and then the drop off smooth. I used this car service from the LAX on 8/24/22 . I am very impressed my first time using this service as a pick up at the LAX & take me home . It’s so much better than using Uber or Taxi services at the LAX as they make you take a bus with your luggage to even get to the place where you can order a Uber . I had Juan Carlos as my driver & I must say this company is lucky to have such a outstanding driver . He texted me as a plane landed & was already waiting for me . Great service , polite , & smiling . Expert calm driver . I hope to use this service & Juan Carlos again !

This company is great! We had to travel to LA for a few hours to take care of some consular visits and I'm very glad we used this company. We were promptly picked up at LAX, taken to appointments and dropped back off at the LAX 3 hours later - all on time. Our driver, Rodrigo, was wonderful. This service made it so much easier especially that we had to travel with a 22-month old child. MGCLS provided a car seat; much better version than you could ever get at any car rental place. If you looking for great service, I highly recommend this company.

I have used this company two times to get a ride from LAX to Pasadena. Ground transportation from LAX is more stressful than ever nowadays, and I have been so pleased with the prompt, professional, clean, safe service that I have received from this company both times. I am not an easy to please passenger, as I find traveling extremely stress- inducing. It has been such a pleasure to end my trips with such a great and reliable ride. my first driver was named Dana he was prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. My second drivers name was Ricky and he was also prompt very friendly and executed of his job in a professional and above average manner. These rides would not have been so pleasurable if it had not been for the gentleman who drove me/us. I cannot say enough about how beyond satisfied I am with this company and their employees. I had to plan a quick overnight trip to LA to attend a funeral and used MGCLS as I did not want to mess with a rental and they did not disappoint! I had a late flight into LAX and my driver, Ricky, was waiting on me which was so nice. He was so friendly and I had a nice ride to my hotel in Santa Monica. The next day was the funeral, and my driver, Tony, was on time and managed to get me to the funeral with time to spare, which was a feat in itself as the location was at the top of a mountain with no cell service - not sure how he managed it, but he did. I had reserved the car to wait on me as I had a flight out of LAX right after the funeral. Tony got me to airport on time and with no problem! Will definitely use this car service the next time I am in LA!

My family of 12 spent an entire week in Los Angeles. We used MGCLS for our daily means of transportation. They were amazing, and catered to many schedule changes due to Hurricane Ida. They handled the changes with ease. Their cars were stocked with bottled water and candy for the kids. My favorite was our driver, Alex. Alex was an amazing chauffeur, as he knows his city well. He took me to several places and even made recommendations. We used sprinter van transport for a day, and it went beyond my expectations. We also used a Sprinter limo for two dinners, and they too were immaculate and stocked with drinks. On one of the days I urgently needed an extra car to pick us up from Disneyland. They were there in 30 minutes. I highly recommend MGCLS for private transportation needs. David F.

I contacted LAXCarService MGCLS based on their stellar reviews and I am happy to add yet another 5-star glowing review. I contacted Mike about a job that involved numerous airport transfers and point-to-point rides over a three-day period. In entertainment, last-minute changes are the norm but this job resulted in multiple and complicated changes every single day. Communication was key and Mike immediately responded to every issue, calmly and professionally (including in the middle of the night). Without a doubt, his personal attention saved us from a transportation nightmare. We booked a combination of town cars and SUV’s and every vehicle was immaculate. Drivers were friendly and accommodating, even under stressful last-minute changes and always ON TIME. We flew in a client and booked a car through MGCLS to pick them up at the airport and take them to their hotel. There were missed flights, delayed flights, change of drop-off locations. This is the best car service ever!!!First off, Mike help organize my car service schedule and he was so helpful. Tracy picked us up from LAX on time and he was so friendly. We talked the whole way to the hotel and he was awesome! The next day we had Jefferson. Jefferson was super cool, and we really enjoyed him. He was on time and and super fun and friendly. Amazing service tonight from my driver, Ralph!! :) He texted me as soon as he arrived to the airport since I flew in from Vancouver to LAX. I found him very easily by the baggage claim, and we had a 30-second walk to his parked car inside the structure at LAX. The car was in pristine condition and very comfortable (seat warmers, water bottles, even candy made me happy.) He was pleasant, cracked a few jokes, and played mellow music in the car that was perfect after a tiring travel day. The day before I traveled, Tony from MGCLS called me to confirm my car reservation. I really appreciatedtheir, as I’ve dealt with some terrible car services in the past that got my pick-up time, location, etc. wrong. Overall, excellent service and MGCLS is now my go-to for airport travel!

I booked this company after doing extensive research online. Coming in from Canada, I didn't want to have to worry about renting a car at LAX. I booked this company after looking at the different shuttles, limos and private car services. I didn't want to do another shuttle from LAX into Anaheim. We've done that many times, and the companies that we've used are very hit and miss. I actually booked this company due to the negative 1 star review posted a year ago. I was impressed that MGCLS would be willing to pay for the money lost of said customer. I'm often sceptical of a company that has so many rave reviews but our experience was awesome. I have to be impressed to give 5stars. Prior to booking, I had a few questions so I went to the website and spoke to someone via the online chat feature. This was super helpful. I booked our transportation immediately. Anthony picked us up at LAX. We didn't use the service where the driver meets you inside. We had a text from him as the plane was taxing and we were able to communicate our whereabouts for easy pickup. Anthony was a great driver, very professional and prompt. No safety concerns and very personable. We were a little disappointed that he wasn't picking us up at the end of the trip to take us back to LAX because he had the day off. On our pickup day back to LAX, we received a phone call that our driver was 5 mins delayed on the freeway (they track their drivers). This wasn't a concern for us since we allocated a couple of hours to get to LAX due to potential traffic congestion. We also received a call from the driver to say that he was off the freeway and he'd be with us asap. We were excited to see Anthony, who ended up working on his day off. Again, he was completely professional, and Anthony is a conscientious driver. During our first trip, I asked if Anthony had received his tip as this is all done online, and he had reassured me that the company had paid him. The whole process was worry free and I like a company that follows/lives their mission statements with integrity. We also loved the Tesla. Thanks Anthony. I hope the company continues to treat you like GOLD! You definitely helped to make our trip an amazing one. We will definitely use this company in the future.

Very prompt, very professional, excellent cars - everything you want in a car service. I've had some less than pleasant experiences with other car services: being late, inefficient routes, etc. It was really nice to find a service I enjoyed and can rely on in the future. I rarely write reviews like this, but after having experienced the new iPhone ride companies (and these guys can compete with the app-based competition on price), and nearly every other car service in LA, I can honestly say these guys are in a whole different league.

Considerate, just awesome. On our flight home, we were almost an hour early. We called the driver to let him know. He already knew as he tracks his customers flights. Outstanding service! This is the best car service I have ever used. The driver, Joseph, picked my husband and I up at LAX. He texted me while we were waiting to to get off the plane that he was in baggage claim waiting for us. When we arrived at baggage claim he was waiting there for us with a sign with our name on it He also had 2 large luggage carts to get our luggage. We were so impressed that we hired them to take us on a tour of Los Angeles. The driver, Ralph was WONDERFUL! He arrived 30 minutes early and texted me he was was there and whenever we were ready he was there. He took us to all of the tourists places we wanted to go and we didn't have to look for a parking space or anything because he dropped us off in front of the attraction and picked up us up in the same place. I cannot say enough about how great MGCLS and their driver's are. I wish they had a branch in every city! They are definitely worth the money as they give you more than you pay for!

Our driver, Tony was friendly and professional. As I recently moved back from abroad with help from my mother and brother, we had tons of heavy bags. Tony helped us load up everything and even waited extra time because one of my "oversized bags" didn't come out quickly and had to be walked over due to last minute changes to terminal and baggage claim area. My wife got me a limo for my birthday, I was picked up from work by one of lax town car service drivers he was very professional, and caring. I had no idea what to expect so I just got in the limo, it was like one of those movies. So I jumped into the limo and he just started driving next stops would be the best of my life we stopped by a friends were their I had 6 of my friends waiting for me, when they jumped in the limo the driver still did not tell me were we were going I saw that we jump on the 10 freeway then on the 15 by this time I knew we were heading to Las Vegas. Wow what a shock the wife really set this whole trip up really good the best experience of my life, ill tell you I have flown, and taken a bus to Las Vegas but the real way to go is with this service very professional, extremely reliable, and A++ vehicles.

Great Great Service,me and my 3 kids we got picked up on thanksgiving weekend on Sunday evening at 6 pm busy traffic at lax,by mgcls car service without any waiting time,driver was tony very professional he managed his time somehow to be at the curbside same time we walked outside,was amazing job by Tony,he texted me and told me to let him know when the luggages are starting to come down and he managed the rest. On time courteous, professional ,helpful ,clean ,on time . Jefferson was wonderful!!! . So was Quincy. Took them both ways from ScV to Lax I will defi Italy request and use them again
