All around great service! Booking was super simple, confirmation and communication was phenomenal. We utilized this service for our first ever trip to Los Angeles for a cruise. Due to weather our flight was delayed over an hour, well past midnight. Harry was our driver and easy to find, as well as, super accommodating, getting us to our hotel safely with entertaining conversation. We also had them pick us up after our cruise, I misunderstood disembarkation and had to make an early morning change which I know had to be difficult. But the change was made and Sam was ready for us when we got off the boat. Again super accommodating and so friendly, our experience with both drivers was so comfortable. These guys were making adjustments that I know can’t be easy, but were so appreciated due to the fact that we were traveling with our 2 children. Which anyone knows get restless and tired. So thankful and would highly recommend!!!

Very professional. Appreciated the reservation confirmation email I received the night before our departure. The departure driver was very friendly, on time, and did a great job getting us to the port for our cruise. Return trip was good too, but driver seemed to not know how to get to the address we'd put on the reservation which was weird that he wouldn't pull directions beforehand. But he was very nice, arrived on time and was eager to please. I would recommend this Best Limo Service Los Angeles as overall I was very pleased.
