Usually I don't leave reviews, but I couldn't let this go unsaid. The concierge at the Luxor booked an airport shuttle for me through ODS. Once I Googled the reviews, I started to get a little nervous, but decided that it was still going to be cheaper than a cab. Not only was my driver, Mark, on time, he was EARLY! The ride was very smooth and Mark was very pleasant; he and the Mercedes van were both very clean and presentable as well. Awesome experience and I will be using them again the next time I am in Vegas.

I booked ODS return shuttle this week. Drop off was no problem but it is always a worry when you are getting picked up to catch a flight. When i booked return at McCarron kiosk i was advised i would receive an email the day before. My pick up was at 4.20am so when it got to 6pm the day before i was concerned as i had heard nothing ! I emailed ODS to confirm pick up and i got confirmation within minutes. I was at pick up location at MIrage for 3.50am and was delighted to see the shuttle waiting. The driver Derren was smart, polite and professional. We got on the shuttle and got to Airport in no time.

I’ve used ODS many times and never had a bad experience. They have great limousines and professional personable and reliable drivers. They are as good or better than the casino limo services, if you lose enough money there to qualify for a simple ride.

Ive been in Vegas for 25 years and Im very impressed with the hospitality that ODS has given. I was excited to plan my daughters 16 birthday party and go on a hunt for a "party bus" I came across ODS and their sprinter! It holds 14 passengers which was perfect for us! Decked out with TVs, a sound system and cool lights! Ive taken the party buses around town before and I felt like the ride was much more smooth. Our driver Mustafa was 10 min early and knew his way around town. The sprinter was stocked with cold waters and was neatly presented. When we requested to stop at the Las Vegas sign, there was no hesitation! While on the ride YOU KNOW these teenagers were all about the selfies. Since the lights were dim and blue, we struggled. Mustafa noticed and handed us this external light that lit up the photos perfectly! ODS did not skip a beat... I strongly suggest and will be using them for all of my future events! Thank you ODS!

I was nervous after seeing all the terrible reviews online however I gave them a try and I’m glad I did! I had a 4 am pick up this morning for my 7 am flight back home and Tonya was there right on time. She was friendly and vivacious and we only had one other stop which she lets you know about right upfront. I was at the airport at a great time and I would certainly use them again.

I paid for a round trip from the airport to the plaza hotel downtown Las Vegas. The shuttle never did pick me up on my return on the 30th of March 2018. When I call, they said it was on its way, should be there any minute. 20 more minutes and still not there. Called again, now they told me the shuttle driver is there at the front of the plaza hotel and talking to on of the security guards. I told them I do not see him or the shuttle. Got put on hold. Waited another 5 minutes on hold then decided to take a taxi so I wouldn't miss my flight. I do not recommend this shuttle to anybody. Never had any issues with Showtime. I got a call from Madhavi Pandya "Client Success Manager" ODS on 2nd April 2018. She was very apologetic about how I was treated and on my next visit to Las Vegas she promised the shuttle ride to and from the hotel would be on the house. Oh well, she seemed and sounded like a very decent person so I will just have to wait and see what my trip in October will be like. My suggestion to this company is to get a little more organized and lay down the law so customers don't get disappointed like I did. Thanks Madhavi. Looking forward to the trip in October.

We took a shuttle on september 14th. And forgot a backpack, we went back and Mustafah very kindly took us to their storage yard and recovered our backpack for us, great service!!!! Looking forward to use your services again.

Michael was a great driver and even in Memorial Day traffic, at 10pm, he got everyone to their hotels quickly. He knows his way around Vegas and was very helpful and informative. I hope he drives my limo next time I’m here.
