My sister-in-law and I took our teenage kids to Vegas and we decided to do the strip tour for 2.5 hours. It was great. The kids loved it. Joanna was amazing. She was so great to have as our tour guide. We went to the Las Vegas sign and she took photos of us that turned out great! We got to see the fountains at the Bellagio (twice) went to Fremont street and got to see the light shown and then went back down the strip. The kids thought they were VIPs :). Great time with a great host.

Fantastic experience with Five Star Limo and my man Jeffrey! Picked my wife and I up at the airport for our 15th anniversary. Service was prompt and professional. This was a very last minute booking day of. Return trip to airport was great as well. Jeffrey was early and we had time to run a quick errand which was greatly appreciated. Won’t hesitate to use Five Star again. Will definitely be requesting Jeffrey as our driver when we do.

We booked a hummer limo for our wedding. Our driver Zhana was amazing! She ensured we had so many great photo spots. Was very patient with the guests getting in and out and had a light for photos. Honestly she made the evening. I can’t say enough good things about how above beyond she went!

First and for most, thank you Jasmine for your patience. As the maid of honor, I was planning a bachelorette party for my sister, and things were getting out of hand. Just in one day, I probably made 30 phone calls trying to work out the details from pick-up time to strip tour to drop of point, and every time Jasmine was helpful and professional. We are local and there are a lot of companies to choose from. I was very hesitant to book with Five Star because of the reviews, but after speaking with Jasmine several times, I decided to take a chance. We got the white Hummer H2 for the party, which was on October 27. The car was clean and had plenty of ice and water on hand. Our driver Rodger was funny. We were all a bit stressed because of the upcoming nuptials, so he tried to lighten up the mood. Our experience with Five Star was really great. Thank you!

We used Five Star Limo to take our wedding party (18 people) from our hotel to Red Rock Canyon for the ceremony and then return to our hotel. The bus was very nice and we were able to play our own playlist. The driver was friendly and accommodating when we requested to drive down the strip on our way back to the hotel so guests could see it. I would definitely recommend for any transportation needs in Las Vegas.

We had a recent visit to Las Vegas and decided to try a limo service. We booked a stretch limo with champagne service. I can’t say enough positive things about the entire process, from booking help, the transfers to and from airport to hotel, and the great driver we had. Jeffrey did an awesome job - on time, very friendly, professional, and communicated well with us. We loved the service and would definitely use them again!

Five Star was such a great company to work with. My friends and I used the party bus and it was such a great idea. The driver was on time and professional. He was willing to take us to different places before arriving at our hotel.I would definitely recommend this company to anyone in the Vegas area! We will be using the party bus again next year and we cannot wait!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! We had a Vegas Tour with Daniel. He was the best. We gave been to vegas before, but it was so fun to do this limo on our first night back. It really SET THE TONE for the trip. The best. I used Five Star to take me & my group of nine to my birthday dinner at Top of The World while in Vegas. Everything went great from booking to drop off. Representative on the phone was great. Our driver (Raul I believe) was the absolute best. He even took us by the Vegas sign & took plenty of pictures of us. Lol. We had the stretch hummer & it was great. I will definitely use them every time I come to Vegas. Thank u Five Star for making it a night to remember.

Unfortunately I do not recall our drivers name, but the service was fantastic! Not only was the champagne clearly present, but because they accidently overbooked our type of limo, we had a very sweet upgrade. I cannot believe the negative reviews because this was truly a great surprise for my wife and they made it happen. I will recommend this service to everyone and definitely use them again. These guys are fantastic! Three months before our wedding we contacted Rick about our plans. He delivered on all of his promises, was on time to pick up our group of 25 at our hotel and waited at the wedding chapel to bring us all back. The limo was awesome and he provided a wonderful experience for us. I would highly recommend him for your limo service.

I love this limo company! We always take a limo to the airport when we are going on vacation and our experience with Five Star has always been great. I am absolutely appalled by some of the other reviews that make wild claims and accusations because our drivers have always been very polite and friendly. Last time our driver Rafik was so nice and funny! This limo service is reasonably priced and always picks us up on time with a clean, accommodating limo. It is a great way to start our vacations using five star limos

I know the owner and several of the employes quite well. They stop at nothing to give you over the top service and reliability. I've used them several times for special gatherings and meetings and every single time I don't think they can get better, they outdo themselves thrice fold. Had a buddy come visit here from the East Coast and had never been out west. He wanted to "GO ALL OUT" in Vegas and found Five Star. I have very limited experience with limousines but was extremely impressed with the vehicle! Very nice and clean interior and the drivers were very knowledgeable of the city. I'm local but they definitely know the places to hit up better than I. Would definitely recommend!

Quick response on my airport transfer, i usually use another service but these guys are the same quality for less and it adds up over time. No complaints here.
