We needed to rent a limo at the last minute to surprise a friend at the airport and Earth Limos delivered! Tedros was absolutely fantastic and made the whole experience great! We couldn't have asked for a better driver to put up with our late night shenanigans. If we ever need another limo while in Vegas, this will definitely be our go to. Thanks for the great experience!

We booked 2- 28 passenger Mini Coach/ Shuttle Bus to transport wedding guests from our wedding venue to their hotels and rentals in June 2022. The booking process was easy, prices were VERY reasonable, and communication prior to the event was thorough. The driver was professional and easygoing. We also had to adjust our pickup time by 30 minutes, and they were super flexible. They book up months in advance so make sure to book well ahead of time. I’d highly recommend their services and would use their services again.

Phenomenal service. Highly recommend. Alicia assisted with the reservation. Great customer service, efficient and made sure all necessary information was gathered. I received a confirmation for the reservation, a text as to whom my driver would be, a text when the driver was dispatched and when he arrived at the airport. Stephen, our driver, was excellent. Even though we was called last minute that we wouldn't get a limo due to mechanical issues and it would be at least 30 minutes late, I spoke to the owner and he helped me resolve the issue. The limo arrived on time with a very nice, professional driver Carl. He made sure we were taken care of and took us to the main highlights around Vegas. The only other issue was stereo didn't work in limo and the air conditioner wasn't as cold. Other than that, we really enjoyed our Earth Limo experience. UPDATE: 2 months later we are back in Vegas. Reached out last minute to Earth Limos to see if they could accommodate us with 1 of those free trips they promised. Spoke with Ashley the manager who was very helpful and professional. Got our Vegas Strip Tour scheduled and off we went. The driver Lazaro arrived on time and was very professional and courteous. We had a great time. He stopped where we asked and took good care of us. I highly recommend #EarthLimo service. You will have a good experience with the reservation dept, the managers and the owner. Thank you Earth Limo.🙂🙂

Last minute same day! I scheduled a 4 hour party bus to take my group of 9 the Vegas highlights. Excellent service. Highly recommend. Alicia assisted with the reservation. Great customer service, efficient and made sure all necessary information was gathered. I received a confirmation for the reservation via email. We used Earth Limos to get to and from Henderson from the strip. The ride was great and once we determined how to use the Bluetooth we had an outstanding experience. We ordered the service last minute after trying several other companies with lower prices, but they were completely booked. In the end we were extremely satisfied with the service. The only caveat would be during the online booking process the site does not tell you they will include the tip in the payment. I didn’t realize this until I open the invoice and noticed it had been charged.

Great services! Priced right and on time! Yunet was hilarious and kept us entertained the whole ride! Lazaro was kind enough to wait on us until the George straight concert ended and got us to our destination quickly and also was very personal and nice!

They always say a company is made not on whether they will make mistakes or not (we all will) but how they handle when they do. Due to a lot of factors we used Earth limos and had some things not go as planned. How they responded (especially the owner) was a class act. Anyone looking for great service I would recommend Earth Limos.

Earth Limos really helped me out in a jam! I called them kinda last minute and they had a Sprinter party van available to us. The person on the phone was super helpful and our Driver Nuna?( I think that was his name) Was super awesome during the whole trip and very accommodating I added the best pic I could get of him. Overall I would use Earth Limos again and recommend them to anyone.

We ordered 2 limos the day before for a bachelor/ bachelorette party and they accommodated us with very patient and relaxed drivers. Just make sure to call the number they provide 30 mins ahead of pick up and tip your driver.

On one of the bigger weekends of the year they were able to squeeze me in. The woman in Reservations was great helping me schedule additional stops I needed to make. Driver was awesome and was right there to meet me at the airport and help with the luggage. He was friendly, polite and welcoming. Before we even got on our airplane we had his phone number for when we landed . Totally will book again.

We had a BLAST! The Party Bus was a gift, from our friends, to my husband for his birthday. Earth Limos & Buses called me a few days before our event to check preferences and destinations. Our driver Brian arrived ahead of time to pick us up with an immaculate bus. He played awesome party music, and we danced on the party pole. We had two destinations that night. Brian dropped us off at the show in Planet Hollywood, and then took us to the BRIO Tuscan Grille for dinner. He was never late. Our driver, Brian's attitude was very pleasant, and he had a smile the entire time. Thank you so much ~ whenever we need a limo service again, it will be Earth Limos and Buses. you were the final touch we needed to make his party an elegant affair.

We had an amazing experience with Earth Limousines! We booked them for a 1.5 hour tour of the Strip with pick up at The Golden Nugget and drop off at our restaurant for 8 of us. Dan, our driver, was exceptional! His tour was exactly what we were looking for. He pointed out all the cool sights and things he knew we'd want to see along the strip, took us to the sign for a picture, waited while we looked at the Bellagio fountains, and took a hundred photos there! He was friendly, professional, and flexible. The communication via text with reminders of arrival time and location, etc. were so helpful. In addition, customer service from Maria during booking was spot on. She was friendly, helpful, and patient with all of my questions.

I wanted to give some friends an amazing first time experience in Vegas. A lot of companies were really hard to work with and find the items I wanted. Earth swooped in and it was the absolute best experience. From the booking straight through till drop off, they were on-point. I could not be happier with the experience I just had with this company - and we haven't taken the ride yet! I was trying to book a limo for my son to safely travel to and from homecoming with a group of friends. I called three companies before Earth Limos, and they all were rude and unhelpful because it is EDC weekend. That was not the case with Earth Limos! I was lucky enough to speak with the owner of the company and he shuffled some things around for me. And the price for a limo for the whole evening is super reasonable! I cannot wait to use Earth Limos this weekend. With a great owner like this running this company, I know my son and friends will be in good hands. Thank you!!

This service is Excellent. Sylvia was so helpful and made arrangements easy for me. She was personable and professional and so nice to talk with and answered all my questions. Upon arrival I was informed of the driver's name and that he was on location at the airport so the timing is very prompt. The driver was courteous and helpful with my luggage. The vehicle is clean and similar to mine at home so i was perfectly comfortable. I have used Earth Limos a couple of times and they are very reliable and prices are reasonable. I would definitely recommend this service.

We had a wonderful experience with Earth Limos. We had a total of 7 car services/party buses/limos within three days with Earth Limos for our destination wedding. Every car service arrived on time, was professional and you received text and email notification when your driver is on their way. Arranging the car services was a great experience as well. We made a few changes leading up to our wedding and each time they were very accommodating. Would definitely use their services again and recommend them to anyone.

My wife and I were getting married and needed transportation for our guests from the hotel and to the venue and back as well as a limo for our wedding night trip. Lou and his team was incredible. I called for a last minute reservation for a pickup from the airport for my wife who was flying in to meet me. This was the only service that could accommodate on a Friday. After the trip was confirmed, everything worked like clockwork due in large part to the driver. Rey was at the airport in the right place well in advance of my wife’s arrival. I know this because he was in constant communication with me until she was in the car and on her way to meet me. Thank you Rey! I will definitely use Earth Limos again.

Rented the Mercedes Sprinter for strip tour. Driver was Alex. We went for 3 hours, should have made it at least 4 hours because we did feel rushed (not fault of limo). Booking process over phone was smooth, reserved by card and they charged me one day before trip (I was expecting this as they informed me when booking). Upfront cost is all-inclusive with taxes and gratuity for driver. I’m ok with that too as I’m sure many drivers get stiffed by drunk customers. Price was fair. Limo driver was 6 minutes late picking us up, kind of irritating but we made up for it on the back end because we got back exactly 6 minutes late. Yeah 6 minutes not a big deal but professional service should be early or on time and we were standing in the heat. Limo was also hot inside when we were picked up, driver didn’t run vehicle early enough to cool it off (it was 113 degrees outside). There was no water or ice in the limo, driver took us to gas station to get water and he provided ice for us. I didn’t expect that to be provided but the stop at the gas station ate up more of our time. Everything else was positive. The limo was in good condition and nice. Windows were tinted too dark to see the strip well but hey it’s a limo so that’s to be expected. Driver definitely knew his way around. He selected good stops for us to see the sites. The service by the driver was fine, unremarkable, he was quiet and easy going, did his job. I’d use this company again.

My wife and daughter were flying into Vegas last night from San Diego. Made arrangements for them to be picked up by Earth Limos. They texted me/them on every move. Driver was on time and had an I-Pad with their names on it when they arrived. He was wearing a mask and the car was clean. Phillip took my booking: he was very professional, clear & concise and sent me simple DocuSign docs that were easy to complete by email. I have used Earth Limos multiple times. I repeat for a reason. The rates are very clearly stated and the drivers have always been on time and professional. This past trip, Reggie was great. He arrived on time and even apologized for the lack of service provided by my hotel when I arrived with luggage (which was absolutely no responsibility of his). I had a great conversation with him on the ride and really appreciated him as my driver. I travel to Las Vegas often and this is my absolute go-to for transportation. Kudos to drivers and staff!

I recently booked a 26-person bus for my wedding and everything went just perfectly. The price was great and Christine was incredible to work with. She even booked us a bus on really short notice. The driver Brian showed up right on time and got us back to our hotel safely. On top of that the bus was fun and we were able to play music through our iPhone! Earth Buses really was a pleasure to work with and I would recommend them to anyone.

I really enjoyed my experience with Earth Limo. Sylvia offered a good deal for a limo to & from the airport to our hotel over Labor Day Weekend. We had a jet fly into Atlantic Aviation and Sylvia coordinated to ensure our limo picked us up on the tarmac - steps out of the jet and we were already in our limo. The driver was on time with a clean, comfortable & sparkling limo. Although we only paid for a standard limo, both times we were upgraded to a SUV stretch limo. Will definitely use them again.

One of their drivers hit my rental back in October and the issue still isn't resolved. I've tried to call numerous times and to no avail I would receive any help. When I tell you the owner himself called and rectified the situation. I was so stressed by turo harassing me. The owner took care of it all. I can't to visit so I can utilize his services. Despite originally having issues with Earth Limos & Busses refusing to honor their posted prices, which had already been quoted to me, our experience using their services for our wedding transportation was ultimately very good. After my initial review, Earth made an good effort to work out the issue I had with them. I changed my rating to 5 stars from 1 after giving Earth a chance to correct the pricing issue and ultimately using their transportation for our wedding. Earth's buses showed up early and were clean and well maintained. The drivers were friendly and professional. The sales team may leave a bit to be desired but the management/owner seems to be willing to work to resolve issues. All around it was a very good experience. My previous review was as follows: 1 Star - "Really disappointed in the false advertising being performed by this company. Don't advertise a rate if you're not going to honor it."

I woke up the morning of my wedding (July 7) in a panic: we rented an open-top double-decker bus for our guests and it was a high of 114 degrees in Vegas! My husband found Earth Limos online, and we were chatting with Sylvia via an internet chat. She was super nice and helped us find two party bus limos that accommodated our party and didn't break the bank. These things are HUGE, and our guests had a blast on them! One piece of advice: Earth Limos want to please their customers, so always ask for what you want (including the type of music played). Thanks for saving our wedding day, and huge thanks to Sylvia! Loved working with Cynthia to coordinate my wedding event (March 19th) party bus rental. Everyone at Earth Limos is amazing to work with. I had a two hour rental early in the morning and then a pickup and drop off after my wedding reception for about 20 guests. All I can say is that the F550 was gorgeous. The drivers, Dustin and Jason, were amazing and kind and early both times! Loved them!

Last month was our first visit to Las Vegas. We were on a business trip and we used Earth Limo's several times throughout our trip. We HIGHLY recommend their service. We loved being picked up in an SUV every time. We were always greeted with a cold water bottle, which is refreshing in such hot weather. We have been using Earth Limos since we moved back here at the end of 2012. We have had excellent service from the ladies making the reservations, as well as every driver. On one occasion our flight was changed and I called Earth Limos right away to let them know that we would be coming in the next morning rather than that night. There was a convention going on that week so they had no sedans to pick us up. After the lady talked to her supervisor she called back and told me that all sedans were unavailable, but they would send a limo if we didn't mind. Drivers have always been early to pick us up and waiting for us at the airport when we return. Excellent service every time. Thank you Earth Limos!

Earth Limos was great to deal with- great customer service, easy booking arrangements and they did what they said they would do: on time and on budget and all with a friendly positive attitude. Our corporate retreat started off in style with Curtiss our friendly driver texting us to confirm he was on site then meeting us at the baggage carousel followed by a smooth delivery to our hotel. The return trip was equally as good with our driver arriving a bit ahead of schedule to accommodate extra traffic delays. The result was an on-time arrival at the airport and no stress. Would definitely use these guys again

The customer service resps during booking process was great! We booked 2 limos and one big bus for our wedding at the Red Rock Overlook site. None of the drivers knew the exact destination. I get that it was a little tricky, it was not the Red Rock Canyon Park but Red Rock Canyon overlook, a little further down the road. I insisted on that and made it clear at time of booking and also sent GPS coordinates in advance. Came the day of the wedding, our bus with our guests got lost for about 10 minutes and both limo drivers made the turn to enter the National Park. We were very disappointed in the quality of the service. It is such a shame that we had to give driving direction to the drivers on our wedding day instead of enjoying our time. Another issue, we were told that the drivers would call us once they got to the hotel for pick-up, they did not. We waited until 10 minutes after pick-up time, thinking that they were late, we called the company who told us that the drivers had been waiting for us. So we wasted time and were late for lack of communication. The vehicles were fine clean & comfortable.

I recently used Earth Limos for the first time, and I must say that I will be using them every time I come back to Vegas. The best part of my experience with them, has been customer service representative, Christine Boucher. She is absolutely the best! I recommend asking for her when you call. If you're up late, she's your girl! Not many people keep the late hours, that I do, but she was there whenever I needed her. I do believe I have made a new friend! The limos were nice and clean, and the drivers were all very friendly. If you're needing a ride during the day, look up Tedros. He picked us from the airport, and was great! Amazing Service! The flight was originally scheduled to land at 10:34 P.M., we did not land until 1:45 A.M. Earth Limos watched our flight and knew about the delays. Earth Buses was a great option for our group of 22 going to Las Vegas. Syvia at reservations was very easy to work with and made our pick up work despite the fact that we were coming into Vegas during one of the largest conventions of year. Our driver Mark was great as well. I had an text from Mark when we landed telling us exactly where to meet him. Both pick ups were on time and the buses were extremely nice and clean and the rate was best I found in town. The only con was the price. Sylvia in customer service did all she could to help bring the price down but it was still extremely overpriced for a one person ride to the pahrump valley and back. Despite the price, I highly recommend Earth Limos and you're in for a treat if you get Randy as your driver. Impeccable service!

We booked an SUV for service from the airport to Treasure Island on a recent trip to Las Vegas. Both of the drivers we had were courteous and professional, and we will definitely use this service again. On our trip from TI to the hotel, I realized after arriving at the airport that I did not have my identification, which also meant I did not have my wallet. It is an understatement to say that I was incredibly stressed. Our driver Stephen remained with us, and was a complete gentleman, while I searched my luggage, to no avail. In the meantime, my husband called TI, and my wallet had been returned to the Lost and Found at the resort. Stephen drove us back to TI, and then returned us to the airport and we had no problem making our flight. Stephen was a total hero that day. I was not impressed. The driver was on time but we were running late getting lost in the airport. He called and was rushing me. I asked if the guy could swing by the raiders stadium so I can see it he said it was out of the way and he don't have time. I paid for the ride and its across from the airport. The limo was not very clean and was sticky above the wet bar. I asked if the driver to close the privacy panel due to covid concerns and he said they can't and its broken. Then when we arrived the guy didn't even drop us in the driveway he dropped us street side. I was really disappointed because its my bday and wanted something special. I will pay a little extra the next time and get a better company. Update..The manager Lue Castro reached out to me to make this experience better. We used Earth limos for our party bus for our wedding party, and it was honestly the highlight of our vegas trip (besides the wedding of course lol). We originally booked a smaller bus, but then decided to bring more people with us, and they were great at accommodating our requests for a larger bus. We booked the 26 passenger bus for 2 hours, and everyone had such a great time, that we extended it another 2 hours! The driver was amazing, put up with our music, and drunkenness, and repeated bathroom breaks. He even knew which places to stop at in order to get us the closest walk to the bathrooms from the entrance! He was great and even stopped so we could buy more booze! As a marketing coordinator who does all the event management for my company, I have very high expectations when it comes to my vendors. In other words, I am extremely picky and honestly, not easy to please. With that said, I have to comment that Earth Limo exceeded my expectations exponentially. Of course a limo company should be prompt, courteous, competitively priced and have impeccably kept cars. That is a given. Earth Limos is so much more than that. They made sure to “scrub” every reservation, checked that what we requested lined up with the airlines, raised red flags ahead of time to ensure a smooth ride and contacted us immediately if there was an issue. They even have meetings with their teams to go over each of the reservations. WOW! Over the matter of a week, we had over 100 limo requests and not one was anything less than perfect. The drivers were unbelievable. We found out that some of our pick-ups were fast asleep and almost missed their flights but the drivers actually walked into the hotels to wake them up. AMAZING! I ordered a stretch H2 for my wedding on 7/11/14 and I and the new wife were not disappointed. Nor were all of our friends. Customer service was great, the driver (Jeremy) was outstanding and perfectly on time, the ride was great and the H2 itself was badass.....I couldn't have asked for better service. I do have a suggestion if someone for Earth limos reads this; more selection for music. Or, if I would have known better, I would have brought my own. All in all, EXCELLENT! We even asked for another hour while still riding and it was not a problem. We paid for it of course but the driver took care of it and I even received a receipt in my inbox the next day.

My wife and I have gone to Vegas several times and have even rented a limo on a couple of different occasions. We took my wife’s mother, aunt, and their best friend to Vegas for her birthday this past weekend! We rented a 6 passenger Earthlimo for Friday night and it was one of the best experiences we’ve ever had in Vegas. The limo was super clean and had all the modern features we could want. The music, lighting, and décor were awesome. The company was real easy to work with too. We booked the limo through their website and it was a very easy process. We got a great price and ALL of the financial arrangements were taken care of prior to us even getting to Vegas; including the driver’s gratuity. I made an itinerary online during the booking process and an agent called me up to confirm the itinerary about 24 hours prior to pickup time. However, IMO the driver (RP) made the experience extra-special. We had the basic itinerary set, but he had no problem when we needed to make a slight adjustment. He picked us up after a show at Planet Hollywood! He greeted us with a huge smile and handshake like he was truly happy to see us. He drove us out to the famous Las Vegas sign and even coached us up on which vendor to use for photographs once we got there. When he found out it was our relatives’ first trip to Las Vegas he took us to Old Vegas using a very scenic route. Once in Old Vegas he gave great directions and gave us his number just in case we needed help. Our people have not stopped talking about the limo experience yet. We are all from small towns in Georgia and it was easy to pick up on the fact that limos and bright lights are not the norm for us. RP sensed it pretty quick and went out of his way to make sure it was an experience we wouldn’t soon forget. I strongly recommend Earthlimo to anyone going to Vegas wanting to enjoy a special night out on the town. My wife and I will be returning this summer with a different set of friends and we will probably try out one of their Party Buses! ;-)

Update: The owner reached out and promptly refunded the excess amount billed. We will give them another shot since the drivers are so great. This review is for billing and the owner only. Our drivers were prompt and great, limo was clean and nice. But I was charged more than quoted on both pick up and drop off. I called and spoke to someone in billing who indicated only the owner can issue refunds, but that he would bring it to the owner’s attention and get it fixed. I waited a day or two and then sent a follow up email. A week later, no credit to my account and no call back from anyone either. Read the reviews - this isn’t an isolated incident.

Service is adequate. I would urge customers to beware of the quoted amount vs the amount billed to your card. I was quoted $55 fora trip from the airport to a strip hotel. My card was billed $101.00. No contact from company to advise me of additional charges. I had to email and ask for an itemized invoice which included a higher hourly rate than originally quoted and an unexplained "Other Fee". If a charge is to be higher than quoted, I would have appreciated a phone call to discuss rather than just slipping it onto the credit card. A service industry should have better communication. JMO. UPDATE: After my initial review I was contacted by the manager who adjusted my bill. Thanks for following up.
