Had an amazing experience! Me and my wife were departing from our honeymoon and the driver was very helpful with our luggage and very friendly! He arrived early which was very nice to get to the airport in a timely manner and the limo was super nice so it was just the perfect way for us to end our honeymoon and an awesome first ever ride in a limo for us! We had a wonderful experience with TOP LIMOUSINE SERVICE in Oahu. They were waiting for us when we landed and transferred us from the airport to Aulani and back the next day. Staff was helpful and kind. We had a last-minute change and Scott was very friendly and super easy to get a hold of throughout the entire process. We were surprised & excited to find out that it wasn’t any more expensive to take a LIMO than two Ubers for our large group! It was way cheaper than renting two cars and then having to pay for parking at the hotel also. And needless to say, the kids were ecstatic! We decided to keep it as a surprise and when we saw it and told them it was for us, they didn’t believe that it was our “taxi”. Super fun! Thank you!

I used Top Limousine Service while on a school trip to Hawaii for special transportation for our Choir Director. It was a VERY last minute reservation to be a surprise, and they were incredibly professional, friendly, and helpful. I was impressed with their customer service, the limo was clean and oh-so nice, and the Driver, Brian, was knowledgeable and friendly. I asked for a recommendation for a place to stop for a treat, and they were more than willing to help and recommended an incredible local bakery! I was in awe of their quick response times and overall service. I highly recommend!

We used top limo service twice during our recent trip to Waikiki. Their directions for the location of our pickup were excellent. Within minutes of clearing customs we received a message from our driver that he was a couple of minutes away. SUV was very comfortable and had plenty of room for our luggage. Scott and May Dang are top notch. My wife and I commissioned Top Limo Service to take my wife and her bridesmaids to our wedding venue the morning of our wedding day. Scott pulled up in a nicer vehicle than we had booked as a result of them having an earlier booking that took longer than planned. It was a girls trip to Hawaii for my wife and mother-in-law. I was looking for a dependable airport transfer to the Hilton Hawaiian Village for them and after reading all the reviews, I chose Top Limousine Service. My wife said the driver was on time and very courteous. I was even notified by text that my wife and mother-in-law had been secured and were on their way to the hotel. This really made me feel that I had made a wise decision by choosing them. I was also thankful I had chosen round trip service. They were on time on the return trip and even notified my by text again that both were secured on on their way to the airport. Absolutely fabulous service. I used Top Limo in October for airport transportation. We had an SUV pick us up, due to flight delays, we were a day late, but Top Limo accommodated us, made sure we were picked up on time, and didnt not charge anything for my reservation change. SO THEN we decided to use them to get back to the airport at the end of our vacation, i reserved whatever car available. Well, they picked us up in a beautiful limousine. My kids were so delighted!!! Amazing service! Limos were very clean and my kids absolutely loved it (we used 3 different limo vehicles this trip from them) This was our second year in a row using their services. They were on time if not early for each transfer. We used them for airport transfers, hotel transfers, AND their sprinter for a corporate event to transfer golfers to and from course. We were even able to book them last minute for our friends to use for transportation for their jurassic, park ranch excursion! They always show up with a smile and are great with families. Aloha! Wow! I highly recommend Top Limousine Service in Hawaii. They were wonderful in communication and always responsive to any questions we had. Our driver, Brian, to and from the airport was phenomenal and provided great service. From being on time and giving us our leis as we headed to Aulani and back to the airport after our week stay, we really enjoyed our experience and ride with Brian. We even got upgraded to a Chrysler Stretch Limo from the Lincoln Stretch Limo we had booked! Totally worth it and we made sure to tip well for the fantastic service. Used them for our recent trip to Honolulu. Our arrivint flight was late and it took about 40 min to get out bags. Driver waited fir us and stayed in constant communications. Our return flight had to be changed last minute and the company was very accommodating and changed our reservation. I will use them again and would recommend them.

Our flight arrived, I received a text from the driver of his location and the vehicle number. Same with the pickup at our resort and return to the airport. If you’re looking for reliable, prompt, communicative, friendly and comparable services, you need to book with Top Limousine!! First off, I was impressed with the quick response and follow up with May, while booking for my limo from the airport to the hotel. Thao sent a text right as we were going to baggage claim to let us know he would be looking out for us after we picked up our luggage. Again, super friendly, accommodating! Greeted us with the sign i requested and pre purchased leis, to make my 10 year olds birthday super special. As the trip progressed, my family of 10 were thinking of renting 2 cars but I decided to call Top Limo again to see if they could fit us in, and with a vehicle large enough. Scott was so helpful and we were able to book a Mercedes Sprinter and ride comfortably and in style to North Shore. Lee was our driver and he went above and beyond! It was like having a personal tour guide that we didn’t even expect to have!! We will definitely request Lee again the next time we travel, as he was our driver for 7 hours!! That evening, I called Scott again to see if he would have a ride large enough for 5 people and about 10 suitcases. Thankfully, he was able to squeeze us in the time frame for an awesome stretch Escalade! My sons were so impressed! Not only that, but Scott ended up being our driver to the airport!! Next time, we’ll be back and FOR SURE will book again with Top Limo, and best believe, if any of my friends travel to Oahu, they’re going to call and tell Scott and May that I sent them! EXCEPTIONAL! We were so lucky to come across Steve and co. We initially had a booking with another company (Dang) who last minute cancelled and gave us hell. Fortunately we came across Top Limo who I called just before boarding our flight and were happy and flexible to take our last minute booking of 2 kids and 2 adults. Upon arrival to Honolulu, my bag was lost by the airline which meant we were delayed for an hour, Steve waited for us. After all the hassles & stresses, we were greeted by a happy face and an upgrade!! My wife, 2 little girls and I flew in to HNL in December expecting a stretch town car to pick us up and take us to Aulani... What happened next jump-started our trip like we couldn’t believe. I had been in contact with Scott for months and shot him one last text letting him know that we were gathering our bags at baggage claim. He wrote me back saying that he was there and waiting outside with a “Surprise.” When we walked across the street to be picked up, there stood Scott and a BEAUTIFUL white Escalade limo with Lamborghini doors. Our girls literally couldn’t believe their eyes!!! The car was amazing and the entertainment inside on the way to Aulani (lots of Taylor Swift and Kids wine) was just the beginning we needed to our vacation after waking up at 4:00AM. As incredible as the ride was, it paled in comparison to Scott himself. What an amazing person! We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our decision.. enough to ask him to take us back to the airport post vacation stay with Aulani and we’ll definitely be using him again on our next adventure!!! Trust me, you can’t go wrong here. I’d give 10 stars if I could!

I'm going to start this review by stating honestly that I don't ever do reviews. However, I feel compelled to now because I feel very strongly about the service we received from Top Limousine Service and wanted to share my families experiences with others. From the moment I made my online reservation Top Limousine Service was very responsive. I received an email immediately and a followup call to confirm. In my opinion - Great Start! When my daughter and her college roommate arrived in Honolulu in early October, there was a mix up at the gate when they arrived regarding he mandatory 14 day quarantine that took over any hour to straighten out. Scott the driver was so wonderfully kind, calming and very patient. He not only stayed in contact with the girls, but reached out to me , the parent, multiple time by phone & text to make sure I knew what was going on. Each time reassuring me all will workout and the girls will be fine. When they finally got to the car, Scott, with beautiful leis in hand, surprised them with a free upgraded limo. He was so welcoming the girls were immediately able to relax and enjoy the ride. I was so thrilled with Top Limousine Service I didn't hesitate to make another reservation for my other daughter & her friend who flew into HI to visit her sister. Luckily, there was no issue at the gate this time. The girls were greeted with beautiful leis and a delightful driver. Even though this was a straight forward pickup, I still received a text from Top Limousine Service letting me know the driver had the girls and they were on their way. I would never hesitate recommending or using Top Limousine Service. In fact I plan on using Top Limousine Service to bring the girls back to the airport to fly home and will never consider any other company when I am visiting Honolulu.

I booked Top Limousine Service as I had concerns with travelling with a group of people on a shuttle from HNL to Waikiki. Upon departing the terminal there was the limo and driver waiting for us. The driver was friendly, courteous and hurried to get us some cold bottled water which was so refreshing. The cost of the limo was very reasonable (asctually less than a shuttle for 4 people) and it was a terrific surprise for my grand children who had never been in a limo before. Return transportation from the hotel was again flawless. I have to commend this company for their service, punctuality, courtesy and that both drivers were 'good' drivers, very different from taxi experiences in the past. I would book them again and recommend that you try them for your transportation needs in Honolulu.

Excellent experience. Driver and manager were very friendly and accommodating. They arranged our pick up in such a short notice, despite being a very busy day,, it took them less than 30 mins to prepare a car for pick up from the airport to our hotel. Our family was a little skeptical to book a limo, it’s Hawaii and limos are typically expensive. When we got to Hawaii, our driver had to wait a bit cause of the line for QR code’s and she just told us where we’d be and to take our time. Greeted us with open arms and beautiful lei’s, It was well worth it and not expensive at all! The quality and service we got was AMAZING! They were on time, confirmed our ride. My limo was cheaper than the current Uber estimated rate (May 2021). It got me from the HON Airport to a Waikiki hotel for $65 in style. There are other options, but it was late at night & this company responds fast to emails. Good follow up, good service, quick reservations & all questions answered. Would take them again, especially if I want to feel special. Those leather seats were very very nice.

Top Limo provides safe, reliable and friendly service that embodies the Aloha spirit. We booked Top Limo's black luxury SUV round trip between HNL and Disney Aulani Resort. The drivers both ways were extremely professional, helpful and punctual. I also liked how clear the pickup location instructions were at HNL, I didn't have any problem finding the meeting spot. Scott and May were really responsive on phone and emails, that gave me a lot of assurance that my trip with them is going to be a great one. Hands down the best customer service. I traveled to Hawaii last week with family and wanted to find a transportation company we could utilize while in Hawaii. It was 14 of us so we needed a company who had a fleet that could support us. MAE AND SCOTT the couple who owns the company were great. Scott responded to my initial inquiry within 10 minutes and gave me clear answers for the questions I had. Setting up the reservation was seamless. On the day of, Scott confirmed our reservation a few hours before arriving (he arrived early, which was reassuring). The Mercedes Splinter Van was immaculate. It was roomy, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. The accent lighting was such a fun touch. Scott took us on two tours; both the North and East Shores. On both tours he shared fun facts about the island (even some things I didn't know although I've lived here for seven years), while giving us an opportunity to talk amongst ourselves as well. He went above and beyond for our group: getting out of the van to help us find turtles on the beach and even asking lifeguards. He also took group photos of us (he's quite the photographer by the way!). He had plenty of beverages available for us as well. He did not rush us at the various sites and allowed us to take in the beauty on our own time. Everyone in our group was so pleased with him. Even though our flight was early and we breezed through the safe travels arrival precheck, our driver was waiting and ready for us. They went above and beyond our expectations and upgraded our vehicle which was extremely kind. The vehicle was clean and the drive to our hotel in Waikiki was perfect. We even had to make a quick unplanned stop on the way which they accommodated without issue. Just fantastic. Family owned, small local business, great to work with! Moving back to Hawaii during COVID with animals added a lot of extra time to getting out of the airport. Our driver Scott was communicative and checked our flight time and called to confirm, and when animal quarantine was very delayed, he was extremely gracious and patient while waiting for us. He also drove us from animal quarantine to luggage because we were exhausted - and wouldn't you know it, the delay at animal quarantine meant our luggage wasn't there - in fact no one was! It took even more extra time to make calls and find someone to help us get our luggage, but Scott was still so extremely kind and patient with us. We also had an awesome ride in a great SUV, handing us much-needed chilled water bottles, talking story the whole way, giving us tips on the best poke in town. Overall exactly what we needed. Then on the arrival day our driver, Mr. Scott was waiting for us at the pickup point. I also felt very relieved that they take health and safety measures very seriously because he was wearing his face mask as well as hand gloves, and hand sanitizer was also provided inside the limo. On the return trip from hotel to the airport we were picked up by a different driver, Mr. Eneo was also early waiting for us at the hotel and just like Mr. Scott he’s very courteous, helpful and friendly took care of us safely back to the airport. We were in Oahu for our 15 wedding anniversary week where we had planned to renew our vows. We planned this trip with plenty of time to have it all set by the time we got there.... or so we thought.... the day before our ceremony, I received details that were not given to us before. This affected how we got to the site. The company performing the ceremony failed to advise we had to walk on sand and over a challenging reef to get to where the ceremony was being held. Because we thought our special occasion was held on grass, as described during booking, we were not prepared. The company did the right thing in immediately find an alternate site at a nearby beach park. Being that we are from Florida and did not want to stress any more after sorting the site just less than 24 hours out, I reached out to this limo service. Not only was Scott so responsive after 9pm HST, we was really quick and accommodating. He understood the need and was able to arrange for us to have a limo pick us up and take us to the new site, 40 minutes away from originally booked, the very next day. The driver Keoki was the most friendly, professional and graceful man we saw in Oahu. Amazing customer service. We reserved a stretch limo for airport transfer for our party of 6 and wound up being upgraded to an Escalade limo on pickup from the airport. It was $70 each way for our party of 6, which I thought was very reasonable given we'd probably either have to take an Uber XL or 2 Ubers due to our large party. Top Limo was the very first recommended limo vendor by our wedding coordinator Kelly Sugano. And boy, was she right about how awesome they were! Scott Dang responded to our initial email inquiry in less than an hour and helped us work out all the details for our destination wedding. He was also VERY understanding about all the crazy schedule changes that were going on (since Hawaii is way more strict than the rest of the US). It seems my wedding planner was also figuring out all the other details with Scott since everything else just magically happened lol. Our driver showed up before our contract time just to make sure he was on-time The car was sparkling clean (even the inside of the door so that my wedding dress wouldn't get dirty). Everything was cleaned in advance (per HI's strict covid cleaning regulations) and the inside of the limo looked really neat and beautiful with colored napkins in wine glasses and pulsing gentle lights. Our driver maneuvered that giant limo safely along all the skinny roads and lanes we have in HI, lol. It was just nice to NOT have to worry about driving or parking in the insane traffic and congestion on the roads and at the beaches. Final payment was easy via Venmo and Scott's personal emails back to us with kind words of congratulations were really nice Excellent and professional service for a great cost~ Totally worth it and we would definitely recommend Scott Dang's Top Limo company to anyone!

Our driver was Ern...something(?)....sorry...he had a really nice accent but I failed to hear his entire name. He was the ultimate in professionalism, arriving early, and calling us 3 minutes before the actual pick up time. Wow! I was sooo amazed! He was also a gentleman, opening the doors for the ladies and assisting with our stuff (we had a wedding to go to). At first I was a little worried because they had a rating that was less than amazing, but I worried for nothing because they provided us TOP NOTCH service! If you are looking for an Uber or Taxi on Oahu, I am not why you wouldn't quickly make the switch to Top Limo. You'll pay about the same for an Uber XL, and a taxi pickup from HNL isn't great (especially right now.) Super easy pick-up, friendly drivers, and plenty of space for you, your luggage and your companions. Especially if you're like me and were only 3 people total. Even if you're renting a car, if you're staying on Waikiki area, I'd rent locally and use Turo and use Top Limo to get to/from Airport and save at least a couple days on the rental -- in fact, that's just what I did do, and it was great.

Our group was large so we booked the largest limo which was very long, probably as long as a school bus. And no, im not even kidding. The interior of the limo was over the top luxurious with bar, champagne glasses, and very nice lightings with changing colors.
