Awesome service. Airport transfer was quick and Korean Chris provided excellent service. We also booked a full day Island tour and we had an amazing time! Eric was there when we collected our luggage, we sat in traffic so the journey took a while and he gave us real hand made leis and took a cheesy tourist picture for us. Told us information about the island and played Hawaiian music during the journey. Well worth the money.

We used Honolulu Airport Transfer for our transportation to and from Aulani/HNL last week. The service was top notch. Efficient, friendly and on time. We were traveling with 5 month old twins and requested car seats. They were installed properly upon arrival, were clean and our driver even checked to make sure our babes were buckled in correctly. The pick up from the airport was the EASIEST and most efficient we’ve ever had. We will certainly be sticking with this company for all of our future trips.

First timers to O’ahu and stayed on north shore. Honolulu Airport Transfer was one of the only ways we could travel north from the airport and very reasonably priced. I emailed them in advance just to check and their response was very prompt! Our driver, Chris, was phenomenal! He maintained contact with me from our departure through baggage claim. Instructions to the pick up zone from baggage claim are clearly listed on the website, but he was also very kind to talk me through it over the phone. Chris is very friendly and knowledgeable of the island. He gave us plenty of recommendations. Will be using his services again. Highly recommend.

What an amazing experience/company. Chris Oh is the best. This was our first time in Hawaii and certainly not the last. Chris Oh makes sure he gives you the best places to visit while on vaction and what islands are good for nature walks/hiking. His Van was nice and clean plus the A/C was great. I know now the next time my family and i visit, it will be with this company. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Great service, we went both ways between the airport and Waikiki and each trip was excellent. Communication was very prompt and extremely good. The fixed price is much better value than a taxi or Uber in peak periods. The vehicles were clean and comfortable with very good drivers.

We live on O’ahu and needed a ride to the airport and pick up after our trip. If you want the short answer, don’t hesitate to use HAT! Just do it, no need to research further. If you like details, read on. HAT made our airport transfers so easy! Chris confirmed everything through email and our driver, George, picked us up on time with very clear communication. He even turned around when we forgot to do something before we left. The ride was comfortable, we have 2 kids over 10 and two adults. Everything was very efficient and pleasant. Our trip was a month long, but we ended up having to extend it due to Covid. Chris easily changed our pick up date with no problem. Upon arrival, our driver actually arrived as soon as we touched down. He contacted us and gave us clear directions where to meet him. Here’s where the customer service was excellent: United took forever to get our baggage onto the carousel and we had to wait quite awhile. Our driver patiently waited for us and was right there to help a very weary and exhausted family back home. Again, the ride was comfortable, pleasant and efficient. I will absolutely use this company again. Thank you Chris and your excellent drivers!

Phenomenal service paired with a great price. To put things simply, I can’t imagine a better experience with an airport shuttle. The vehicle was comfortable, clean, and the driver arrived early for my pick up time. With a flat rate, there are no concerns with prices changing or miscommunications regarding cost. I'd recommend this company to everyone! The vehicle was nice and clean and Chris ChungSik Oh was fabulous! He picked us up from the airport, dropped us back off and was our driver for the 7 hour and some change island tour. Booked with them for airport pick up to Kahala resort and drop off from Kahala to airport. Driver's arrived in clean cars and were very prompt and friendly! The lei's they gave us upon arrival for $10 each were fantastic and fresh and made us really feel like we made it to Hawaii!! The price is also a good deal! Our bags were the last ones out upon arrival but George waited patiently for us and greeted us with a smile. Book with them if you want stress free trips to your resort and back to the airport!!!

I emailed them for a last minute transfer and they emailed me right back. $50 for my wife, infant and I to the Moana Surf rider from the airport. Thomas was at the airport before we had our bags and the car was running with the AC on and a lei for my wife. Courteous drivers and excellent service. Will always use them when we come!!! And they have infant/ booster seats if needed.

I would definitely recommend them for a large group. We recently visited Honolulu and had 13 people with many bags to transport from the airport to the hale koa hotel. Their rates were very reasonable and they were on time. They loaded all our bags and got us to the hotel quickly. We used them for the return trip and same great service. Great customer service.

I used HAT from the airport to HHV and back to airport and have only great things to say! Our flight got in on time but our bags took over an hour to arrive but our driver called and texted to let me know he was there waiting and he waited the whole time for us! I was worried he would give up but he was so patient! The driver on the way back to the airport after our vacation showed up on time/early but didn’t call so I didn’t realize he was parked right in front of the lobby where we were waiting. But I’ll give credit where it’s due and he was actually early so just a misunderstanding. He loaded our bags, played some Hawaiian music, was very polite and professional. I definitely will use them again if I can get back to Hawaii. Highly recommend!

We used Honolulu Airport Transfer for both trips to our hotel in Waikiki and back to the airport. This was one of the only services we could find with a flat rate instead of a per person fee, and the $35 rate to Waikiki was a great deal compared to all the other services we looked at. Both drivers, George and Chris, were very communicative and friendly. They arrived right on time and got us to our destinations very smoothly and comfortably. Definitely recommend their services and will be calling them again whenever we come back!

We needed a shuttle from HNL to Aulani and after reading some negative reviews from the service Aulani promotes, I looked elsewhere. I am so glad that I did. Both of our drivers were so kind and helpful. We had a great time chatting and learning more about the area. If you need a shuttle, I would highly recommend using this company.

Very good service. They arrived ahead of time and called to see if we would like to go earlier. The driver opened doors, stowed luggage and reversed the process on arrival. The vehicle was a new van and was spotless inside. Our driver Chris was excellent. We had a great conversation all the way to the airport....shortest ride ever. I like the flat rate. On our next visit to Hawaii, we wouldn’t think of using anybody else and will be booking on heir toll free number ahead of time!

Had to get my family, 6 of us, each with large suitcases and carryon bags to the airport. Had 2 vans and the drivers were great. Drivers were waiting for us downstairs at the hotel and in 10 minutes we were all loaded.. Great service, great rate!

I don't usually rite reviews, but definitely wanted to this time. My two daughters and I arrived at HNL pretty late (10:30 PM) and it was a little unnerving (husband was not on our flight) coming out of baggage claim in the dark after a long flight from Vancouver. However, our driver (Chris) was waiting for us with three fresh lei in hand and a bright smile. He loaded all of our luggage while we took our seats (cozy) and we were off to Waikiki. Along the way he gave us some great spring break tips (where to get the best shave ice!) and even made my sleepy kids laugh a couple of times. We were staying on the Kuhio side of Waikiki, so Chris unloaded our bags for us, and waited while we entered the lobby before driving off. Great way to arrive! We returned to the airport two weeks later and were lucky enough to get Chris again, and hope for the same on future trips back to Oahu!. I definitely recommend this service for families!

I had a party of 7 coming in to HNL and after shopping around I found honololu airport transfer by far the cheapest. They called me at our arrival to HNL airport, and sent 2 vans to transport (unknown to me) but it was still the same price quoted me. Leaving was just as easy! Actually, since we took 2 cars, there was confusion who was paying for the trip and we ended up double paying. Our driver actually called me several times before driving away (we were busy checking in to hear it) and actual ran to the TSA line to give our money back!! GREAT SERVICE!!

Had a great ride w Chris from the Grand Islander on NYE... I appreciated the flat rate from Waikiki especially with the unpredictability of surge pricing for Waikiki and that UBEr/Lyft pick-up is in a designated spot for HHW that is inconvenient w luggage. Booking was so easy. You can do it online or via phone. They called to confirm and sent an email. The driver called a few minutes out and arrived on time. He was a great driver and dropped us right at our terminal. $35 from our Waikiki hotel to the airport was a great price.

Easy working! You can do the booking online and receive an answer via email in less than an hour. Payment can be done via paypal for example. 20 minutes before pickup time we've received a SMS that George is on his way and will be there in time. Another time we've been called 30 minutes before pickup time if 10 minutes earlier would be ok for us. On the ride we had a good chat with the driver :)

On time ,even though we weren't very good customer service. We landed HNL got lost looking for luggage we called to say were late , they waited took us to hotel .Then when its time to go back to hell A ( L A ) they were right there at hotel on time friendly man pick us up took us to HNL , definitely use your service again and way better rate than uber or any other transportation.
