Used their services yesterday from the airport to Aiea HTS. Excellent and prompt. Our driver John tracked our international arrival time and picked us up within 5 minutes of exiting customs and immigration. Overall fantastic experience. Highly recommended.

100% best value and service I've received from any transportation company ever! Used this company 5 times over a 3 week period for me and my family. They make booking transport super easy, they gave clear and accurate information including pictures of where to get picked up from and were really professionally and friendly. Our flight was delayed on our last trip and a quick short notice email to Aloha Shuttle, they were able to reschedule pick up. Will only ever use this airport shuttle company again and would highly recommend.

I utilized Aloha Airport Shuttle on January 24, 2022. Although my plane arrived on time, we had to remain on the runway for at least 45 minutes prior to unloading as there wasn't a gate available. Shuttle Driver, Jay, was informed by text of my issue, he then replied he would wait, gave me his parked location, and pleasantly greeted me after waiting for at least an hour plus including time taken for me to retrieve my baggage and go through Hawaii's Covid safety protocol. So impressed, I used Aloha again upon my early morning departure of January 29th. This Driver telephoned me prior to his arrival at my hotel, and provided a great and timely ride to the airport. I strongly recommend Aloha for you Honolulu Airport shuttle needs. Donald Bonds California informed of my delay and he texted me staing he would wait, gave me directions on his parked location..

We have recently used Aloha Airport Shuttles for our recent trip to Hawaii and they have given us a fantastic service! Jay and his team were prompt and gave us 4 taxi trips to and from the airport to our hotel as we have been island hopping. Pre-arranged via email and costs agreed in advance. Will use again if I ever come back to Hawaii!

They were great. I had to call to reserve which I hate having to do, but it worked out great. Our flight was cancelled and then the rescheduled flight was super late but it was no problem for the driver and he kept in touch throughout. Thanks so much! Aloha Airport Shuttle is prompt, professional, friendly, and affordable pricing.They do charge by person. I would recommend paying cash, to avoid the 5% fee, if using a credit card. They were very accommodating, as our family did have to request a time change within a few hours before our original appointment time. They were understanding and worked with us! I would recommend using them over all other shuttles in Honolulu!

I would HIGHLY recommend Aloha Airport Shuttle in Honolulu. My call was returned within the hour both times that I called and Jay secrued our reservation pickup at the airport and our return ride as well. Both to and from the airport the driver was early and contacted me upon their arrival promptly.
