What great people work at Allegan Taxi! Steve was so accommodating, great communication, punctuality. My sister visited from NYC and had to go back to NYC because of emergency situation. Steve and his boss,Mike, were so understanding and accommodating to drive her to the Chicago Airport. Highly recommend this taxi!

10 out 10 stars. I was broke down on side of road. Owner stopped asked if I needed help. Extremely professional and kind. It's hard these days to find both. Will definitely be using this taxi service again

Needed a ride from out in the middle of the country near Hopkins to Wayland to get to work. Driver showed up a few minutes prior to the time I requested. Car was clean, and driver was kind and courteous. I will definitely use this taxi service in the future!

I was stranded in Allegan during a work trip from out of state and was having a really rough day. I needed to get a ride 20 minutes away to pick up my stuff and then figure out a way to get to Grand Rapids. I did not expect the driver to be willing to make a trip that far out of the way. Upon picking me up, I explained my situation and Mike without hesitation told me not to worry. He took me the whole trip and more than that, he helped get my mind in a much better place. He is one solid dude and I would give him my business without question anytime! I wish there were more people like him that I’d encounter during my work trips.

Great taxi service great guy. Came from Allegan to Gun Lake Casino to take me home to Grand Rapids. If that wasn't enough, I was going to be $10 short on the fare and he told me it was on the house that time!!! Saved me from being stuck at the casino (couldn't get a Lyft or Uber at all) and saved me my last few bucks from being spent.
