Best limo service. Limo H2 was beautifully kept, clean. Greg was a very professional driver. Drove us during terrible storms with ease and care. Very safe driver. Greg walked each person out under umbrella so they didn’t get wet for the party. Felt like a rockstar. Had wonderful service setting up the whole party plan. Will never use another service again. Luxxor Limos has our business.

Greg was great! Very kind and definitely went out of his way to ensure we were doing okay and if we needed anything. He was also very flexible based on our needs. The only complaint I really have is the window didn't work between the limo driver and passenger areas, and some of the aesthetic lights were burned out, which is not life or death, but you'd expect to be fully functioning for the $456 amount being paid for a 2 hour excursion. Thank you for the great experience!

My friends and I got a limo for prom last minute, and we were kind of skeptical about getting one, but we are all so happy we did. Our driver's name was Jason, and I have never in my life met a nicer human being. He was so polite and made everyone feel extremely comfortable. The limo itself was very clean and even smelt clean. It had a bunch of glasses and lots of leg room, with amazing quality speakers.

Luxxor Limousine provided outstanding transportation services for our daughter’s wedding. From the beginning, our goal was to create an amazing experience for our wedding guests. As mother of the bride, I worked with Samra to make the transportation arrangements. She was wonderful to work with. Since the Element Hotel in West Des Moines was our hub for the Wedding Weekend, Samra helped us create a seamless transportation itinerary using a 27 passenger mini bus and a 56 passenger coach bus. These vehicles were used throughout the day so all wedding guests (even if they were not staying at the hotel) could plan ahead and choose to take our provided transportation to/from Harpor's Vineyard in New Virginia, Iowa. We knew our guests would enjoy traveling in these luxury vehicles, but our drivers: Mike, Craig, and Greg were truly the best drivers and provided a VIP experience for our guests. They were professional, timely, personable, and prepared for who they were picking up and also made sure everyone was accounted for at the end of the night. No matter the vehicle, Mike, Craig, and Greg were an essential part of the epic wedding day experience.

Luxxor Limo is a great value for the money! We reserved a shuttle for our daughter's wedding and it was perfect. Our guests could enjoy the wedding and dance without worrying about driving back to the hotel late at night. We used Luxxor Limousines for our wedding just last weekend and were very satisfied with our experience. We rented the Mercedes bus, which came with a nice sound system with Bluetooth connectivity so we could listen to our playlist as well as awesome lighting. We were also able to drop off drinks at the bus garage the day before and when we boarded the bus, the drinks were all in coolers with ice and ready to go. The bus was earlier than expected to our ceremony and the driver even laid out a red carpet in front of the entrance, which was a very nice touch. We would highly recommend Luxxor Limousines for your future party bus needs.

I rented the 40 passenger limo bus from Luxxor Limousines for my son's wedding on June 14, 2014 and I have to say...What a WONDERFUL experience! The bus showed up to the church plenty early and it was everything we expected and more! The driver was so professional and patient with the large amount of people we had on the bus. He was so cooperative with the photographers and videographer (and of course with the bride and the groom and the enormous wedding party). He didn't mind he had to make numerous stops for our pictures and videos which required him to maneuver that large bus into some tight parking spaces. We were mortified when we realized we had forgotten to bring cash for the driver's tip...I called the Luxxor office to make arrangements to ensure this driver would be tipped appropriately and the office staff was very understanding and professional in handling this situation. I highly recommend this limo company!!! The best limo company I have ever used!!!

**Edit: I cannot even begin to express how appreciative I am of Luxxor and Scott particularly making things right. While we had the issue at our wedding that turned out to be a miscommunication of the info given to them, not their wrongdoing, they did everything possible for me to walk away as a happy client. I will continue using Luxxor in the future and can't say enough how amazing their buses are! ** We rented several shuttles for our wedding as the venue was about 20 minutes outside of town and from the hotels. We were assured that at any time in the night there would be someone available from the company on call and would answer the phones. Come my wedding day, and we get a call from one of the wedding guests that the shuttle had gone to the wrong hotel. Not from the driver, or the company (neither of which were answering any numbers we were given to call). This caused guests having to sit and wait for everything to start and delayed our ceremony and reception over a half hour. We had to cut out parts of our wedding due to the delay when the bus finally arrived with guests. While the buses are absolutely beautiful, they can not make up for the horrible customer service. If you are utilizing the service for your wedding day where customer service is critical, I would highly recommend finding a company with better communication.

I'm a teacher in the Des Moines area and I was looking for a limo company to take my students in as an end of the school year celebration. I was referred to Luxxor Limousines and was not disappointed. I was able to fit 27 9/10 year olds comfortably in the 22 passenger Excursion and we were treated like royalty all the way! The owner, Scott, personally met with me shortly before the ride to ensure me of the safety of the vehicle and how we would be treated. He even rolled out the red carpet for my students and they felt like movie stars! The limo was AMAZING with the lighting, tvs, and the stereo system. He gave me the opportunity to control the music so we were able to listen to music appropriate for the students. I was very impressed by his professionalism, courtesy, and attention to every detail. I would highly recommend Luxxor Limousines and I look forward to using them again soon!

1. Nick appears to be the main guy in charge. He is extremely professional yet laid back, which makes it easy to set things up when you are planning a bachelor party, but live out of state. There was no pressure to have concrete details hashed out at time of reservation, yet his professionalism made me rest easy knowing that everything will be executed as planned. He did not harass me for details at all despite me not calling with pick-up details till the night before. Point being folks is that this guy is a consummate pro. 2. Limo- we got the 14 passenger Ford Excursion, though we only had 9 people. We are big guys, and this limo was the right call, we had room to move about and enjoy, as opposed to trying to play a game of twister in the 10 passenger limo. And besides that the price is only $10-$15 more, so why wouldn't you do that. It is really nice, they provide complementary waters, ice, glassware, chilling vessels. Really a fantastic set up, and if/when we do another bachelor party it will surely be in one of these excursions. 3. Tim (limo driver)- as explained on the phone to me by Nick, Tim was one of their 3 "premier" drivers or something a long those lines. To me, simply put, Tim was a BOSS. He was professional, yet cheeky, and was able to sense what we wanted to do, and made suggestions based on what we had mentioned. Once he mentioned that he had been a trained paramedic for over 12 years our group smiled, as the reckless abandon could now commence worry free. Needless to say we felt at ease with them and Tim even said he was willing to hang on to stuff if need be and drop it off on his own time the next day. WOW..fantastic. 4. Contract- you sign an agreement thats designed to protect the company and their property, but the owners and drivers are such pro's that really if you show them, and their property, respect, they will be cool with you--from their words "Accidents will happen". Point is- if you want a top class experience while in Des Moines, these guys are the way to go. Prices are beyond competitive (really good), excellent service, and great company. Thanks Luxxor Limo.
