Great experience. Great price. Got in at 4 am for a flight. Shuttle was waiting as we were getting our luggage out of vehicle. When we arrived back in Des Moines, shuttle was there as we were walking out of airport. We boarded and immediately took off for parking area. Will definitely use them again! Very pleased.

My first time using them I noticed that another vehicle had a black garbage bag tapped to the window. The driver had left the window down a bit and the lot people noticed and taped the bag over as it was to rain. That sold me right there! I will always use Keck parking after seeing that. Very conscience and aware staff!

I’d like to publicly thank the Keck crew working on the morning of 8/31/21. After arriving at the airport and spending 2 hours messing around at the Delta check in desk, we realize we were going to miss the first day of our honeymoon as a result of Delta’s mismanagement. Of course, the airline didn’t find it appropriate to compensate us in any way. The driver of the shuttle recognized we were returning to our car the same day and notified the gate attendant. The allowed us to leave for free due to our misfortune. I realize it may have only cost us $8, but after being hosed by the airline, it meant a lot. Thank you Keck crew!

I routinely park at Keck and am always happy with their service, but last night (1/23/2019) their driver went above and beyond for me. After being gone for 2 weeks, my car was buried in 10" of snow. I arrived at my car around 8:35 PM and had no scraper or brush (I know, silly move on my part). The driver dug me out using a brush from the shuttle. He was amazing! Thank you thank you, kind sir! You really helped a gal out.

I always park at Keck. They will pick you up and drop you off at your car which is much better than the satellite lots. They also watch you car much closer than the airport lots. Park at Keck and you can't go wrong. Airport pickup is right outside the baggage area.

Easy Parking, the shuttle came right to our spot and picked us up and the office was able to hold on to our keys for us so another party could pick up the vehicle. Quite pleased.

Drop your car off, take their free shuttle over to the airport across the street. When you come back, their shuttle is there (without your having to call - 24/7). Pay at their booth as you drive out, parking garage style. Very friendly service, and reasonable prices.

I have parked here for a number of years it's always been a great experience fast efficient service friendly drivers. Recently I had a flight cancelled and so I didn't actually travel that day so when I left they didn't charge me at all great people great place to long-term Park.
