So I originally gave this place a 1 star because we had a very bad experience with the driver and emailed the company about it. But the owner handled it very well and promptly, he gave us a refund (which we weren't expecting) and he said if we would try their services again he will make sure we don't get that driver again.

The hotel we were staying at said they would arrange a cab for us, and after waiting for 10 minutes, we realized nobody was going to show up. We tried Uber with no luck there either, so we called High Mountain. Someone was there within minutes to pick us up in a clean vehicle, and they helped load our luggage and unload it. Very polite. I’ve seen mixed reviews of this company online, but we had a great experience with them.

I hope the trainer doesn’t train the new driver to be rude like he is. Why is the trainer complaining about me having luggage? This is a taxi service people have luggage all the time. I contacted High Mountain Taxi and arraigned for nightly round trip rides to dinner outside the town of Aspen from our hotel in Aspen. We had 10 trips total for the week. The drivers arrived within 5-10 minutes of each appointed time on all 10 trips. The drivers were friendly and courteous. 10 Five star trips for the week means this is really a 50 star review. Thank you to the drivers and dispatchers that helped make our trip enjoyable.

Easy to book/request a pick up online. They confirmed via text almost immediately. I had a 7:30am pick up and Mack called me in the morning when he was on his way (convenient wake up call!) He came right on the dot on time, was friendly, and helped with bags. He drove safely and only took 15min from Snowmass Village to Aspen Airport. At $30 it’s double the price of a Lyft, but since Uber/Lyft are completely unreliable in this area I think it’s a totally reasonable price.

A little bit on a high side pricing wise - but reliable, available 24/7 (when buses are done for the night, no ride sharing services available, etc) but always on time and available in any weather! An absolute must if you’re visiting town and need to get somewhere!

Called Friday, April 5 at 10:45AM and the taxi arrived in less than 10 min. Driver was friendly. Fare from near E Durant and Original to the Aspen Airport was $25 with a 20% tip. Reasonable. Uber had no cars available and Lyft was "searching for available drivers"

No one usually ever has anything say about a cab experience, unless something goes wrong. However, I left my phone in their cab the other night, and thought that it had been stolen out of the cab by another patron. Turns out the cab driver put it in his briefcase to bring to work the next day. Todd from High Mountain went out of his way to track down the driver and have it delivered 30 miles away to my work. As for their service. I've never had a problem.Thanks so much for the extra effort Todd.
