Excellent service from O'Hare Taxi and Limo! First, I cannot thank them enough for their patience and flexibility with our flight schedule. We changed flights three times due to a large winter storm moving through, and they were both understanding and accommodating to our situation. Our driver, Fernando, arrived 10 minutes early and was very professional. The car was in excellent condition and well taken care of. With as unreliable as rideshare rates have been over the past several months (trips to/from O'Hare have ranged from $50-$100 per trip!), I will not hesitate to use O'Hare Taxi and Limo in the future. I would highly recommend their service to others.

First time user for this company, From Carpentersville to O’Hare did not have any issues, driver was on time and on point with communication, car was spotless and sanitized. My driver Juan was very professional from when I requested, to arrival he always kept me updated on the times when he left his house, during his drive and his arrival. I have Yet to have a time where he arrives late, I always request for his service.

What a wonderful experience. I could not recommend this livery service more highly. They use the internet to make it easy to connect with your driver and that saved me from standing outside the terminal at O'Hare in January while wearing clothes that were appropriate for Los Angeles.

Hired them for this past summer vacation for a group of 12 with luggage. I had two nice vans, the drivers were very focus on getting us there safely. One of our bags stayed behind and they kept it until the return trip, the bag was intact with all that we left in it including ID and cash. I like a trustworthy company and employees, I highly recommend these guys. Not only is their airport service exceptional, they are also great human beings.

I am a long time customer. Always call Jose to send me a driver for when I travel for work or family vacations. I know Jose personally, he's driven me a few times before but all the other guys are pretty good also. Only time I've had an issue, I communicated it and received a solution right away. Friendly drivers with very clean cars. My guy was dressed up with a suit and everything. He loaded and unloaded our luggage, I was very impressed with the attention I got as a customer. Last time I ordered Uber the guy just popped the trunk, didn't even get out of the vehicle to greet.

Been using these guys for years now. As a sales person, I travel a lot for work. I always call O'Hare Taxi for my drop offs and pick ups at the airport. Never had any issues, I always plan ahead and take 15 minutes extra just in case... Sometimes things happen. I've always been on time to the airport and the pick ups are very easy, indications given are easy to follow, plus you get drivers info including phone and plate number to his vehicle, is very easy to find. Keep up the great work guys!

I scheduled a pick up at O'Hare for my employee back in November and have since been booking for other employees coming in or leaving the state for work. Jose is always helpful with all my questions on the phone, had different drivers Everytime- all of them have been great. I strongly recommend these guys, their service is on point- exactly what I expect from a taxi-limo service.

I found it very easy to schedule a pick up for transport from my house to O'hare. All done online and in texts. They texted me 30 minutes before pick yp with the name of the driver and what vehicle to look for. The driver was on time, very clean black Expedition! The driver (Jose)was super personable and we had good conversation during the ride. I would definitely use O'Hare Airport Taxi & Limo transportation again and highly recommend them!

I called to book a minivan ride to the airport for 3am ahead of time. The night before I received a call from my driver, letting me know he was going to take my family to O'Hare, the driver came in time, well mannered and very enjoyable conversationalist. I truly appreciate the responsibility and also his good attitude, im sure it isn't nice to wake up so early to drive someone to the airport, however he was very pleasant and made my morning better. I recommend this guy's for any of your upcoming trips, i got them on the way back to the house also and the experience was very good also

Giving this guys a 5 star review because their service was excellent! Had a 4:00AM reservation in Crystal Lake, not gonna lie I was a little nervous but driver sent me a text 30 minutes before arriving which i thought was great, definitely calmed my anxiety. I had a great time talking with my driver, time flew by and i got the same service on the way back home. As expected, things went smooth and my driver, although not as talkative as the first one, provided a great service. I recommend it, call and ask to speak to Jose or Adan.

I used their service last year in Chicago. We had made an advance booking and had shared our flight details with them. Our flight was a couple of hours late. We called them as soon our immigration check was done. They were already waiting right outside the exit. The driver also helped us to put our heavy bags into the car. We requested the driver to make a couple of stops on the way to our hotel so that we could pick up the necessary items. He agreed to do at a very minimal extra charge. I was very satisfied with their service and will definitely choose them the next time I visit Chicago.

Definitely a great service. Driver was very professional, vehicle was clean and the dispatcher communicated with me at all times while I was waiting. The pick up was a few hours away, I was a little afraid at first but driver came in on time. Brought me a bottle of water, had hand sanitizer and kleenex available for me. Very good prices, man Uber charges so much for a minivan. I got a trip from Carol Stream for $47 when Uber was charging me almost $70 for the same vehicle!!! Crazy! If you need to go to the airport call these guys, they have very comfortable vehicles at a decent price! - ((Update)) 3 years later, still the best service around! Price for my trip has only gone up $3 in the last three years... I understand the times, prices going up everywhere. Still cheap, efficient and reliable!

Awesome experience with Jose! Very good driver and even a better conversation. I was a little bit worried because my flight was in the morning of new years day... Two hours before i receive a text message letting me know the driver info. Jose showed up a few minutes before, just perfect to put the luggage in and be on time for the airport. My Post is NOT a random one based on just one experience. I am reviewing this because I have been using their services since mid-2016 for interstate travel. They are professional, courteous, friendly, clean cars and extremely flexible! All you gotta do them is call or WhatsApp and specify the flight details. They will let you know the pickup location (which is straightforward even if you are a first time visitor). Additionally, you can tell them what baggage you have or whether you are travelling with children. They will take care of the space, the child safety seats, etc. I travel long international flights and yes, the flights get delayed and sometimes immigration takes long! Never ever they have complained about waiting extra or charging me extra for that. Always, they are at the pickup location as soon as I call them – with a complimentary coffee and water along with a great smile! What more can you ask? Price?? ….Oh yeah, others cannot beat them….. Example from O’Hare to Bloomington, IL, other companies charge almost double the amount what they charge!! Any other demands of yours???? A small company, run by customer oriented folks, offering best services, prices and on-time availability!!! They will soon give larger transportation companies a run for their business!!

I'm using their services for over 2 years now, while travelling to/from O'hare Airport. They provide brilliant and consistent service, I just have to text them with my flight details and they ensure that they are at the pickup point before time. Many a times, the flight gets delayed or there is a delay because of the immigration, but they never make it an issue or charge any extra for that. Sometimes, I have experienced delay of 2-3 hours as well, but they have always greeted me with a smile and without any fuss. One of my friend has shared Jose number initially, and since then I just rely on Jose for any travel to/from O'hare Aiport. He makes sure that, I have a tension free ride and ensures complete safety. Their Car fleets are also pretty new, clean and equipped with all necessary gadgets. Every time I take their taxi, they help me with my luggage. Not only that, many a times, Jose has booked a cart for me at O’Hare Aiport and didn't take money from me even after insisting him multiple times. He is very courteous and trustworthy guy. If he is not available for the pickup any particular day, he makes sure that he arranges a good guy as his replacement. He is super co-operative, be it about stoping mid way for a coffee or any shopping! He helped me number of times when I was new in Chicago, showed me the best of the options for shopping and even waited for me without any extra charges, when I was exploring the places. Not only him, his staff too is very professional and extremely well mannered. These people are customer centric and believe in giving good experience to their customers. If you want a hassle free ride, do try their cab service. I am sure that you will not regret and will also experience a ride so convenient and safe. Thank you Jose!! I will definitely take your cab every time I come to Chicago.

This company always helps with truck drivers in carol stream. We have two big semi truck repair shops, often times when drivers need to go to hotels, airport or to another town to pick up a different truck Jose and his team always does the best to not only offer a great customer service but also to be at the next location as soon as possible, as truck drivers are always limited on time. I highly recommend them, specially if you book ahead of time, you get a quote and assurance that a driver will be at the location requested.
