AMAZING experience from start to finish with this company! Researched a few competing companies in the area to service my Daughter and I for a roundtrip limo service to the United Center from our downtown hotel and it went PERFECT! Several of their customer service reps were AMAZING and I can't give enough praise to our MOST PROFESSIONAL, WARM, KIND and VERY RESPECTFUL driver, Mr. Alfredo. He was the BEST!!!! I've had several limo services in my life and can personally attest that he has been the best! Offering my most humble recommendation that family's looking to utilize such service should seek out this gentleman, Mr. Alfredo. On top of the fact that my Daughter was already feeling like a queen by being able to attend the recent Blackpink Kpop concert, Mr. Alfredo was the added cherry on top of the ice cream sundae for her as she was VERY IMPRESSED with his kindness and respect to her as a young teen. Hands down... the best limo driver in Chicago! :)

I use Echo being picked up at ORD at the beginning of my trip and used them to return to MDW at the end of my trip. They were great both times, friendly and professional drivers. I appreciate the reminders and the ability to communicate with them directly. I thought I was flying into MDW at the beginning of my trip and did not find out until I was at the airport. I contacted them immediately and requested a change from MDW to ORD and they were easily able to make the change. I'd definitely use them again when I'm flying into the Chicago area.

My family and I needed a private SUV charter for a road trip, interstate from Chicago to Michigan and back. I have a few reasons why I can't give Echo a 5, but honestly, I may use them again as pricing was right. We had two seperate drivers. Both were respectful and drove very carefully; however, communicatiom and GPS instructions was a problem for the second. He seemed totally unaware of Chicagoland. On one occasion, he missed an exit from the Dan Ryan to LSD and served hard - we jerked and he apologized, but this is a common intersection that leads to many Chicagoland attractions. He just seemed naive. Both cars were dirty and kinda in rough shape. The first vehicle rumbled loudly and had a hazard light on - the driver stated it had just happened, but yeah...we noticed. Empty water bottles, tissues, and candy wrappers were in both vehicles upon pickup...so much we started our own garbage bag. For that, I have to take 2 stars. This was unacceptable. The text messages and phone support where helpful; I also find their online reservation system to be somewhat robust. So...TL;DR -- Echo uses good technology but the luxury experience becomes subpar due to unmaintained vehicles and driver experience.

A great service. We hired an SUV to take us from Chicago Union Station to Aurora and the cost would have been on par with a taxi and we got so much more with Echo. Our driver Ogi was lovely and we had a wonderful trip out there — in a nice, clean vehicle. The company itself has a great and user-friendly set-up. The website was easy to use and when I called to enquire about where at Union Station we'd be picked up, the person on the other end (at midnight!) was very patient and very helpful, explaining everything about the pick-up. On top of that, 15 minutes before our pick-up time, they also send a text with the name of the driver; their direct cell number; as well as the make, model, and license plate number. This was INVALUABLE when trying to organize the exact spot to pick us up in the chaos that are the streets around Union Station. It was all a wonderful.

We needed to schedule a last minute trip to O’Hare airport from Champaign, IL. We called Echo late on a Friday night and they were able to arrange a ride for us within minutes for a 7am Saturday pick up. great service. I booked round trip services and it was very convenient. Though there were wait charges during my arrival at Chicago as the flight was delayed and immigration was too long with the volume of passengers arriving. Ray (driver upon arrival) was very friendly and conveniently had a signage with my name and Echo's logo so it was sure that you won't miss it. Elena (driver upon departure) was also nice even when it was early in the morning. They're very punctual and the company sends a 24hr reminder a day before the booking. On the day of the booking, you also get a text message of the vehicle details. Cars were well maintained and felt like I was a VIP/elite boss in dramas. Will surely book again with them.

What I really appreciated was the over communication over text and email about pick up a day before and day of. Please note: a 20% tip is already included in the ride. The short review is that I believe Echo Limousine is one of if not the best car/executive van/airport transfer etc services in the country. I was drawn to use them because of their excellent ratings and they exceeded all expectations. We had 8 airport transfers for a family event, using their Sedans and SUV's and 1 Executive Van charter (Mercedes Sprinter) for an entire day. These all took place over a 5 day period and were used by 4 different families. Each driver arrived for pickup early, texted the parties when their flights arrived, had spotlessly clean cars/SUV's/Sprinter Van, were very professional, friendly and helpful. Every family member told me the service was "perfect". We even used their "Meet and Greet" at both O'Hare and Midway airports and the drivers met the parties and helped guide them as arranged. I can't say enough how HIGHLY I recommend Echo Limousine to take care of your individual or group transportation needs. Simply AMAZING! Now the longer details. I called Nisa at Echo Limousine about 3 weeks prior to a family event. We had 4 parties, some couples and some with children coming to Chicago over a 5 day period. They were all coming from different cities. I was paying for all of the trips and Nisa helped set up my account. She listed each detail as to name of contact, phone, email, flight details etc. and sent me copies of each separate "order". She communicated with me several times prior to the days of arrival and I could see each detail in my account. As each party was picked up, I received text and email confirmation of the trip. Echo even tracks each incoming flight as to any delays or changes and the driver met each group as they arrived at Baggage Claim. On one of the days, we chartered their Executive Van which was a Mercedes Sprinter to travel from downtown Chicago hotel to several events in nearby NW Indiana. The Sprinter was beautiful, comfortable, and very clean and easily accommodated our party of 8 adults and 3 kids. Our driver was exceptional and made the day perfect. With the crazy situation and costs of car/SUV rentals/downtown and hotel parking/convenience etc going on post COVID, we not only saved over 50% in cost, but had a luxurious personal transportation service at every point. I can't imagine doing this trip any other way. Nisa was exceptional, but so was each driver we experienced over the week. I have travelled extensively and Echo by far delivers with car service beyond expectation in quality, service and friendliness. I will definitely use them on every future trip to Chicago and NW Indiana.

They make it easy by texting you when your flight lands (they monitor the flight time) and gives you your drivers name, make model and license number of car and a number to call when you get to baggage claim. The entire experience was wonderful from the reminder texts and our driver Adam waiting for us. I felt bad for Adam as our plane arrived early but could get to its gate on time so he had to wait. This is the only car service I'll use in the Chicago area. They are always on time, actually slightly early, the cars are immaculate, and the drivers are courteous. Usually use Echo to and from O'hare but I've also used them to travel around the city and that service has been excellent as well. There have been times where I've needed to make last minute changes to times or destinations and they always accommodate. They're customer service is fantastic. Recently, as I was placing a reservation, I forgot to include my flight number. Someone from Echo emailed me immediately to let me know so that they could track the flight and make sure they got me on time. I updated the reservation, the flight actually was delayed, and they were there waiting for me. Best Limo service in Chicago, period.

For the record, I had a one star review of Echo after an epic disaster on their part in scheduling made by their front office, on one personal ride I scheduled for a charity event last year. After a sincere apology by their manager and righting the wrongs I have continued to use Echo for work. Several rides later, they have been on time and gotten the right personnel in place to handle the job that is required. They appear to have rectified the issues, though I haven't used them for late night rides since - other times of day haven't seemed to suffer. I've adjusted my review from one star to four to be conscious of their ongoing level of service. I'm not going to hold a grudge, and to be fair they're drivers are spectacular, courteous, and always on time - clean car and professional at every level. The front office needed some review, which they've done, and seem to be all good now.

I booked Echo Limousine for a round trip with a month between the departure and the return. The service was impeccable: the limos were on time; clean; the drivers well groomed and courteous. On the return, I had to deal with customs and international baggage: I only waited a matter of minutes once I exited the terminal and I knew before hand the driver and the car that would be meeting me. While I don't use limo services often, they are a cut above services used previously, Just be aware, they heavily use technology in providing their service, which likely gives them the edge.

Super professional all around!! Starting with the phone reservation, until last minute changes at our pick up, all staff members were helpful & courteous. We kept having to call in and make changes but each call was handled with patience and we received email confirmations within minutes! We had a female driver who was friendly & prompt. I had already added the standard tip to the prepaid charge, but when I tried to give her an extra cash tip, she let me know that it was already covered (a rare occurence in my experience). It's always refreshing to have a company fully "get" what customer service should be.

Service Matters... My original review below is accurate, but it needs to be noted that when the Echo folks were made aware of our experience, they went out of their way to make it right. They refunded the entire gratuity to us and apologized for the sub-par experience. To be clear, the company and everyone we talked to was very nice and helpful and it was never a bad experience; it just could have been better. They went out of their way to try to earn our business back and they did. We used them for an airport pick up. The service was great. I changed the stars from 2 to 4. Mistakes happen to any company, but making it right is a service in short supply, these days. Original Review: It has been a while since I rented a limos but my daughter was getting married and they had a couple locations set for pictures before arriving at the outdoor venue for the ceremony. We reserved it for 3 hours and they showed up on time. The driver was quiet and seemed a little uncertain about how some things worked in the limo, but he took us to the stops and waited patiently. We arrived at the ceremony a little early so we waited in the limo, until everyone took their seats. The ceremony was to begin at 5:30 and he said he had to leave. We asked him to wait a few minutes and we would gladly pay him for his time. I gave him extra cash and he opened the door a couple minutes later (literally) and said our time was up. Then the car was turned off (no air conditioning). It only took a minute or two for the car to heat up with everyone in gowns and suits. The ceremony started at 5:40 and we were out of the limo. Ten extra minutes. I guess it is nice that the tip was built into the upfront cost because this driver was not very professional and certainly not very gracious. But I guess I was just paying for a car, not the experience. Like to get some of that $60 tip back or the additional $20 I gave him for 10 minutes of waiting. I had higher expectations... Unremarkable.

I had a 4 hour layover in Chicago on Mother's Day and booked a car to pick me up from Midway, take me to see my grandmother, and take me back to Midway to make my connecting flight. My flight arrived 20 minutes early, and I was worried that I would have to wait, but upon landing I had a message from my driver (Eddy- who I would highly recomment) letting me know that he was on site. So, I got married in Chicago. I booked 4 different cars/services with Echo. I'll explain each. First service I booked was a meet and greet at the airport in an SUV, we were coming in with luggage for our honeymoon also, and a wedding dress, and the luggage for being in Chicago for a few days. Probably my own fault but I didn't check to make sure our flight number was the same as when I booked the service, so Echo got confused when it said my flight was landing in Denver. After take off (my phone was off Pete from echo called and left a message to call him, I did when I landed, there was a drive in route to the airport but because of the little mix up we just got a curb side pick up, and I believe we were billed for a curbside instead of the initial meet and greet. Which still worked perfectly fine. That situation COULD have been a disaster to start a wedding week but it worked out. Second thing I booked, was a party bus. Before the wedding we were doing a first look at getting photos in Lincoln park. So to get 14-15 of us up there we booked the bus. It was 5 min late, to the hotel but the driver called me to tell me he was close by and running a little late. Which was fine because I don't think everyone was ready until he showed up. That worked out great. They got to Lincoln Park, we took pictures then we took it to the Ivy room for the ceremony. third thing I got was a get away car from the wedding. it worked great. driver helped me get my wife get into the car easily. our hotel was right around the corner. and 4th and last one was a ride to the airport. AT 4 AM! driver was there right on time. and glad the car ride was quiet at 4 am, I took a small nap. (usually you have to listen to some radio station in a cab) The Good Every car, and bus, was very clean, very roomy (i'm 6'4"), very professional drivers. And nice too. Had water bottles for you if you got thirsty. It made the week, and event much more enjoyable knowing we had transportation taken care of. The bad... nothing!! It is probably how you expect to be treated when you book a private car.

First time using this service I did a round trip from O’hare to River North. Communication could’ve been better, if I didn’t have the app I wouldn’t have known who my driver was, if they was on their way, no one text or called me, etc. The first driver I had, I told him I landed, what I was wearing and that I was waiting at baggage claim for my luggage just to make sure they wouldn’t leave or something. I still have the messages, the guy Muhammad seemed very annoyed and irritated during the 4 messages I’ve sent him before he picked my sister and I up and even during the car ride. When he finally dropped us off at the hotel he seemed happy to get rid of us and we slept the majority of the ride there. Now, getting back to the airport was phenomenal with Chan. He arrived early and we ended up leaving 5 minutes earlier. He got us to the airport quickly. Overall, I had a much better experience with him. I would’ve gave him 30% gratuity and Muhammad 10% or 15%. Echo Limousine will get you from point A to Point B on time, clean car, and the app helped majority of my experience so download it. If I can, I’ll add the messages so you can judge for yourself.
